i know that ihop is considered a good value chain and waffle house gives off a cheaper vibe, but waffle house food is more flavorful and better quality. ihop’s waffles and pancakes are bland, more foamy than fluffy, and the overdone toppings are enough to make you sick. waffle house comes out perfectly crispy, chewy and sweet every time without being cakey or overwhelming. the WH experience is better too, especially if you sit at the bar. the workers will usually riff with the customers and make you feel like you’re in a real 90’s breakfast diner. i really think if WH was not infamous for hiring ex-cons, people would give it a fair chance and realize the food and dining is much bette...

Istg it’s borderline socialism in there wtf do you mean 12 bones for STEAK AND EGGS, Rudy’s ain’t got **** on there hash brown bowls (to compare to their breakfast bowls), dennys is lower quality and more expensive, Dennys pancakes are objectively worse than ihops but frankly I’d rather have an 8 dollar stack of waffles regardless, they have grits, they make the food in front of you like a **** redneck hibachi. Went to go check out the new ihop location. I don’t require much and I’m really not picky when it comes to food I know sometimes cooks can have a bad day. My partner and I have been going to the IHOP up on Havenwood for months and we’re often disappointed by the food quality. But we like their menu for staple stuff that’s not over the top. Suggestions for a breakfast/brunch spot that just does the staples really well? Looking to spend about $60-70 for 2 tops.

Yall this perfume. I thought, when I saw people saying the staying power for this was a lot y’all were being dramatic. I knew I messed up when it the sample came and I smelt the perfume through the box, I probably should’ve stopped and left it alone but I naively thought it broke or something. I was SO wrong. I was diagnosed with celiac disease about 11 years ago. The other day I went to ihop because they finally added gluten free pancakes to the menu! I had eaten there quite a bit a few times so the waitress already knows that I eat the “gluten friendly” that’s what they called them pancakes.
