I recently ordered an AC from Amazon, but the experience has been a nightmare. Although the delivery was on time, the installation technician found the copper pipe and electric cables missing upon opening the box. Despite the external seal being intact, there was a torn, empty plastic packet inside. ​Fortunately, I recorded an unboxing video. I have raised the issue with Amazon Support, but being told to wait 5 days for an "investigation". I’ve never faced such issues with Reliance Digital or Bajaj Electronics. Hello All, Ordered an AC from Reliance Digital on 16 April. It was supposed to be delivered on 17th but arrived on 18th which is ok.. Installation is where things went completely wrong. I raised a request immediately after delivery and was told it would be done within 24 hours. It’s now been over 2 days and around 10 follow-ups, and nothing has happened. I recently went to shop for a new fridge as the old one was 180L and was getting smaller for my family. The new fridge was selected, we got a great deal everything went well until we asked about exchanging our old one. The shop literally offered 1k.
