Hello r/Shed. I’m looking to get a shed for my home and was wondering if buying out right vs financing is a better way to go? I’ve heard that some shed companies have predatory lending. How would I determine which ones to stay away from? Is Lowe’s or Home Depot a viable option? I’m in the nature coast area of FL (Pasco, Hernado, Citrus counties) if that helps any. Also I was planning to store basic lawn tools, like hand tools and at most a push mower. In the last 8 years the screw-in blue 60 liter CO2 bottles have always been available at Target as shown on https://sodastream.com/pages/store-locator?tags=co2%20cylinders. However, yesterday both the local Target who always had them in the past, and a local Walmart, said they have not received any units for several months. Is the SodaStream store locator kept current with inventory levels (e.g. like Home Depot), or does the SodaStream store locator merely list store locations that had inventory weeks, months, or years ago? Since Lowe's is closer to me, the only reason I would drive the extra distance to HD was for the guilty pleasure of getting a sausage dog and a Sabrett's (which definitely was not a true Sabrett). I even took the time one trip to go find HD's GM and tell him the hot dogs were the main/only reason I shopped his store from time to time. Anyone happen to know why they're gone? And if HD will get another to take its place?

Hi! I used to use EcoSense products and they were great, but a bit expensive and you have to have a membership through their website. I no longer have access to that, and have a few clients I want to see in the coming weeks. I’m looking for similar non-toxic alternatives one might be able to get at a big box store like Walmart, Home Depot, or even Amazon, that smells good and doesn’t have harsh chemicals. Open to any brands. Especially looming for a good multi purpose floor cleaner, and a good alternative to ES’s tub and tile product! This community rocks. Thanks!

I just started my backyard orchard this Fall/Winter. So far I've gone almost exclusively with bare root trees from Costco and Home Depot. This year I'd like to add a Persimmon tree, however I've been having trouble finding a Fuyu or Jiro varieties of trees in Northern California at my big box stores. The local nurseries here all source them from Dave Wilson and mark them up quite a lot. Has anyone in Northern California bought a persimmon tree from Costco or HomeDepot in previous years and know when to start looking out for them to hit the shelves?

Three times in the last few months when I have gone to my local Publix, there have been dogs on a leash walking down the aisles with absolutely no indications of being service animals. The one yesterday looked like a collie. The dog was seen close up in person by numerous employees who quickly looked away. You could see the confusion on customers faces. Two of the dogs have been large and one was a smaller breed that could’ve fit in a cart, but it was walking on leash. ok folks both super budget cabinets: RTA Forevermark: plywood boxes, MDF door, hardware - ?, (people complain about finish in reviews), Cheaper than IKEA IKEA: MDF boxes, Blum hardware, about 2 Grand more than the Forevermark - but a known brand and great customer service. ok - I know folks have suggested many online RTA cabinet stores - but I have my heart set on a light blue & 2 of the places I checked had Forevermark. Home Depot had American Woodmark in a color I liked - but it cost more & had bad reviews.

I puchased it and waited 1.5 months, no shipping no delivery. had to reach out to home depot human to cancel it. it was then cancelled, and refund went to a e store credit. Just found out a guy on day shift at my store who has helped me with garden freight since I started just got fired for attendence after just being promoted to DH(pretty ironic) and yet another associate who has been there just as long still has a job. I say that because if you want to talk about work ethic then this person does absolutely nothing on their shift. Does home depot just not fire you as long as you're doing the barest minimum?
