Hi all, I ordered a bunch of CPs for a bog garden I’m in the process of setting up. My local hardware/big box stores only had Miracle Grow perlite, which I can’t use because of the additives, so I ordered some organic perlite from Home Depot online. My perlite isn’t coming until tomorrow so should I temporarily pot up everything in sphagnum or do you think they will be ok for a day or two? I’m pretty sure they are coming bare root.

Shopping for a dishwasher and Costco carries the one I want, with free delivery and installation. In reading reviews of various stores , (Lowe’s, Home Depot, Costco) I’ve noticed many complaints about delivery and installation. Has anyone had any experience with the Pittsfield Costco in terms of appliance (esp dishwasher) installation?

I live rural so I dont have access to big stores like home depot. There is a home depot far from me but they wont deliver. A store near me recommended Meranti for my application. Would Meranti plywood work for glue down? The only other options are sanded Birch and Oak 4x8 sheets but those are 3x the price. Im using the 1/4" ply on my whole main floor so that would be a lot of extra money.

I posted here earlier today. I wanted to thank you all for your responses regarding a whole home surge protector for a new robotic mower I purchased that will arrive on Wednesday. I think a little differently than most as a recent Air Force retiree. As a former pilot, I plan everything out in my mind kind of like I'm chair flying in training. 1. For plant cruelty! I found this poor babe (thank goodness I did!) inside the Garden Center UNDER a table! In near total darkness, and with about 3" of nasty water in her cache pot. I was talking to one of my co workers about a previous associate and long story short. They could got terminated from attendance but I heard it was a back and forth type of thing. Like it was a first write up ( or first discipline action) because they hit the first 4 marks of attendance and yet again it was like a week after what ever time frame they got the first write up they were claim to get another one (I believe another write up or an action )because they once again got to four mark of attendance ( for more clarification the time frame is like they have all of the occurrence wipe I believe but it got back up again if I even making sense) yet one of their attendance occurrence was going...

We stained the fence according to the instructions at our local paint store but the knots seem to really bleed through. Is there anything that I can do to remedy this after the fact ? We used Olympus semi transparent stain from Home Depot Water based because we live in IL.

I’m sure all of you don’t buy from big box stores, and those that do repot immediately anyway… lol. But for low brow folks like me that only have a Home Depot nearby, and usually leave the orchids I buy in their medium.. please if you buy one and it is in one of the pictured pots, take it out and put it in anything else. It keeps the roots SOAKED. And the orchids I’ve gotten that I didn’t take immediately out of that pot just… rapidly declined.

Hi everyone, We're continuing with our build of our outdoor kitchen. We're now at the stage where we need to think about what we use as a reasonably priced decorative finish on the outdoor ceiling. We are currently building a free standing concrete block structure with flat roof attached to our pool deck. So the ceiling will be fairly sheltered.
