I'm looking for suggestions on how I can paint this MYDAL bed black, but make it look as close to stock as possible. I want it to feel like it came from the store that way. On the page for the bed it stated they used a stain and a clear acrylic lacquer. ETA: Thanks, everyone! I ended up buying two sets and will decide once they get here which one to wrap. (Partially because I'm not 100% confident that either will get here soon enough.) The nicer option seemed to be the Tekton 34-piece set from Home Depot (metric only) that is about $70. The other one I went with is the Reniteco 56-piece from Amazon (right at $50, metric and SAE).
