Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Rite Aid Latest Community Discussions About Rite AidMy birth control pills I need to regulate my menstrual cycle, Cryselle, is owned by Teva Pharmaceuticals, a company base...18h agoSo, I decided to scan and add the birth control pills I take to regulate my period to Boycatt to see if even one of my medications is BDS-friendly, and it turns out it's not! This is so heartbreaking, I was literally perscribed this to help regulate my menstrual cycle! Now, the brand was originally a different one (I forgot the name, but I believe it started with a T, I think it was called Tevia or something like that), but I believe around 2 - 3 years ago it got switched to this one, Cryselle, which as you can see, is owned by Teva Pharmaceuticals, and according to Boycatt, its headquarters are in Israel, and benefits a lot from Israel's genocide against Palestinians. My pharmacy ... Rude Canadian shoppers!3d agoI live close to the Canadian border. Before COVID, it was very common to be inundated with Canadian shoppers who come here on bus excursions but that pretty much stopped with the pandemic, and then with Trump's bullying of Canada. But today I had to run into Walgreens to pick up a prescription and imagine my chagrin when I saw a Canadian bus in the parking lot. The store was crawling with Canadians huddled together in different aisles, holding conversations and not reacting when someone said "excuse me" to get by them. And I know they were Canadian by the frequent interjection of the sound "eh?" in every sentence. I proceeded to the pharmacy counter, which is always... History5d agoGoing through some boxes and found this. I never enrolled in the 401K The sad disappearenfe of two pharmacies here..6d agoThe Rite Aid was close to home and the last one within walking distance from me and it closed late last year and i miss it dearly😢 are you able to use your certification as pharmacy technician when u pass??10d agoHi I recently got hired at Walgreens as a pharmacy technician and I start training tomorrow but if i do pass this test for pharmacy technician will you be able to use it anywhere else?? like another pharmacy? Im just curious because im already seeing a bunch of rite aids and cvs’s closing in my area and there is only one Walgreens where I live Any pharmacies with adderall in stock?10d agohi everyone, RiteAid used to be my go to but since they got shut down I've been hurting for a reliable place to get my prescriptions filled. are there any smaller pharmacies s that have adderall/ amphetamine salts in stock? feel free to DM me . Where to get NP Thyroid11d agoI live in a smaller town and only have CVS or Walmart as pharmacy options (now that Rite Aid has closed). CVS never has NP Thyroid in stock and usually I have to wait for them to get it in, but this time it is taking much longer. Like weeks. I'm getting concerned I won't have my refill before I run out of pills. Does anyone use an online pharmacy for their NP Thyroid and have it delivered? I really don't want to go to Walmart because I *really* **** that place, but my CVS ***** and I'm tired of always getting the run around with my prescriptions, especially my thyroid pills. Walgreens is aggressively trying to poach me for a store manager. They’re aware I’m a mid level manager an currently...12d ago[https://www.reddit.com/r/Salary/s/s5YE4k9PD3](https://www.reddit.com/r/Salary/s/s5YE4k9PD3) They’ve been calling me to work there and I told them that I reported 147k in taxes and I’m on pace to cross 150k this year and I’m comfortable in my current role. They STILL encouraged me that I should interview. I can take physical and verbal abuse. (Former rite aid RPL) What is the most you’ve ever heard a retail manager make? I might jump back into retail from mail order for top dollar pay. Edit: I intend to ask for 200k/yr salary and a 100k non refundable sign on or I will not sign If I had a prescription with rite aid that I picked up a few months ago and I have a refill available but the rite aid c...16d agoIt says online the prescriptions were transferred to another pharmacy for everyone. I use the tool on their website to see where my prescription went back the tool doesn’t actually work. I try to call rite aid support but it says there are no agents available (I’m assuming because they closed all the rite aids in the country) So am I even able to get my refill or is the refill just gone? How much control does store manager have over pharmacy manager in Walmart ?17d agoJust curious on how each store works. As of lately, the store manager wants to cut our hours, yet the work is tripled ever since rite aid closed. They constantly watch us through cameras. And come with so many rules on taking the money at the end of the day, calling for code white whenever someone comes with an injury at work. Rules when taking the trash. How does ur pharmacy work? We’ve had all together 6 managers in the past 3 years Am I just overreacting? I feel like it is wrong to count CS in the automated count system.17d agoTo start, I have worked at this company for 5 years now as a pharmacy technician and recently as many of you heard that RiteAid filed for bankruptcy I believe sometime last year. Anyways, over time I have started to notice the technician’s AND some pharmacist use a Kirby to either count or back count CS. Morally I cannot understand or accept people counting controls that way, simply because we have had NUMEROUS discrepancies with our on hand. So am