Pardon my ignorance here, I'm not a plumber and shouldn't be playing one really but here we are. This is a 3/8 inch copper line that has been reduced from what I think is a 1 inch galvenized pipe. My original plan was to transition to pex at this T but can't get that fitting off. I also realized that the reducer is an awkward size like 7/16 so when I went to homes depot, they didn't carry it at my store. Is my next option to cut behind the T and use a dresser coupling to transition to pex or am I missing something here? The last few times I've been in Home Depot there's been a super heavy police presence ....like we're talking one cop on the entrance, one on the exit, and one roaming around the store. Are the theft levels really so bad in kahului that it's cheaper to hire three police to patrol?

I have gone to 10 different stores looking for them and they no longer exist I went to GameStop and The store manager said they tried to sell one yesterday but they had to pull them off the shelves because the activation code was no longer valid for the card so they had to refund their customer. We are renovating our yard and one of the upgraded elements is going to be a large cantilever umbrella over a patio area. I would like to buy something a bit higher quality than the discount stuff carried by Lowes/Home Depot because we are going to mount the base into newly poured concrete--we are not using the portable based with sand/water. I had a delivery yesterday from Home Depot, super nice guy, and I told my daughter, Home Depot doesn't have a place for a tip, and I had no clue it would be delivered by a dasher. She ran in and got all the cash she had which was 6 bucks. The driver didn't want to take the tip, said he had already been tipped by the shipper. My question, do the stores actually tip you? I know PetSmart and Petco don't, because it shows the tip amount I want to pay when I order.

I'm a former employee from when our store opened in '97 (store 777 if I remember). The store looks night and day going there now from how it was when it first opened. We had a massive turtle and koi display tank with halide lighting, huge planted tank, a dark aquatics area that set off a lot more display tanks (and bigger) than what I see now. I have areas around my home next to the foundation with exposed dirt/clay. Sorry if this is a **** question, but I’m assuming top soil wouldn’t be a good option to use to grade correct? I looked online at Home Depot but all I see is that they sell “Top Soil.” Unless I am inserting the wrong words, but could someone inform me of what type of dirt/soil to use for grading and if big box stores would carry?
