North Idaho HomeDepot strikes again. My credit card has been glowing this year. My Discover-it card is also giving me 5% cash back for home improvement stores.

Yesterday I picked up the dcd1007 that came with an 8 amp hour powerpack and charger. I ordered it on their app for in-store pickup. I got there a little bit early since I was already on my way and I had to wait for the gentleman to grab the box from the shelf. He handed it to me. What is a reasonable value range for these old tools? I’m a new homeowner (.24acre lot), planning to be Ryobi guy (currently own nothing). Nearby estate sale has this barrage of 18V Ryobi tools. The owner is going to let me trial the mower on my lawn, probably will allow some testing of other tools. Then we negotiate price, likely for whole batch. I included a pic of current 8 tool kit sale at Home Depot as my only reference point… I don’t think the new owner knows the value or condition of these tools and I don’t either. I don’t want either of us to be or feel cheated… What are reasonable top, bottom and middle price ranges?

I have cats and am concerned about adding plants that climb. I am considering making a headboard style clear acrylic sleeve to house any climbing plants. It would need a trap door to easy access the filter and be removable for entry to the full tank on occasion. I used my AI to design something and it isn't perfect.... but wondering what other cat/fish owners have come up with to keep both cat and plants safe and apart. The fan in my room started grinding in the middle of the night so, next day, I went to the store to replace it. I found a "lutron ceiling fan canopy module" when I was switching out the fans. Never seen that before so I googled it and how to wire it. My set up is the wall dimmer and fan speed switch in the photo. The light part controls the ceiling (can?) lights and the light on the fan at the same time. (I've been told this was the problem). The fan button just runs the fan normally. That's basically the question. I work the customer service desk at a Lowe's, and there was a single order that our Same-Day Pick Up service sent 10 different dashers in an 8hr shift to pick up the same order. Thing is, according to our system, that order had been picked up at 1:30 in the afternoon. 10 different dashers came in between 1:30 and 10pm (our closing time) to pick that order up. We are planning to upgrade 2 closets and a pantry. Both closets are 7x6 feet and pantry is about 7x8 feet. Each one have got about 4 drawers. For complete project, the quote is about 10k including installation, removing existing boards and cleanup ( except wall paint) They would use 3/4 inch boards. After looking at container store’s ready made closets I thought this is good deal. Hopefully, they do good job. Please let me know if there are any red flags or if this is costly. At a home depot, a customer found them in a pallet of mulch they bought, and brought them back to the store (within hours of finding them). We've got them in a box where they were originally nesting wrapped in a moving blanket. Customers said they didn't touch them handled them with gloves and towels we did the same. It's only getting down to 58-60° tonight, being infants, is it a safe bet mom will come back? We've seen an adult one foraging around the tree line of the store... So we know she's probably not far. We figure if they're not picked up by morning to take them to a rehab center.

Let me preface by saying we did a ton of research before bringing our first GSP home and I was well aware they are Velcro dogs. I was prepared for that and thought it would be fine since I work part time from home and I’m pretty much a homebody in general. Our almost 5 month old male GSP is wonderful. I live in LA county and I'm having a hard time finding sheets of balsa wood for making miniatures. I'm wondering if I'm just not looking in the right place. The only things I can find are pre-cut kits for making things like pinewood derby cars or dinosaurs at the usual art/craft stores like Michael's and Blick.
