I am looking for a Edison base fuse holder I’ve googled and searched local hardware stores. The guy at Home Depot said they just stopped carrying them. Anyone know of where to get them. I’m in Alberta Canada. Would rather not replace the panel. Just the holder is loose and before I go tightening it I’d like to have a spare one on hand. Thanks

Sup bros. Had all my issued and some personally owned gear stolen out of my Public Storage unit last week. Literally every single piece of issued gear, several stocked M8 Aid Bags, my Ferro concepts plate carrier, lite fighter tents & rucks. Hello lock gods! I inherited a condo from my grandmother that has a security screen on the front door. The current locks are Schlage double cylinder deadbolts. There are two of them. Building was built in '84 and she bought in '87. As far as family knows, she's never changed them either. Lowe's/Home Depot has all the same locks and none of them fit. The cylinder part of the deadbolt doesn't fit. I'm not where to find these apart from maybe Amazon? So just checking to see what you all say. Looking for third spaces in the western/central MA area that are dog friendly. Bars/Restaurants/coffee shops/book stores/ etc. I trained dogs in FL for 10 years and there’s no shortage of places to work with clients, I plan to start up again here in MA but have been having a really hard time finding places that are dog friendly outside of state parks. I have a two year old rough collie. She’s well bred and I know for a fact that she has never experienced abuse or an overtly negative situation in or around stores. She can be a touch nervy, but not terribly and she recovers quickly 99% of the time. I do a lot of training with her and she goes into and behaves perfectly in tons of pet friendly stores. She’s been to Petco, Petsmart, Pet Supplies Plus, Lowe’s, Home Depot, Bass Pro, Home Goods, and lots of small and tight dog friendly stores at the mall. A two-foot section of 2" PVC pipe, a 4" hose clamp and a 1/4" x 3" bolt or lag screw long enough to go through the tube at the bottom make a very good cane holder for any wheelchair or transport chair. The fitting at the top of this tube is a reducer that acts as a handy funnel to guide the cane into tubes smaller than 2". Home Depot and Lowes builders supply stores carry these tubes already cut to length for under $3. Every wheelchair user needs a cane, as having a cane makes so many things easier to reach.

The last 5 years of my nanny career have been in a state with very tolerable winters due to yearly sunshine and reasonable temps other than big storms and flukes. For context I work in the tree lot. Tree lot is the outside area that we do to cut trees. I usually sit outside all day and it’s been pretty cold. Coworkers came over and gave me some hot coca and said there’s soup and grilled cheese inside for me whenever I want to go in. They told me to make sure I keep warm because it’s cold outside. I work at a Home Depot where a majority of what I do every day is take shopping carts into the store. The store provides insulated rubber dipped work gloves but I still often get too cold while out in the parking lot. We've been working on a DIY barley fodder system for the past month or two and seem to have it all sorted out now, and just wanted to share our progress. The setup cost around $500-$600 CAD or so to put together. Most of that is the shelves ($230 at Home Depot) and the trays (boot trays from Costco at $10 each).
