Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the The Home Depot Latest Community Discussions About The Home DepotIs your Home Depot dusty?3h agoMy store has dust everywhere. You can see it on the floor, you can see it on the shelves. Sometimes when they do garbage there's a cloud of dust that fills the receiving department. I've been to other Home Depot's and they look so clean. It feels nice walking through them. My store though... where do I get a new one of these?4h agoMy stepdad really wants a new pair of these tiny pliers, and I wanted to get them for him for Christmas. However, I can't seem to find them. So far I've tried Ace, Harbor Freight and just now Hobby lobby (asking seen in the picture). I highly doubt Lowes or Home Depot has them either. I don't even know what the **** these are called so I don't know how to search for them on Amazon either. All I know is the smallest ones I can find in the three stores I visited are about four so inches apparently (probably the handle size or something). I would love any sort of help in identifying this tool and finding a new pair to get him for Christmas cause I'd prefer not to com... Is the DCN680B a decent nailer and is this a good deal?4h agoDivine Whop Review – Is It Worth Using for Flips and Deals?5h agoI recently tried [Divine](https://whop.com/divine?a=prestonajy) on Whop after seeing it recommended as a tool for resellers, collectors, and anyone looking to spot deals. It’s billed as **Whop’s #1 choice for reselling**, and I wanted to see if it actually delivers. [Divine](https://whop.com/divine?a=prestonajy) gives you **5 days of free access**, which is perfect to test everything before committing. Right away, I noticed how active the community is — there were **over 400 people viewing** while I was testing it, which shows it’s popular. What’s inside and what I liked: * **Retail & Online Flips**: Sneakers, eBay, Amazon, Walmart, and more — good for anyone looking t... Ammo can pannier cases5h agoThis was done using a table vice, sledgehammer, a sawzall, a drill and some hand tools. The metal and bolts are from Home Depot. Despite how it looks, it’s actually quite stable. They don’t even wiggle. Though the handles are a bit noisy at lower speeds. Real Tony Stark in the cave type **** One of the ammo cans is from a sporting goods store, the other from Harbor Freight. I think the final cost was around $100, no more than $200. I used a friends tools, so that part was free. Turned out to be highly useful for use as a commuter bike. I can pack a hoodie and a thermos, I even picked up some burritos the other day. I was inspired by FortNine lol The biggest reason for this is bec... Friends and Family (Chapter 3, Part 1)5h ago**\*Due to the size of this blog, this chapter will be done in TWO PARTS\*** Throughout his life, it seemed Jim Faulkner had developed a number of opinions in life. He felt that these opinions made life better. Maybe that could have explained why he had as many friends as he did, and why everyone liked him so much. Here were five things he felt. *If no one can count on their family and friends, it’s a sorry world*. Jim always took great pride in his friends. He felt he could turn to them when the need arose. This especially proved true when Jim lost his wife. When Candi died in a plane crash in 2007, everyone seemed to be there for Jim. Just as friends were important to J... Home Depot for the win6h agoWent to HD to reward myself for getting through my second to last semester and found these two beauties + a 50% off philo. The alocasias mayyy have JUST been delivered to the store and still on the cart all plastic wrapped up. And I MAY have peeled back the wrap to get them and then put it back like nothing ever happened. 🤫 but I’ll never tell Painting a MYDAL Bed Black8h agoI'm looking for suggestions on how I can paint this MYDAL bed black, but make it look as close to stock as possible. I want it to feel like it came from the store that way. On the page for the bed it stated they used a stain and a clear acrylic lacquer. Any suggestions on which paint would probably match the best, for me, stores like Home Depot and Lowes are close by, there are Sherwin Williams too. Basically any store that's in NYC. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks. Where to buy vinyl siding and soffit?9h agoLowes and Home Depot don't seem to have what I need. Are there any building supply stores that stock vinyl siding and soffit? RG34XXSP lost hinge cap. Any easy fixes?10h agoBusted out my RG34XXSP the other day to find one hinge cap just missing. It was never dropped or anything else traumatic. It's my EDC, so the chances of finding a tiny spec of blue plastic over all the places I've carried this thing for the past few days are nil. I'm probably past the return window. Just wondering if any of y'all know an easy replacement. My first thought was the cap at the bottom of a cheap ballpoint pen, but that's too big. It'd be great if there was some sort of trash sitting around the house or dollar store or Home Depot I could just jam in there and be done with it. Any ideas? I don't care if the colors match. I just want to protec... Kitchen sink quick connect piece11h agoI cannot find this quick connect piece anywhere. Lowe’s, Home Depot, and local hardware stores. This connects to my pull down faucet hose. Any idea where to find one. Kitchen sink quick connect piece11h agoI cannot find this quick connect piece anywhere. I ended up buying two sets and will decide once they get here which one to wrap. (Partially because I'm not 100% confident that either will get here soon enough.) The nicer option seemed to be the Tekton 34-piece set from Home Depot (metric only) that is about $70. The other one I went with is the Reniteco 56-piece from Amazon (right at $50, metric and SAE). I'm leaning heavily toward the Tekton, because of the quality and support, and pretty much everything is in metric these days, anyway. Thanks again for all the tips! tl;dr: Looking for the best 1/4" drive, deep well socket set for under \~$50 Details: I got my uncle in our family's secret sant... Is Now the Right Time to Buy, or Should I Wait It Out?13h agoWondering if it’s even worth getting, I plan to use this on my vehicle to remove lug nuts off, but I'm wondering if it will hold up against the rusty lugs here in the midwest MIssing big-box stores13h agoI understand that many who hang in this subreddit aren't fans of big-box stores and that's fine by me but I rise to ask a related question: Why do you suppose there is no Sam's Club or Lowe's in Madison? Let's review the bidding. There are three Menards stores and two Home Depot stores in Madison, so it's not like there's no DIYer marketplace. And there are three -- count 'em, three -- Costco stores. (Yes, I know none of the Costcos is officially in Madison city limits but that's irrelevant for purposes of my question.) So it's not like Madison hates warehouse-type stores. Maybe the answer is that Lowe's and Sam's Club view Madiso... What silicone to use instead of caulk in bathroom shower?14h agoFirst time homeowner, I used white caulk for the shower in the bathroom and in less than a year it looks very bad almost looks like black mold. I want to take it out and redo it but I want to do it the proper way. What product would you recommend? Because I don’t believe it’s normal to redo the caulk every year. Ford writes off $20 billion EV venture. Vin-Fast, with $65 billion of investor money, fails completely.16h agohttps://preview.redd.it/s8tvr65n6k7g1.jpg?width=912&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=f6a61f966b98a7ce251e51e3eccfc0cdcc6c2c2e ***Photo Above*** *- the quaint Merry Oaks Baptist Church is being blamed for the failure of a $65 billion EV company. But the facts are more complicated, as usual. And taxpayers may have saved a bundle . . .* Ford’s value (market cap) was $54 Billion yesterday. Today it wrote off $20B on its failed EV ventures. Does that mean Ford’s actual market value is now $34 billion, and their stock should also fall 40% - from $13 to $8? I'm not holding my breath, although I do have a longstanding alert at Merrill if Ford returns to it's 52 we...
