I’m at my wits end… but let me start at the beginning… I am working on the cabinets and panelling of a mud room and keep encountering the weirdest problems. I am an amateur painter but have successfully painted kitchens, cabinets and all kinds of other surfaces and know that preparation and choosing the best product is key. The cabinets are Besta (IKEA). The panelling is Home Depot. Both primer (Stix) and paint (Cabinet Coat) are INSL-X purchased at Benjamin Moore and were recommended . I lightly sanded and cleaned the surfaces. Next came the primer. I am looking to encase a small stone ring that I carved in some sort of epoxy/resin to fill in some areas of the stone that chipped off in the carving process (essentially filling the negative space left by these chips). I went to Home Depot and found a jb-weld clear epoxy that I tested just pouring/mixing some into a cardboard-packaging tape mold I had made just encasing some small pebbles into the mold (reddish rock is the same as the ring itself). And... I suppose it worked but it was my first time using any sort of epoxy/resin so obviously there were some hiccups: 1) Very bubbly still (didnt mix well enough/didnt stir well enough?) Starting in June, we are required to use official NYC trans bins. When this was first announced, the city set up a site to get the bins at [bins.nyc](http://bins.nyc) and the DSNY web site still says "The NYC Bin is available for purchase at a significantly lower price than similar bins at retail stores, at [www.bins.nyc](https://www.bins.nyc/) or by calling 1-855-NYC-BINS." However visiting the link now says "Online ordering and the call center are currently unavailable. Select NYC Bins are available at all NYC Home Depot locations.". Did the city bait-and-switch us into supporting an ICE-loving private company at increased prices? Does anyone know of any other options...

Thought I was about to score a deal on the XL but I guess I didnt read the fine print. I went to the store to buy it, but the price check and the manager on duty confirmed the $999.00 price. **99 cents off**?? He said the prices are controlled by corporate. I called HD support and they said the store controls the in-store price. So they discounted the oven by .99 cents. And there they are sitting with other unrelated clearance items marked way down. What gives Wally! If I get a deal, I will share the store location, promise!

I've only bought Christmas lights from Walmart (Holiday Time) brand. Other stores like Lowe's and Home Depot have their own lights, but they're quite a bit more expensive. For those of you who have bought lights from both stores... do you have a preference and why? Thank you!

Curious if anyone has seen stores that still have inventory? Shame on me for not buying a pallet's worth earlier in the season but given this happens every winter you would think Home Depot would just keep a full aisle of it stocked throughout the winter.

Finally getting into a house with a garage last year prompted me to slowly build up the tool collection the way I wanted it to be. FB Marketplace helped me find the matching U.S. General 26 in. x 22 In. Single Bank Roller Cabinet and 30 in., 5-Drawer Mechanics Cart for $250. Amazon, Harbor Freight, and a couple of lucky Nellis Auction buys got the socket sets filled out. Same for the pliers, wrenches and hex keys. Home Depot Black Friday deals for gaps in my Ryobi and Milwaukee power tools and batteries. Random other goodness stored away in the larger drawers. A mishmash of AutoZone clearance and Harbor Freight magnetic solutions round out the lid storage. Ready to call it good.

I only live a few hours away from the border and you Yankees get much better deals. I have a relative going down and coming back and want him to pick up a BMSM deal for me from the local HD. I’m gettin conflicted answers from other posts. So my question is: As a Canadian, can I order online thru HomeDepot US site using a Canadian credit card to have the order set aside for in store pickup under someone else’s name? Pic of deal added. I have been wanting to get into the ryobi ecosystem so I really want the upgraded features/power/durability of the Gen 2 combo kit, but it feels like I'd have an easier time spotting bigfoot atp. I know the tariffs play a big role into why they might have stocking issues and why they had to pull so many combo kits off the market like the 8 piece HP from a year or 2 ago, but I don't want to sink money into Gen 1 only for this to come out later. I'd like to add new cabinets to an eating area that currently has no cabinet but I'd like to keep my existing cabinets and reface those cabinets to match the new cabinets. I have been having a hard time finding companies that sell full cabinets and doors only that match. We've tried Home Depot and that wasn't a fit. Open to ordering online and installing ourselves or looking at local cabinet stores if that won't break that bank. Any ideas would be great!
