Have PITCHER. Grab a gallon of distilled water at the grocery. Hung him up in the guest bathroom window. They get FULL sun all day. I see a lot of people on here have decent stores with decent managers etc. But ever since i’ve started here, i’ve experienced nothing but sexism. There’s a handful of men, a couple higher ups, who do not like me simply because i pushed so hard for reach and forklift. I shouldn’t have had to even fight so hard to get certified but it was such a challenge despite being garden recovery and my job requiring it. I’ve come a long way. we just lost a main overnight guy who’s been here 30 years. it’s just me and one other guy who’s also certified but he’s only been here a couple weeks. curbside pickup is allowed from 9am to 6pm at my local home depot. i've place countless pickup orders from 12pm-5pm over the last few months. each time the order doesn't get fulfilled/i don't get notified its ready until 5-15minutes after 6pm. why?! is it just incompetence on the workers part? do they just not want to bring out my order? is there an issue with the mobile app orders getting over to their stores and they don't know about the order until late? i've never had a single order labeled as ready before that 6pm cut off. i still pull up (i live <10 minutes away) and call the store, and they always mention the 6pm cut off time but still bring it out as...

I am almost completely deaf without my hearing aids. Is it wrong of me to want to not wear them so I am effectively deaf when I go shopping or to a large store? I don’t want to talk to anyone anyway. Im not going to a place like HomeDepot because I want to strike up conversation.

Hi everyone!! I have a light fixture that I’d like to convert into a plug-in lamp, but I’ve been having a surprisingly hard time finding a proper electrical or lighting store that can help with the parts and conversion. I’ve already tried Canadian Tire, Home Depot, RONA, and even Paul Wolf, but none of them were able to assist. All I really need is the correct wiring cable size and a good-quality dimmer to make this lamp plug-in ready. If anyone knows a store in Toronto that still carries these kinds of electrical/lamp repair components or offers this kind of help, I’d really appreciate the recommendation. I decline all Home Depot Orders because it’s never worth it and seems to always be customers ordering big, heavy **** that DD is expecting me to deliver for like $8. I just got 4 Home Depot Orders in a row, declined all of them out of principle, but several even said “Extra Large Order” as a heads-up. I just got one while posting this too lol - what’s up with this garbage?

Taking a day trip out to Avalon with the family. I plan on bringing some rods. I’d be bringing a 2-piece rod and a couple 8’ rods. Am I going to be able to store them some place where they won’t get damaged or be in the way? Should I get a hard case? Thinking of putting the reels in a bag and the rods in a PVC pipe with some caps from Home Depot, or is this not necessary?

I am setting up a new enclosure for my juvenile bearded dragon(I prefer calling her emma). I need a 40 gallon tank, heat lamp, UVB fixture and some decor. Local pet stores are too expensive. I have checked everywhere from Amazon to Home Depot and even looked on Aliexpress and Alibaba. Some sellers offer tanks for half the price but I worry about glass thickness and shipping damage. Has anyone here bought a reptile tank or supplies from these online marketplaces? How was the quality and also what about heat mats and thermostats? I am on a budget but want to do this right. Doing a job this weekend I had to go get some concrete, as I’m going down the aisles I noticed there was no XGT at my Home Depot. As I go to the register this cute girl in orange mock and I asked her what was going on. She wasn’t too sure but she said if I wanted to buy any, there’s a shopping cart with whatever they have. I got a rotary hammer drill, sawzall and 2 batteries for $429. I highly suggest anyone looking to add to their line go to their local store. Check to see if there’s a display or not and if there isn’t go find a hourly employee, not a manager or anyone who gives a ****. After flushing my toilet makes a whistling sound. I am guessing it is the valve seal. I have a fluidmaster 300 not not sure which valve seal to get as I can't seem to find ones specifically for the 300 series. The most common ones seem to be for the 400 series. I am not sure if those are compatible with the 300s? My nearby stores are home depot, canadian tire, walmart and rona.

Long story short is I got greedy trying to dirty multi app with Roadie and the way the Roadie app works is that you can stack multiple deliveries from different stores and they just kept giving me offers after I picked up this one up. I thought this morning I'd for sure be deactivated but it hasn't happened yet.
