I am trying to ship my 8kg parcel to Greece and this one is the cheaper so far…has anyone tried this or not? I mean it’s the same as eur-dhl-ly or any other dhl shipping route?

The departure country is China and the parcel SHOULD arrive in the destination country Romania... 3 weeks no update...

Hey guys, I wonder if anyone was in such a situation before and has an idea how to resolve it. I sold 3 ETB's (BS and 2xES) along with an UPC through Cardmarket, packed and shipped. The Client received the package but only with the UPC and BS ETB. Two ES ETB's gone... After investigation with the DHL, it appears that the parcel "lost some weight" along the delivery way - started at 4.30kg and arrived 2.85kg... I've issued an insurance claim with DHL and it is ongoing, but I am left with unresolved delivery on Cardmarket. Can the Client confirm some sort of partial delivery, so that trustee pays the delivered pieces but returns the ES ETB's value to the Client?...

I bought a laptop online. The sender sent it on 14 November 2025 from Bremen to Rostock via DHL. The parcel don’t know why, tracking said it will go back to the sender. But it’s been a month and still it is not going back to sender or to me (receiver). The helpline is not understanding anything just saying it will reach this and that. Sender has already submitted Investigation on 24 November but still nothing. Can anyone help what should I do? Should the sender submit Investigation once again or it will slow the process even further?

Does DHL really needs a so called "proforma invoice" to ship a return back to the seller? I printed the label that i glued on the parcel package, notice for the seller that i put inside the box and the waybill that i was suppposed to had to the carrier i.e. the DHL - all as per the Ebay return manual. But to my surprice, at the DHL office they refused to accept my package without the "invoice" and told me that the papers Ebay provided are not enough. According to the clerk the seller was supposed to provide me with the invoice in question. Wurde es an einen anderen Dienstleister in Serbien übergeben und ich habe keine verfolgung von diesem? Wartet es noch irgendwo auf einen Weitertransport? Gab es kein Update obwohl es in Serbien beim Zoll rausgezogen und festgehalten wird/wurde?

How come if my parcel is over 6kg it automatically switches to dhl route? There is no dpd route when im over 6kg and so the price doubles Anyone knows what to do?

The company I ordered from used Dhl and the status said it was ready and would be picked up soon by the carrier however that has been the only update for a week plus a day, is it possible it may be lost in transit? it’s coming from china and being delivered to America, I reached out to the seller but they have not been of any help. Also I know it can take quite a bit of time for packages to get delivered from overseas it’s just weird there hasn’t been any other updates.

Been trying, and failing, to find clear info on how to have a DHL Express delivery sent to a PUDO box - hoping someone here can help? It's an international delivery, which someone else will be setting up. So I need to be able to explain to them how to set it up. Do they include a PUDO box as the delivery address? Or does it need to go to a home address and later rerouted to PUDO?
