I’m currently looking for a new shoe in my rotation. I started running long distances about two years ago (23, F). I ran a marathon in the New Balance 1080’s when they had fresh foam and absolutely loved those shoes. Just switches to Saucony Triumph for long runs. I’m aiming to get faster and have been looking into saucony endorphin azura and mizuno neon zen 2 to add in. Any thoughts or suggestions? I know loads of people love the adidas evo sl.

I went to get my accreditation and gear this morning (ATL) and thought I would share my experience for those who may find it helpful. 1. Budget at least an hour, if not two. There are up to 7 stops you have to make once you're onsite - accreditation kiosk (self-service), accreditation desk (and help desk if you experience an issue), uniform desk, uniform try-on, shoes, and bag pickup/check-out. Add in the other 20+ people that are there to do the same thing as you and it takes some time. 2. For ladies, you can bring a small purse if you need to - the only place it's a little tight is at the fitting room station but if you can avoid a purse definitely do, as it's a bit cumbers...

Can anyone recommend any quick stability trainers. I have Saucony guide 18s but I find them quite heavy and too clompy, but I’ve also been using Adidas Evo sl’s and I love them- they’re so light and quick, I’ve been using them quite a lot lately but do find I’m getting some niggles probably because I over pronate a bit. So looking for some stability shoes (or neutrals with some good stability) which are an alternative to evo sl’s if possible

I have recently picked up the tour 360 24s second hand although they’re comfy I have started to get blisters on the heel after playing 9 holes, only 3 times. I want a pair of spikeless shoes I can wear while driving, in the clubhouse and on the course. I’m a huge fan of the FJ premieres, adidas mc70s and Puma Avants but would they look odd with shorts? as we’re coming into summer I want something that looks great with both shorts and trousers. Hey everyone, Beginner-ish runner here and on the heavier side (\~90kg). Currently prepping for a 16km fun run by the end of May. Been mainly using the Hoka Bondi 9 since the start of 2026 and already have around 130km on them. Current pace is usually around 8–9min/km for 5km-10km runs. Current rotation: * Hoka Bondi 9 * Adidas Boston 12 * Nike ZoomX Invincible Run 3 (YOTD) * Nike Vomero 18 * Merrell Agility Peak 5 (got it for a trail trek last year and i haven't really used it since) So far: * Bondi feels safest/most forgiving * Boston feels too aggressive for me right now (but it's fun using it) * Invincible feels fun but slightly unstable (peaked \~7min/km with this shoe...

Not sure this is the right sub but I'm looking for shoe recommendations and couldn't find a good one for walking. I walk about 2 miles a day on asphalt and I'm looking for a breathable, durable shoe that will last a year. Have a NYC trip coming up soon and need some better shoes! I visited Fleet Feet and here's what felt the best in store: 1. Adidas Adizero EVO SL - not sure how durable these are as walkers. The Adizero SL2 sounds perfect but it's not available anywhere near me to try. 2. Brooks Ghost Max3 - not as bouncy as the EVO SL's but not bad, nowhere near as breathable though. I do like that this doesn't look quite as much like a Max Trainer 3....

I currently have this shoe rotation: Easy Runs: Nike Vomero Plus Tempo: Adidas Adizero Boston 13 Race Day: New Balance SC Elite V5 What do you think of this rotation? Im personally unsure about the Boston. Thinking of replacing it as I think something is now off with the left shoe. Any recommendations for a replacement? Also, am I missing something from this set?
