When building acoustic guitars it’s necessary to sand the tone woods for the sides thin enough to where they’ll bend and for the top to vibrate freely when you play the finished instrument. The tool required for that is not a thickness planer (which would shred thin stock) but instead a drum sander. Even the cheapest one on the market (by my research the Jett 16/32) can cost over $800 to purchase and aren’t available for sale in brick and mortar stores my area. I’m building a website/app that you can pick a retailer store like Home Depot. Pick the store location and it runs a scan for all the clearance items in that store. I have other retailers for this as well. Also, penny items for Home Depot. Also have inventory checkers for retailers also. I know some sites already exist like this but haven’t found one that covers as much. Plus, some are not sharing as much clearance per store…etc. I tried a lot of them out. Asking your thoughts on this? Any features that you would like to see…etc? Thanks

A couple of days ago, I accepted a pickup for Lowe's that included a wheelbarrow. It was going to take about 10 minutes for the associate to pull it (while I had someone else's food order in my car). Then he told me that he didn't think it would fit in my small SUV, so I cancelled it. Today, I got an order from Home Depot with 4 bales of hay. I did try to scan the items before I accepted it, but I was driving and trying to beat the clock. When I arrived at the store, all I could do was laugh...and then unassign.

While Home Depot and Lowes continue to expand with uber/doordash/instacart/dispatch/onerail/etc Tractor Supply is going the opposite direction. Last week they expanded hiring for their in-store delivery driver positions with the most impacted states being PA, OH, FL, TX, and CA. Hey everyone, I am a beginner beginner gardener. And by that I mean this is my first season starting anything and all but one of my seedlings out of 16 died. I have no idea what I'm doing. But, the first thing I have to do is level the ground where my garden bed is going to be, and I was told to get cedar mulch. My mind was set on that. I can't find it sold at any stores anywhere and the mulch yard in my area has a minimum requirement to buy mulch. That minimum is way too much for the space I need since I am just starting out. I was driving by Jane/Lawrence west yesterday and noticed a cargo van selling tons of tools out the back. They set up a display table in the parking lot of the closed Salvation Army store and had their doors open. This van must have had more power tools than a Home Depot. Anybody know if this guy is always there? How frowned upon is it to buy a potentially stolen tools? Not accusing the guy but I highly doubt he gets them from the manufacturer. I was approved for a Chase WOH card at the end of last year and felt super happy to be given a higher credit limit. Now, after ending the honeymoon phase, I wanted to see if I could do a product change for another Chase CC. Google says I can’t, but I sent a message in my Chase app and the rep said to get back to them once I hit a year with the card. Has anyone done this before? I live in a friend's spare bedroom and need a small fridge for just myself, so I've been looking into roughly 7 cubic foot fridges.
