Back in November last year, a homeless person made a campfire in the electric panel enclosure (That is supposed to be locked), which caused the electric company to come out, assess the damage. They even said it themselves it was all superficial, but in the end they decided "We can't keep the power going, this is dangerous. You need to get this repaired." So they shut off the power within 5 minutes, giving us only enough time to rush all the customers out before blackout. We thought we had time. We thought "Give it a day, DG will get us the replacement panels and get the thing fixed in no time at all." We were wrong. Several days pass, no power, no way to clock in....

So I have been given a snake plant as a gift about a month ago. It was purchased from a big box store (home depot or HEB I’m pretty sure). Usually with plants like this that don’t like lots of moisture I try to leave them alone for a while after I purchase them so they can adjust to the new environment and dry out so I can have a better idea of what’s going on with it daily. A few days ago I tried to go to this hardware store as I needed some tools, right in the middle of their posted open hours, and it was completely closed, no one answering my knocks or calls, so I ended up angrily storming out of there and going to Home Depot. Hi, I’m looking for anyone with experience using the Hampton Bay teak butcher block from Home Depot in an outdoor setting. We have purchased this butcher block to be used as a table in our cocktail pool. It comes unfinished, I plan to sand it, round the corners and then add the Watco teak oil in multiple layers. We went back-and-forth between using an actual sealer or the oil. We chose the oil because of the ease of use. Also, we didn’t want to deal with a sealer flaking and having to sand it completely in order to refinish it.
