DHL Locations - Store Locator Tool UK

Sorry, I can’t find anything online clearly explaining this. I have a parcel on the way with prepaid customs from the US to the UK. It is coming by DHL e-commerce parcel direct, and I’m unsure if this is the same as the seemingly snail mail e-commerce. I really need the parcel by the 12th and I’m super paranoid it won’t be here. It was picked up on the 15th and on the 20th said it was scanned into sack/container (according to parcels app, DHL just says processing complete at origin). Am I kind of screwed ? Or is direct faster ? Or just a nicer way of phrasing e-commerce ?

I got an email from DHL saying that my parcel just passed customs in Cincinnati even though my parcel is not being shipped from there. Two minutes later I get another email saying that my parcel has just been picked up from where it originated from (Michigan). On the tracking website it says that the parcel has just been picked up. I am working on board a ship. My brother wants to deliver me a parcel from Netherlands. I will be in Trieste on the 8th of June. I do not have an address in Trieste Italy (obviously) as I do not live there. When my brother goes online to set up sending the package it asks for the recievers address. Nowhere does it mention that we can make it go to a DHL store in Trieste for me to pick up? Is that possible as I do not have an address. How do we go about this ? Thanks

Bit confused here... On DHL.com, the tracking states "Parcel is at the ServicePoint for collection" but on the eCommerce.co.uk website it is still out for delivery to its service point. Which one should believe here? Since don't want to waste my time going to pick it up if it's not available.. Parcel is a domestic shipment within the UK.

Dear, I am trying to do an official complaint, I made a purchase early April (LUBA mini 2 AWD 1000) and I am yet to receive my parcel, only received the garage which is not really helpful. Problem sits with DHL but your customer service team is incapable of following up correctly. I am offered a refund only if the parcel gets back to the warehouse, I guess it is going to be a long journey if the parcel is lost... So i been using superbuy for the recent 2 years. I ship parcels 8-16kg and i pay 10-12€ per KG. Do you guys wanna share some sauce with what you use and how much you been paying, also did you had any problems with your agent and ect. Also i ship with DHL no customs to Lithuania

Is there any way to send parcel from Australia to Bhutan? Some suggested to try dhl service but I don’t know. I have also heard from known people bringing stuff from Aussie to Bhutan through cargo system. As of now I don’t have a close friend and neither do i know when anyone is coming from Aussie to Bhutan.
