As a frustrated 4000+ Platinum that has received and declined 18 shop and deliver orders from a specific huge grocery chain in our area known as H‑E‑B the last 2 days driving my AR down to 55%, why can’t I get DD support to understand this is a system issue. I have shop & deliver turned off and until 2 days ago I never received orders from this place.
