I’m looking for help in figuring out a ballpark number for a handyman to install a prefab metal shed from Lowe’s or Home Depot. The shed’s dimensions are 8ftx10ft. It’s going to go on an existing concrete pad. The manufacturer says it should take about six hours to put it up. I’d do it myself but when it comes to building (even the most simple of things) I always mess it up and make a minimum of three extra trips to the hardware store. Hi, I'm going to be on Long Island after Easter. I used to live in Nassau County, now I live overseas. I bought a lamp years ago from Restoration Hardware. It was an industrial type with a large metal lampshade. There's a large metal nut that holds the shade, about 2" in diameter. The nut broke on one of the lamps, I need to figure out the type of thread and get some sort of replacement. I don't know the thread count or pitch. I've tried RH but they don't sell that lamp anymore and I've no information about it. My question is can anyone recommend a type of hardware store when I'm over?