I just overreacting when it comes to this? I feel very uncomfortable when I see others do this… especially if it is a floater pharmacist. Edit: I want to mention; I understand you know with the advancement of technology and that many pharmac... I Still Miss Rite Aid19d agoEach week I keep thinking about Rite Aid. The pharmacy was amazing. The pharmacist knew me by name. The service was great. You could get your RX while you waited. You could talk about all of your prescriptions to the tech. Now I wait a week sometimes for my order. I have to go talk to a separate person if I need another med filled. Also, it's hard to get through to a live person by phone. I just want to go to Rite Aid right now and shop their seasonal items. They always had the cutest pots for Spring flowers. The people always greeted you when you arrived, and helped you with whatever you needed. The experience was beautiful like a home away from home. Does anyone else miss Rite ... CBD???20d agoI feel like this is a **** question, but where the **** do y'all get just CBD around here? Obviously the dispensaries are legally required to have at least some THC in each product, so those aren't an option. I tried pharmacies like CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, but they don't stock it. I tried looking in some "apothecary" type hippie dippie stores and couldn't find any. It HAS to exist somewhere around here, right??? To be clear, I do parktake in THC products, but sometimes I just want the CBD without the THC. ideally, I'd like just plain CBD in capsules, gummies, or roll-ons/lotions. Ice Cream Memory Lane: A life story told through 15 ‘perfect’ scoops20d agoNote: [I just posted my Perfect 10s list.](https://www.reddit.com/r/IceCreamHaven/comments/1scfexp/the_holy_grail_the_10_favorites_5_retired_legends/) As promised, here is the Director’s Cut — the nostalgia, the travels and the sometimes odd history of how these flavors became my favorites. If you like that sort of thing, here’s the scoop … **How I Found My Perfect 10s** At my first job, I didn’t mind the dreaded performance reviews too much as my supervisor had a generous way with perfect scores. A few years later, we got a new top boss who decided out of a top score of 5, the highest anyone could receive was 4. Nobody is perfect, he rationalized, so it encourages those busy wor... ChampVA as Secondary ? in regards to Pharmacies20d agoOkay so for background info I have Primary Insurance through my workplace. ChampVA is secondary so my family doesn't qualify for Meds by Mail. So recently while picking up medication for my Wife, which has previously done this correctly, is now saying they (CVS) don't accept Optum Rx. Second time around another Pharmacist said they did, but that it wasn't giving him an option to run the Primary and then Secondary. I had to choose which one to use. I guess from here my question is do the Pharmacists just not know how to run their system, or is CVS confused? Is there a list of Pharmacies that accept Optum Rx? What I found was that Walmart Pharmacy, CVS, Rite-Aid, and Walgree... Are you using any of these recalled eye drops? The FDA just flagged over 3 million bottles for sterility issues.21d agoI was just reading up on the latest FDA warnings and saw a massive Class II recall that I haven't seen talked about much yet. K.C. Pharmaceuticals has voluntarily recalled over 3.1 million bottles of over-the-counter eye drops because of a "lack of assurance of sterility." Since putting unsterile drops in your eyes can lead to some pretty serious infections, I wanted to put this on everyone's radar. The scary part is that these are super common and sold at major pharmacies like **CVS, Walgreens, and Rite Aid**. Here is the list of the recalled products (all are 0.5 fl oz / 15 mL bottles): * Sterile Eye Drops AC * EYE DROPS Advanced Relief * Dry Eye Relief Eye Drops * U... Is there a pharmacy crisis in Portland? Why is nothing open past 7?25d agoDid I miss something? Not only are all the Rite Aids closed, but CVS and Walgreens pharmacies were all closed at 1:30pm this weekend. Everything else was closed by 7. What are we supposed to do if we need an Rx at night? I feel like I’m overreacting because I haven’t heard anyone talking about this, but just a month or two ago I was able to easily grab a prescription almost anywhere at least until 10pm if not later. What’s the point of CVS if not to be a pharmacy. What’s happening?? I guess Rite Aid is back online and has since gone back to the old logo?26d agohttps://riteaid.com/ rite aid PHARMACY coming back online26d agoim pretty excited i wonder if the pill bottles with look like the ones from the 2000s NYC carry permit holders: pharmacies are a compliance trap that almost nobody talks about26d agoJust published a breakdown of this specifically for NY permit holders. Sharing here because the NYC CCW process is so difficult that losing your permit to an avoidable felony charge would be devastating. The CCIA doesn’t say “pharmacy.” It covers any location providing “health, behavioral health, or chemical dependence care or services.” That sweep includes the Duane Reade around the corner, CVS, Walgreens, the pharmacy in your grocery store, and any Rite Aid. No sign. No warning. Just a felony under Penal Law § 265.01-e if you’re carrying when you walk in. We also cover the Luci angle — city lawyers argued in federal court this week that NYPD has no constitutional duty ... ğŸ›¡ï¸ Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
