Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the IHOP Store Latest Community Discussions About IHOP Storeswaffle house is better than ihop7h agoi know that ihop is considered a good value chain and waffle house gives off a cheaper vibe, but waffle house food is more flavorful and better quality. ihop’s waffles and pancakes are bland, more foamy than fluffy, and the overdone toppings are enough to make you sick. waffle house comes out perfectly crispy, chewy and sweet every time without being cakey or overwhelming. the WH experience is better too, especially if you sit at the bar. the workers will usually riff with the customers and make you feel like you’re in a real 90’s breakfast diner. i really think if WH was not infamous for hiring ex-cons, people would give it a fair chance and realize the food and dining is much bette... Waffle House is the best diner chain in America and I’m tired of acting like it isn’t4d agoIstg it’s borderline socialism in there wtf do you mean 12 bones for STEAK AND EGGS, Rudy’s ain’t got **** on there hash brown bowls (to compare to their breakfast bowls), dennys is lower quality and more expensive, Dennys pancakes are objectively worse than ihops but frankly I’d rather have an 8 dollar stack of waffles regardless, they have grits, they make the food in front of you like a **** redneck hibachi. Seriously Waffle House is an American delicacy and I’m tired of acting like the only thing keeping folks from realizing that ISNT straight up classism. IHOP 0/10 ⭐️7d agoWent to go check out the new ihop location. I don’t require much and I’m really not picky when it comes to food I know sometimes cooks can have a bad day. My experience yesterday: Sat down at 10:30 place was basically empty no wait Waited until 10:50 to get even acknowledged by a server 11 finally get coffee and oj no straws and glasses were dirty Put in order it comes out WAY too quick everything’s cold, “double blueberry” pancakes are just regular pancakes with a couple blueberries and some whipped cream to hide the fact they just for you regular pancakes, toast is cold 4$ for side of 1 piece of toast is CRAZY Forgets my pancakes eve though I ordered a pancake combo Eg... Trusty weekend morning breakfast spot?7d agoMy partner and I have been going to the IHOP up on Havenwood for months and we’re often disappointed by the food quality. But we like their menu for staple stuff that’s not over the top. Suggestions for a breakfast/brunch spot that just does the staples really well? Looking to spend about $60-70 for 2 tops. Best Breakfast in Ktown10d agoBreakfast is my favorite meal suggest some amazing options with good ambiance and quality food. Thanx I’ve tried Cafe Praha Necos Evergreen, Café flo, IHOP espresso Theatre Big tree house so many food options but...11d agookay i wanna bring my girlfriend out to breakfast tomorrow and there's a ton of options. i've been a vancouverite quite literally my entire life but still just like i cannot choose and its stressing me out. she doesn't wanna go any chain like ihop, dennys,or whatever, even jam cafe is off the list and i keep looking and looking but its either just not the type of food that would cater for both of us (mostly being pastries and not full breakfasts) or reviews (i base food places i go to off of recent reviews just so i can be extra careful) like there's so many food options and its just not appealing, i need some help for real. i was thinking about catch 122 at lonsdale qu... 4/26/2026 Human Existence Microcosm13d agoTW: Suicide incident referenced I am exhausted. My upstairs neighbors have been up to something loud. I can't for the life of me figure out what it is. It doesn't happen every night. But when it happens, it always starts at 3:30am. It doesn't sound like a fight, or at least not a normal one. It sounds like some kind of fit of madness. Sort of what I imagine the advanced stages of furious rabies to be like, in the stage before the seizures and coma hit. Just...pure chaotic agitation. If I had to visualize what's going on: It sounds like the guy is running and leaping, rolling and tumbling laps around the apartment. Just sort of, flinging the full weight of... Addicted to Vaping Nicotine at 17, it's Destroying my life and my Health17d agoHi guys, I've never posted here before but I feel the need to tell this story to at least someone who can help me with this useless addiction. I've been smoking for about 4 months and need to recover. I'm 17, I live outside of DC in the DMV area for some context. anyways... I started hanging out with my friends a lot more than I used too mainly because I was one of the first ones to get their drivers license. This got me to lots of invites for parties, events, hangouts, etc. I got my license a few days before graduating my sophomore year of high school and it was awesome at first. Hangouts got 100x better when you can drive. When Junior year hit lots of people that were in m... Lol. Lmao, even18d agoCan't order a family feast on the app because the required hash browns option is hidden. There's only an option for eggs as you can see. WHAT DO YOU MEAN I CAN’T…21d agoEdit: I am in the US. Florida. 9 weeks and woke up in a wonderful mood, despite having a vivid nightmare and being dehydrated the moment I opened my eyes. I asked my BF if we could go get some breakfast because I am monstrously craving som eggs Benedict… He then informed me that I PREVIOUSLY TOLD HIM that I CAN’T HAVE RUNNY EGGS. I do not remember telling him this. Maybe I did but just brushed it off thinking it was another night terror. But I looked it up again and my morning is ruined. I get the salmonella thing, I do. But I still **** this. 