I have so far been rejected from almost every retail store in the town where I live. Best Buy, Office Depot, academy, Walmart, CVS, target, Walgreens, Lowe’s, Home Depot, and now Ace Hardware. I’ve been working in retail for several years, and I’m currently in a management role in a grocery store. They sent me this rejection letter less than a day after I applied. They wanted one year of experience, and I put down that I had three. I put down open availability. I met or exceeded EVERY QUALIFICATION. There is not a single reason I can think of that NONE of these places would hire me other than their ATS is automatically filtering me out. I just can’t understand it.

I’m currently an accounting student at USM, and I’m trying to get a job that pays more than what I have now. I’m a (low level) manager/bookkeeper at a grocery store, and I have three years of retail experience. I’m trying to find somewhere that pays more than the 14 an hour I make now, and can work with my student schedule. Does this exist? All of the big box retail stores that pay better (Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s) have all rejected me already. Any ideas?

Well I have had two blooms and they appear to be correctly Francis Meilland. I was worried about it being tight and high centered. It definitely is. I guess I will see how it does. I work at Home Depot and we are trying to improve our system of storage. Currently we store some things near the service desk behind shelving, larger items for car delivery and books go on the back wall. Then very large orders go in the back by the lumber area or in the roll up garage out front. Then we also have lockers. We have been told they may be taking away our shelving near the service desk where 75% of our orders go. Looking for how others organize and store their orders. Looking for photos or info that has worked for you. As you know it’s hard having our storage all over the place. Any tips or solutions would be helpful! Thanks!
