Oh. My. God. I remember I bought this machine for around $1,000 It was my first prebuilt computer I had ever purchased. I can’t speak highly enough of this machine. Over the past 8 years I have had absolutely zero issues with this machine. No operating system issues, no hardware problems, nothing. I’ve even take it with me to hotels until I started buying gaming laptops. Speaking of gaming laptops, I’ve gone through two gaming laptops since I’ve had this machine (over $2,500). I’ve never opened this PC up. I’ve never cleaned it. The PC is located in a garage (not a conditioned space) and regularly runs in 20F - 110F temps. Not a single issue. EVER. Hello, I have been with Walmart for over 3 years across four stores (I move a lot). I have been on FMLA sense the end of December due to a Appendix surgery, which is a story in itself. Anyways I go back Monday (2/2) and have been having borderline PTSD about it. I got to THIS store back in September and it is by far the worse store I have ever been to, let alone worked at. Its one of "those" stores in a ghetto area. Everything is locked up, from laundry detergent to batteries to PENCILS. It is borderline impossible to pick in OPD without being harassed and screamed at (literally) by customers. I hear a lot of "I've been waiting a half hour for this to be opened" - w...

Just became a huge fan of the sparkling flavored water, “Daytrip”. I purchased mine at Grocery Outlet, one of my stores. It’s a CBD infused sparkling water, multiple flavors. Cherry and watermelon are my favs right now. I’m usually a fan of weed, but took a break. Alternatively, I was searching for CBD. And I like sparkling water. This was a victory. I wanted to share to my epilepsy warrior friends. It has 25 mg/can. I feel relaxed, headaches go away, and honestly, a bit uplifted when I drink one. Not high like weed, just a little more relaxed and happy.

Hi folks, Very new to the Homelab world and finally arrived at the UPS situation after recent power surges knocking my Plex server offline. Bit of context, I have my M1 iMac acting as my Plex server (I know, very new to this world) but it does the job pretty well. Looking at a UPS to keep that up and running in the event of any further power surges. I see APC recommended a lot on Reddit and making sure I buy one with USB functionality for safer shut downs. I’ve stumbled across this APC UPS, is this enough to keep me going?

Hello, I was an RSC from 2018 to 2025. I took a job at the call center & resigned after 8 months, call centers are NOT for me let’s just say that. Now I’m working in Retail at Home Depot it’s a much less stressful job but the pay isn’t as good as when I was with AT&T. Question, how is it being an RSC now? Is there still a ton of metrics and pressure to sell DTV, 1st Net, Biz accounts? We recently bought an outdoor cat house because we have strays and with the weather we wanted to try to provide a little shelter. We are restricted with what we can do because of rules where we live. I don't trust the heater in the shelter I just bought. I read the reviews and there was nothing mentioned BUT...then I saw the warnings on the instructions and am hesitant to plug this in because of fire risk. Any suggestions on how to make it warmer without using the heater component?

Just had neutral feedback comments given to me for apparently selling a ‘fake’ item - a branded jumper which I had listed as ‘good’ condition - I’ve worn it a fair bit but it’s a quality brand so still got loads of life in it - and which sold for £7. What’s worse is it was an unusual size - a big and tall size so not your usual L, XL, XXL more likely to get on fake items. I'm at the Coach store in Honolulu looking to make a small leather purchase to be able to purchase a hangtag to commemorate this trip. I was told I can't purchase a hangtag unless I'm looking to make a purchase of $150 (any items) or more without including the price of the hangtag. I was looking to collect the skylines of the cities I'm in but I'm losing interest. This brand is turning me off. Edit: I got off the phone with customer service and the policy changed in December 2025. I asked him what's going on because it feels like they are alienating its core base. He said they are looking to make the brand more exclusive.
