Looking for cheap mirrors in Tampa/US + any tips welcome...5h agoHey everyone! 👋 I’m about to dive into my first ever DIY project — building a smart mirror powered by a Raspberry Pi — and I’m super excited (and a little nervous)! I have a few things I could use help with: 🪞 Finding a cheap mirror: I’m based in Tampa, Florida and looking for an affordable two-way/spy mirror. I’ve checked Facebook Marketplace and Home Depot, but wondering if anyone knows better local spots or reliable online sources (like a glass shop, surplus store, or Amazon alternative). Budget-friendly is the goal! 🛠️ Build tips for a beginner: I know the basics involve a monitor, a two-way mirror, a Raspberry Pi, and MagicMirror² software — but I’d lov... Seems to be a pretty good price if you're in the market for one. For some reason the price changes if you switch store locations and I had to order "Ship to store" instead of delivery to get the deal price [H] PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp [W] Your unwanted gift cards13h agoRates vary so please send me a chat with the following information: * Store and value of card * How the gift card was obtained * Payment method you take I am only buying gift cards for **US stores** including: * Amazon * Apple * Barnes & Noble * Banana Republic * Best Buy * Bloomingdales * Chick-Fil-A * Costco * Crate and Barrel * Dicks Sporting Goods * eBay * Gap * Google Play * H&M * Home Depot * Ikea * Lowes * Macys * Nordstrom * Pottery Barn * Saks Fifth Avenue * Starbucks * Target * Uber * Walmart * West Elm * Williams Sonoma .. and many others including prepaid visa, mastercard Not looking for: McDonald's, Steam, Xbox, Playstatio... Napoleon Freestyle17h agoHit Home Depot today and while I was there decided to go see what the Weber Slate was like in person. I only know about them from what I read here and they do look impressive. I go to the next row and there stands a Napoleon griddle. I’m in HVAC and I’m a Napoleon dealer. Their products are excellent so I’d imagine this griddle would be as well. I liked its simplicity and the handles each side of the cook top. Yes I lifted it out and it’s not as heavy as my Campchef of equal size. Like most Napoleon products, it just looks pretty! A couple hundred bucks less than the Slate. I don’t think my wholesaler has one of these on display but I’ll find out this afternoon. Home Depot Credit Card issues17h agoI’m an Electrical Associate and I just got promoted to Head Cashier. Every time someone uses a Home Depot Credit Card or the Commercial Card at the Front End it says “Card Read Error” they then have to insert it three separate times and finally slide it to get it to work. (I also learned about the bending down method) I’ve asked and never have got a straight answer except “it does this at other Home Depot’s”. Customers have said the same as well. Is there a reason for this or is it just a matter of my store being cheap? Windsor ONE vs HD CMPC18h agoIs Windsor one worth it in price. I have only worked with Windsor and am wondering how much better it is/ worse CMPC is in comparison. Both are finger-jointed pre primed. I guess I have an assumption that CMPC is worse because Home Depot. But it would be really cool if it was about the same- considering my client is on a budget. Thanks for the input community 🤙 Home Depot Unicorn18h agoTo all my OFAs..have you ever seen this screen? I have 20 minutes left in my shift, this is a miracle 😂 Need help19h agoHi everyone, yesterday I mistakenly broke the outer glass of the elwctric cooktop range. Ive detached the frame from the door and have removed all the glass. I want to get it repaired. It's just to stick a new glass with some strong adhesive ( thats how i believe it was previously done). Where in london or nearby can I get it fixed for cheap. Genuine suggestions only please. I live near hyde park. The black glass on the outer part of this door which has a silver handle has been removed and the new glass is to be inserted in that frame. The cooktop is samsung. Edit: What type of repair shop or person will change the glass? Glass shop or appliance repair store or Canadian Tire/Home Depo... I just do diy stuff and home projects I'm thinking the rapid charger will be plenty, but you know how it is, I want the fastest! Today I'm back with another experiment that I hope will have valuable insights for the community here. I came across a paper from researchers at Berkeley's Haas School of Business showing that year-over-year changes in parking lot car counts predicted quarterly retail earnings \[1\]. They found that trading on this signal yielded 4 - 5% abnormal returns... Washer dryer situation1d agoIn last nights live (3/15) S answered a question about them having a washer/dryer yet. She replied that they’re ordering a set on Wednesday, and they’ll be delivered and hooked up by “them” (the store) Thursday; and in my experience, hook up services are only offered with a new set from a store like Lowe’s, Home Depot, etc. Now, just a few lives before this, they’d been saying they were scrounging fb marketplace/thrift stores for a set because they can’t afford a new set. Two theories: 1. They’re simply lying about getting a set, because we know and can see they don’t care about cleanliness 2. They are receiving funds from somewhere that hasn’t been disclosed yet ... Oil pressure sensor mount broken (Fix)1d agothe other day i managed to snap off the port used to mount and read measurements of oil pressure on my 89 K1500 when i went to replace the sensor, today i gathered parts from home depot. here’s everything needed if you ever find yourself in this situation and also i would recommend a 1/4 inch bolt extractor from an auto parts store to remove the old threads Found one!1d agoI saw some people posting that these crested San Pedros are being sold in some AZ Home Depots. I tried 3 and no dice, so I called a store across town from me and the guy said that they got 8 in that morning and were down to one. He hid it for me underneath a table and it was there when I got there. Thanks Home Depot man for doing that! ğŸ›¡ï¸ Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
