I did not realize HEB used DD to fulfill some of their shopping orders (thought they only used their own app Favor). Is this new? This past week I received 2 HEB shopping orders. Maybe it's because I've been a pro shopper long enough now that I am now eligible to receive them? Either way, WOW shopping at HEB soo much better than a typical shopping order. Okay so I live in Texas, and if you been here you know H-E-B is where it’s at when it comes to groceries. They’re low cal white bread is so clutch: \- 30 cal \- 4g protein \- 11g of Fiber!!! As a frustrated 4000+ Platinum that has received and declined 18 shop and deliver orders from a specific huge grocery chain in our area known as H‑E‑B the last 2 days driving my AR down to 55%, why can’t I get DD support to understand this is a system issue. I have shop & deliver turned off and until 2 days ago I never received orders from this place. Dasher supports only suggestion in my last 6 chats and calls with them is to dash in an area away from these stores which are everywhere.
