Some 50-60 year old ****** stole my wallet on a bus and immediately used my debit card at a convenience store and a cannabis store. The police have requested video footage from the stores to identify the suspect. My question is how easy is it for police to find this person's name and address from the video footage to go and arrest them?

Generally speaking this seems like the better option than using cash. I was going to download the app, but can someone share: 1) Does everyone in a family need the app or can it be scanned multiple times in subway? 2) What stores does it work at? Is it basically only convenience stores?
