Some tips for the new folks: \- If you're going to actually take mulch/soil orders, keep plastic bags/trash bags in your car to put down. \- Get/use a pair of gloves for "disgusting work", not expensive and not something you're going to be upset with throwing away. I have over 3,000 deliveries and most of the time I have been solidly at platinum. With the new standards I am not at the lowest level of silver. I have 21 orders out of a 100 that I was "late" on. 12 of those orders were five minutes or less "late." If I get a single red light, it makes me late.
