I feel like this is a **** question, but where the **** do y'all get just CBD around here? Obviously the dispensaries are legally required to have at least some THC in each product, so those aren't an option. I tried pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, but they don't stock it. I tried looking in some "apothecary" type hippie dippie stores and couldn't find any. It HAS to exist somewhere around here, right??? To be clear, I do parktake in THC products, but sometimes I just want the CBD without the THC. ideally, I'd like just plain CBD in capsules, gummies, or roll-ons/lotions.

Okay so for background info I have Primary Insurance through my workplace. ChampVA is secondary so my family doesn't qualify for Meds by Mail. So recently while picking up medication for my Wife, which has previously done this correctly, is now saying they (CVS) don't accept Optum Rx. Second time around another Pharmacist said they did, but that it wasn't giving him an option to run the Primary and then Secondary. I had to choose which one to use. I guess from here my question is do the Pharmacists just not know how to run their system, or is CVS confused? Is there a list of Pharmacies that accept Optum Rx? Did I miss something? Not only are all the Rite Aids closed, but CVS and Walgreens pharmacies were all closed at 1:30pm this weekend. Everything else was closed by 7. What are we supposed to do if we need an Rx at night? I feel like I’m overreacting because I haven’t heard anyone talking about this, but just a month or two ago I was able to easily grab a prescription almost anywhere at least until 10pm if not later. Instead of CVS executives focusing on confronting great leaders like Shane at ASHP as they interact with public at their booth, they should focus on the fact that the new Rite Aid locations in Oregon will unionize and the sad fact that all their DL’s and even the new RD from Rite Aid don’t want to be there. I was having an allergic reaction and stopped in a vacant parking lot to find a pharmacy. What happened next took 3 hours and left me shaking. Last night I thought I was just going to pick up allergy medication. Less than a year ago Giant Eagle inherited a ton of prescriptions and patients from the closing of Rite Aid. This seems really surprising to see a pharmacy closure but I've not seen any other news or announcements aside from these texts that went out today. Anyone else getting these or know what might be going on? Curious if its isolated to just this location or if the whole Giant Eagle might be closing.

Backstory: I applied to work as a general store employee at Rite Aid in 2019. I got the job, did a drug test and passed. Shortly thereafter I was injured in a car accident. I was unable to work so I contacted the manager and let them know what happened and that I could not work. Would that negatively affect/eliminate my chances at getting a pharmacy tech job? Over the counter medicines aren't doing enough and been of some other medications I'm on I'm unable to take most "nighttime" medicines. Former coworker in the pharmacy sent me this. They quit right after. I have never seen a person work harder. They were a Rite Aid acquisition place and they kept the place open basically themselves while most of them quit. This is how CVS repaid them. Glad I left this place. Save your health and see how your health does just within 1 month of leaving this “employer of choice.” Lol
