I bought 15' of #4 copper wire to ground my electrical panel. Before I opened the pack, I realized I needed more than 15 ' I brought it back to Lowes to return it and buy 25' They refused to let me return it for a refund or store credit. In the two weeks since I bought it, my credit card was compromised, and a new one was sent. The store said without the exact same card, they could not help me. I asked the store manager too. I went to home depot and bought the 25' of copper. I'm done with Lowes unfortunately. How can this be legal?

So I live in Huntsville Ontario and just put in 5 taps across 4 trees last weekend. 2 gallon buckets each.
