I understand KT can sell gas for whatever they want as long as they follow minimum markups but it’s unfortunate they maintain their additional $.10/gallon profit at their stations in La Crosse when prices are so high because of the war. They’ve successfully ran 99% of their competition out of their hometown and can’t give us a break while we face ever increasing prices across the board.

Nearly every time I go to my local Kwik Star to get gas and print a receipt, it doesn't print. I'm guessing it's out of paper. I understand it'll happen once in a while, but I feel that it happens far too often than it should. It's especially annoying when I purchased a car wash and need to go inside to get my code. There is another gas station in town that prides themselves on having their pumps stocked with paper. In fact, if their pump doesn't give you a receipt, they will give you a free car wash whether you purchased one or not. Kwik Trip/Kwik Star should implement something similar.

Bananas are usually abotu $.89 a lb at the local grocery stories and more like $.59 a lb at my local gas stations, such as Kwik Trip.

Veganism would be way, way more popular if it was more accessible. People are busy and cut corners. Most Americans don't want to spend an hour prepping tofu and blending roasted vegetables. We are a nation of Uber Eats, microwaves, fast food, frozen dinners, premade delivery meals, and gas station hot dogs. If 7/11 and Kwik Trip sold Vegan dogs, if every Dominos sold Vegan pizza, and if Amy's Drive Thru had as many locations as McDonald's, we would have millions of people going Vegan. Is it lazy? Yep. Is it selfish? Probably. But it's also our reality. If we really want more Vegans, we need to make it just as easy to be a lazy Vegan as it is to be a lazy meat eater.

So I went exactly once like a decade ago and the main thing I remember is the huge bathroom stalls lol. Besides that, I remember you could order hot food. Also everything there was big and spacious ... but I don't know if that is Buccees or if it's more so because it was in Texas? So what's the hype about the place over other gas stations? So I work at a Kwik Trip in a small town. The Kwik Trip is built on a highway and is very busy - it’s essentially treated as a general store/gas station by the residents of this town as well as people passing through to get across the state. When are we going to admit that Kwik Trips hot food stations have turned to absolute trash. They “repurpose” their grease soaked chicken into any and every dish they can possibly think of. Why are we allowing them to slap some stale, greasy chicken, and slice of PROCESSED cheese inside a wet tortilla and calling it a “New Quesadilla”. Don’t even get me started on the donuts. Frozen and stale as a ration bread. Coffee is basically hot water. It’s time for a change!!!

I usually pay at the register to put gas in my car, and I would like to know if I pay $20 for the pump , and only used $12, does the remaining balance of $8 get returned to my card or do I need to ask for it back? I know I could pay at the pump but there are many skimmers devices at the outside pump that could steal my card info. Plus some gas stations put a hold of $100 at the pump, and I am not confident that these systems work 100% of the time.

Unfortunately Kwik Trip seems to only have their off brand version. Are there any other gas stations in town that sell Icees? Sincerely, I’m 36 weeks pregnant and it sounds so good.
