Hey y’all! Just started training for my first 5k, I’ve always ***** running because I’m hypermobile and used to injure myself whenever I tried because it’s such a high impact sport, but recently after doing lots of PT and yoga I think I’m finally ready to start! I’m running in a super beat up ten year old pair of adidas right now (I don’t generally wear sneakers) and they’re killing my feet, does anyone have any recommendations for shoes that are good for beginners? Preferably affordable but I’ll take any suggestions

Hello, I will be traveling in the middle of May to Europe for the first time and need some advice on which shoes I should bring. I will be spending three days in London, one day in Paris, two days in Munich, and three days in Rome. I plan on bringing my Adidas Samba’s for sure for walking during the day. I’m planning on wearing dresses and skirts mostly. Also, I will be celebrating a wedding anniversary while I’m there. I’m looking for opinions about the second pair of shoes I should bring. I ordered the fizik vento proxy online a while ago and they just came in today. I wear size EU 43 and UK 9. They fit like uk 10!!!! Bought this for gravel and off road cycling What doesn’t make sense is I get all my shoes(Shimano rc703, adidas Boston 12, specialized torch, Adios pro 4, novablast 3) in size EU43/UK9 these fiziks are EU43/ UK8 3/4 and are still too big. I am new to running, and planning on to buy duramo speed from flipkart, but i have a few concern, first being the infamous seller, hsatlastfashion. I am running my first half marathon in October. I was having trouble the past couple months finding the right shoe for me. I tried the ASICS Dynablast 5, which ended up hurting back of my heels. Then I went on to the Brooks Glycerin 23's which ended up hurting bottom of my heels... And now I have the New Balance 1080 V14's which are \*finally\* my shoe.
