I previously mentioned my series 10 jet black’s color at back is chipping and this was observed by a lot of people. A lot of people were getting a replacement too however apple authorised service centres in india were rejecting this claim. I went to apple store BKC, mumbai on saturday and they accepted the issue in one go and offered replacement after inspection. today morning i got the mail that i’ll be getting the replacement soon. I’m attaching screenshots for anyone who’s facing similar issue on their watch. My watch is still under warranty and does not have apple care plus.

This was the third time I've travelled alone, the previous two times I only got off the overnight bus and the train and travelled to a relative's house (Class 8 and 9).
