Just wanted to say I had a great experience buying a dishwasher with them. Got a great in-store deal that made the final price 10% cheaper than Home Depot, getting the 5-year protection instead of the 4-year protection from Home Depot. The sales representative was also super helpful and efficient. I won't be going back to Home Depot for appliances anymore, that's for sure. Feels good to support a Canadian business.

Hey all, As I'm getting Cocoa's big enclosure ready I was wondering what you all use for substrate? I do bioactive, usually some cocoa coir, some sand, and then jungle mix or something similar with some moss. I usually order these types off Amazon - reptile brands-to avoid parasites etc, but considering it's going to be a lot of dirt which could be expensive, curious what you all use and how you know it's safe (especially if buying from home depot etc.) Organic top soil I worry it'll still have parasites etc especially because they usually sit outside at the stores. I'm in my 40s, moved into the first house I've ever lived in for my adult life one year ago, and spent the spring and summer ignoring the yard except for cutting grass. I have a front and back yard in a house with neighbours on both sides. I just got this sparkly begonia plant from Home Depot today and I’m wondering what type of begonia it is and also what I can do to rehab it as it was in a super shady spot and it was completely dry when I got it. Some leaves are crispy and black around the edges. I’ve been pretty good this year about maintaining a small stash of pellets (10-15 bags), and buying about 10 bags per week with how cold this winter has been. I’ve been trying to buy for several days now and every store I’m checking within a 25 mile radius is out of stock. Any suggestions on stores with pellets in stock? Tractor Supply, Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Ace are all out and won’t take online delivery orders, same for my local stove store. i’m down to 4 bags and starting to worry. In January I found this plant at a Publix grocery store. It wasn’t labeled but I think it’s a frydek. I also found a bisma on clearance at Home Depot. I decided to try my hand at semi hydro for the first time and for once I don’t think I’m going to kill these lol. I think I always struggled in the past with letting my alocasia dry out too much. They didn’t even have much shock during the transition from soil straight to the new setup. Even the bisma is putting out a new leaf right now. Also, my house has been dry as a bone and they haven’t seem too angry about it which surprised me so much. Anyway, I’m super excited for this new way of dealing with alocasia lol. Fingers crossed...
