For a relatively small town of about 25,000 people, I was shocked at how many cameras there are. It's terrifying how few people know or care about this. If you want to do this yourself, (which I strongly suggest you should) here is what I learned. - There is a camera at EVERY road coming into town. - There is a camera at EVERY school. Sometimes more than one. - There is often a camera at parks, libraries, etc - There are multiple at stores like Lowes and Home Depot. Unsure about Walmart because mine didn't have any.

I don't have LE or military background, but have seen several comments making poor suggestions on what sort of masks to wear and improper treatment for tear gas/pepper spray exposure. Philips 30PW9110D/37 I thought of a heavy duty cart/workstation with caster wheels so I could move it around the room, but the ones sold at hardware stores are expensive.
