Have these new teak tiles and want to get the old ones to match. Im in the process of sanding then all, and i have marine grade sealant from home depot, but wondering if i should stain them first? I used the sealant on the new ones and it didnt really change the color.

Hey everyone, I recently converted my kitchen fluorescent lights to LED by doing a ballast bypass (direct wire). Everything went well, but I accidentally cracked the plastic light cover while removing it. It looks like a flat diffuser panel from a wraparound ceiling fixture. I’m trying to find a replacement but not sure what the exact name is or where the best place to buy one would be. Do stores like Home Depot or Lowe’s carry these in different sizes, or do I need to buy a sheet and cut it myself? Also, is there a better material that won’t crack as easily next time? Appreciate any advice.

We have weeks behind beauty items, grocery etc on uboats filled to the brim and flats stacked with boxes. It’s to the point that we have to look at 8 boats and flats just for a grocery or make up. I asked if we could ever get possible help from other stores like Home Depot would do but understandably management didn’t give an answer. I am planning/pricing a backyard sauna build for personal use. I need about 600 sq ft of T&G boards for exterior walls, interior walls, and ceiling, ideally using 1x8 boards but could also do 1x6. I've looked around at local lumber mills and they would be about 50-100% more expensive than buying from the big box stores, plus more for delivery. I know the rule of thumb is to calculate an additional 10% overage for unusable boards, but is that sufficient for buying from a big box? Hi all, I ordered a bunch of CPs for a bog garden I’m in the process of setting up. My local hardware/big box stores only had Miracle Grow perlite, which I can’t use because of the additives, so I ordered some organic perlite from Home Depot online. My perlite isn’t coming until tomorrow so should I temporarily pot up everything in sphagnum or do you think they will be ok for a day or two? I’m pretty sure they are coming bare root.

I live rural so I dont have access to big stores like home depot. There is a home depot far from me but they wont deliver. A store near me recommended Meranti for my application. Would Meranti plywood work for glue down? The only other options are sanded Birch and Oak 4x8 sheets but those are 3x the price. I posted here earlier today. I wanted to thank you all for your responses regarding a whole home surge protector for a new robotic mower I purchased that will arrive on Wednesday. I think a little differently than most as a recent Air Force retiree. As a former pilot, I plan everything out in my mind kind of like I'm chair flying in training. 1.
