Looking for some guidance. I am in the US and am trying to buy a bag that’s been sold out. An SA told me that the only stock available for this bag is in Canada. She even gave me store info for those that might have it because the bag is also sold out on Coach Canada’s website. The purchase would have to be in person or via a pay by link. Hello Reddit! I recently have been transferred to a different store within my company. I work for a retail chain, and I was transferred to help coach and develop a team that needed support. Most of the team is receptive and happy to learn, and the store manager has been helpful. There is one employee that not only did the store manager warn me about, but every other manager/ higher up who has interacted with her. ASM training from a Store manager trainer. I just completed my first 5 days of training and it was very underwhelming. I spent 2 minutes doing a coin order, and 20 minutes looking at scheduling exceptions, 15 of those minutes were waiting for the screen to load. The rest of the time was spent condensing Easter, setting summer, and filling gardening for the trainer's ASM. Mind you, I am traveling daily 1.5 hrs to this training store and I haven't learned anything my manager could've and probably will need to show me. So the Coach logo has a hands out variant, but the Avenger dosen't. So I decided to attempt a hands out Avenger Chuck logo with the design seen on retrofit 90s signs used at certain phase 4 stores by recoloring it and putting Avenger's head on it and removing some stuff so it could look better.

I’m getting so frustrated with coach. I called 25 different stores to find a denim laurel and I did find one. The package got shipped out and was supposed to be delivered yesterday of course it did not arrive. I contacted coach today and explained the situation they told me they can’t do anything until Wednesday because of the 3-6 day delivery time. I wouldn’t be as mad but this is the 2nd time I’m dealing with this. Can they please stop using Fed-ex. And I know people will say be patient it’s coming! I live a hour away from where the package departed. It’s not coming 😑
