Growing up on Mercer Island in the 80’s, there was a small Chinese restaurant named The Happy Inn, located in the little strip mall that was across the street to the north from what is now the north end QFC. Over the course of my 19 hour day I've consumed 1,000 mg of caffeine, 6 crackers, a doughnut, half a bottle of strawberry kiwi propel, two chicken tenders, and a small order of fries from Dairy Queen.
