Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the The Home Depot Latest Community Discussions About The Home DepotCan any RSC’s let me know about working for a Retail Store?6h agoHello, I was an RSC from 2018 to 2025. I took a job at the call center & resigned after 8 months, call centers are NOT for me let’s just say that. Now I’m working in Retail at Home Depot it’s a much less stressful job but the pay isn’t as good as when I was with AT&T. Question, how is it being an RSC now? Is there still a ton of metrics and pressure to sell DTV, 1st Net, Biz accounts? I left just because I got tired mentally of the coaching style, the metrics, the “is this a corporate store?” issues that we had to fix from authorized retailers etc. It was great money but I grew tired of it. I loved my coworkers in fact I have 4 great friends from my years... Tucson ACE Hardware stores7h agoI'd rather spend my $ with local businesses than with literally ANY big box / corporate entity. If there was ever a year to spend your money intentionally, this is the year. The few things I need from Lowe's or Home Depot throughout the year are all things that ACE carries. I went into one today, and asked if it was privately owned. The clerk said that the local owner owns all 8 Tucson ACE Hardware stores. Does anyone know anything about the owner? If they're MAGA I'd go someplace else. Hoping for the alternative answer. Thanks in advance. Got some DeWalt finally10h agoFinally added some DeWalt to the collection, I had about $430 in home depot gift cards so I got all this for about $140 of real money instead of home depot dollars. [Landlord - CA - USA] Wall paint & touch-ups question10h agoOver the years, I've used many different paint colors for the walls. I've used Home Depot paint, Kelly Moore, Sherwin-Williams... greys, off-whites, tans & beiges. it all seems with the same problem: touch-ups looking like ****. It feels like a runaround, but I keep being told "darker colors are harder to touch-up" while eggshell and semi-gloss also are easier to touch-up, but results are the same regardless of using darker or lighter paint, semi-gloss or eggshell. Even after fully painting and going back in 7 months later, the touch-ups are noticeable. Some are kind of noticeable but other times, it's almost like they ****** up with how much color they p... Home Depot versus Doors.com - over $1500 difference on what seems like similar doors. Any insights?10h agoI've been looking at getting an exterior double door to replace my garage door, and found [this](https://www.doors.com/products/hoelscher-tdl-6-lite-craftsman-fg-68-2-72-x-80-6-lite-2-panel-craftsman-true-divided-lite-tdl-fiberglass-entry-double-door-80-glass-fiberglass-exterior?variant=48926195286297) on doors.com. It's just under $3k, but to get it prehung it's an additional $860, and then to get it shipped it's another $750. This brings the total up to $4585 before tax, which is another $420. Alternately, I found what seems to be a [pretty similar door](https://www.homedepot.com/p/Steves-Sons-Regency-72-in-x-80-in-1-4-TopL-3SDL-Clear-Glass-RHOS-Chstnt-Fir-Fiberglass-D... Opinion | Brand Campaign | Several stores | One ad set?19h agoHello! As mentioned in the title, I have a brand campaign for brand protection in Google Ads. It has only one ad for my brand name search. I'd like your opinion on creating new ad sets for other searches or should I create a new campaign? My company sells kitchens, bathroom materials, etc (like Brico Depot or Home Depot). I want to target new searches like "Showroom kitchen + \*\*city name\*\*" (We have about 10 stores across the country). What's your take? Worked at a different state same employer filing?19h agoSo im trying to file with freetaxusa. My w2 for CA shows 27k for box 1 and box 16. The one for NC has all the boxes empty except for box 16 (7k) & box 17 (200$). Both w2s are from the same employer (home depot) I transfered to a different store in NC. Federal seems to get the read ok but the state CA EITC shows i made 34k? I wish I did. Im pretty sure they just summed up and added my nc wage to the total on the california one? So do I just subtract it or submit it and pay the penalties later? Im confused with the double taxation ig? this only my second year filing would appreciate any input Great Canadian Rebate21h agoThe Great Canadian Rebate website is a website that pays you cash back rebates on online purchases from stores like Walmart, Best Buy, eBay, Groupon, Expedia, HomeDepot, Indigo, SportChek, Staples, The Shopping Channel and more.
