My 8 year old calico girl loves Fancy Feast (we call it McDonald's) but she kept throwing up consistently. Over a year ago we started swapping it for higher quality brands (less throw up) but now she's beginning to eat less and less of it. She ***** Smalls. Right now we've been giving her Tiki Cat (chicken liver and quail) and Weruva (chicken and beef). Today she was begging me for food even though her bowl was still mostly full. (USA based, and we use a Chewy subscription).

I'm Celiac. I also need to stick to a Keto diet for a different medical reasons. I love cooking for my family - Husband and toddler- but right now it's so hard. I recently completed my second 6 day fast. I like the progress that I'm making for weight loss and the accountability that I don't eat during the fasts for me it's easier to not eat anything than it is to eat moderate or just one type of food ie keto or carnivore. I have a template to keep up the fasting by going 5/2 with some variety on what and when I eat. Friday Saturday and Sunday less restrictive eating but still mindfully of sugars and grains and carbs.
