Did we get holiday pay for Memorial Day cause I’m not able to see it on my shift I know we have some holidays different from others because of Mardi Gras. I’m not sure if Memorial Day is affected from something, if so, what replaces memorial day just curious. In January is when it appeared. I have a clean car, I clean it frequently in warmer months. I had snacks in the drivers side door that were all sealed because I get forget breakfast sometimes. I know there are far better options and places to get mulch and soil for my raised beds, but is it too much to ask places like Home Depot and Menards to stop selling industrial waste as mulch? Bags upon bags of dyed shredded pallets and lumber mixed with garbage bits, bags of what is marketed as raised bed soil filled with biosolids from questionable sources, high levels of PFAs, and chunks of plastic and debris. I accepted an order from Home Depot which was actually 3 separate customer orders. I do not know if there is the ability to view what is in an order before accepting but I did not know this was 3 orders let alone that there was 5 bags of mulch in one of the orders!! This meant after I picked up from inside the store I had to drive around to the mulch area and load 5 bags of mulch in my car. Thankfully I have a Subaru forester and am able to haul mulch and I am SO glad I had my plastic mat in the back otherwise I would have cancelled all 3 orders and took the bad rating to my profile.