😭 I know some people will tell me to just do it and “pregnancy myths and fables” but this is our first so I just want to be as careful a... Kicked wife out AIO26d agoLast year my wife started to feel her age. She began getting lip injections and Botox. She would go out with her best friend, and then some guys in their late 20s moved in next door to her best friend. We knew them through their parents, so we all got along. I wouldn’t go out because we have kids. I’d stay home and look after them since my wife works a lot and I work from home. At first, it was all good. Then she met some new people at a new bar. After that, she started coming home at 5 in the morning. I know the bars close at 2. I told her that’s not acceptable for a mom and a wife. I told her, the bar closes at 2, you should be home by 3 after dropping your friends off. She said th... DAY 5-733d agoDAY 5: hi hi! nothing much happened today. the food was catered though. we had ihop for brunch and lee’s chicken for dinner- and then my RA gave me a lot of snacks as well. my charger ended up not working when my phone was at 15% and i had to have my aunt bring me one down so i didn’t go to the mall and 5below trip- so for like two hours i wrote a short story in my notebook (the same one i got from cpp teacher on like day 1 or 2). everything is good now. hopped in the shower and got in my pj’s. listening to music and trying to keep cool. i’ll wash my bedding in the morning and a few other clothing pieces but that’s it! i’ll keep yall updated. DAY 6: hello! nothing much happene... is there anywhere i can get late night breakfast food anymore?43d agoim lowkey ****** they closed the ihop. how is there no where i can get a stack of pancakes past 3pm?! i miss waffle house back at home :( </3 Restaurant / meal recommendations for 3 weeks Southwest U.S. tour49d agoHi everyone! We (my dad (76M), my friend (36M) and I (34M) will be taking a trip to your big beautiful country in May. Our route will be: LV – Valley of Fire – the Utah National Parks – Grand Canyon – Sedona – Route 66 – Joshua Tree – LA (maybe SD) – up the coast to SF (maybe Yosemite if there’s enough days left). I‘ve only been to the U.S. twice (NY, Seattle and Hawaii), and that was 15 years ago! While researching restaurant options for our first stop, LV, I was overwhelmed with the options (and a bit scared of $30 pizzas) and realized I have no idea what I‘m doing… I was hoping perhaps I could ask for your help in pointing out good restaurant/meal options for u... If the Original Paw Patrol Members had their own IHOP Pancakes!52d agoI know that a couple of months ago, I recreated the original members of Paw Patrol as ice creams I thought would be served at a famous ice cream parlor like Baskin-Robbins. Still, now I have decided to reimagine the pups as a new food from another famous restaurant branch, IHOP, and their pancakes! Below are the full descriptions of each of the original members and their own versions of what could be IHOP pancakes. Please let me know what you think. Would you like to see any of these creations on an IHOP menu, or would you go for something different? **Chase's Blueberry Banana Velvet Pancakes** \- A dog-friendly pancake that is colored sky blue to police blue with rich blueberry and ba... Our New York Trip - 12 Days on Christmas and NYE58d agoAfter annoying everyone in this sub to judge my itinerary, our NYC trip finally happened! Here is a bit of how our visit went. I’ll lay out how we planned it and point out what we ended up adding or skipping. My wife and I went for 12 days. Because of the length of the trip, we had to keep things on a budget, so unfortunately, there were a few things we couldn't do. We stayed in Newark, 5 mins from Broad Street Station, and it was VERY EASY to get to NYC. Once we figured out NJ Transit, we could leave our place and be in Manhattan in under 40 minutes. **DAY 1 (24-DEC)** * **The Mills at Jersey Gardens Outlet:** We went straight there after arriving. We were afraid of the cold and ... Followed by kerosene. Help me yall59d agoYall this perfume. I thought, when I saw people saying the staying power for this was a lot y’all were being dramatic. I knew I messed up when it the sample came and I smelt the perfume through the box, I probably should’ve stopped and left it alone but I naively thought it broke or something. I was SO wrong. As soon as I opened it I got HIT by coffee and syrup, it was fantastic, smelt like a fancy bookstore or something. So I obviously sprayed some on my wrists and neck. I sprayed it Saturday night, and I cannot get rid of the smell. Every room I go in everyone always comments that I smell like an IHOP. Help me, how do I get the scent off my skin? It smells so good but I’m ove... The number one thing I desperately miss about the US? Diners.61d agoParticularly breakfast diners. Not just things like Denny’s, IHOP, wafflehouse… but the Ma&Pa country diners that seem to be everywhere in the Midwest/South of the US. They are usually open 24 hours and serve things like: Coffee Chicken fried steak the size of your head Nachos at 5am Biscuits and Gravy (the biscuits are like scones) Chicken & Noodle with a heap of mashed potatoes underneath Full breakfast, usually too much for one man to handle (minus baked beans since that’s not so much a thing) Sickening sweet pancakes with dessert toppings Corned beef hash If you go to the US - I highly recommend you try a few, especially if you enjoy breakfast. Usual... I **** this disease!64d agoI was diagnosed with celiac disease about 11 years ago. The other day I went to ihop because they finally added gluten free pancakes to the menu! I had eaten there quite a bit a few times so the waitress already knows that I eat the “gluten friendly” that’s what they called them pancakes. She told me that they discontinued them and she felt so bad. I actually wanted to cry, I used to love ihop and would eat there before I was diagnosed. I was so happy that I could eat there again! But I’m back to square one. I did however have their two egg breakfast with the eggs over hard. NOT scrambled since they use pancake batter in them. That is an option for you just tell them no toast. It mig... Journeys In Junk, 2025 (warning: long)67d agoI wrote down every junk/fast food item I tried in 2025, and can remember what I thought of all of them...sorry if this post is too long, but I did one last year and the results were good. **SODAS:** Wild Cherry & Cream Pepsi: Very good, I'm grateful you can still, so far, get this in can form. I remember being lukewarm about Cherry Vanilla Pepsi 15 years ago (or whenever it was), but this seems to be a better recipe! My five-star soda list is only Vanilla Coke, Dr Pepper & Cream Soda, Vernor's Ginger Soda, Pepsi and Pepsi Soda Shoppe Cream Soda Cola, but this is a handy four out of five. Orange Cream Coke: I'm not quite sure this is *exactly* the same thin... Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
