Purchased this new Bauer dust collector this weekend with the 20% off. I brought it home and wired it for 220V immediately and added the remote controller, that i purchased from Amazon. My total investment with tax is $452.30. For kicks i found the JET comparisons and it would be $1,237. I had the Central Machinery version before this and it died. There is no comparison, this is better in every way, and now 220V! I have all of the name brands, but some things just are not worth it. Highly recommend.

So we recently had a couple coaches rotate in our store and now all of a sudden with our new coach when we request time off we have to put in at least an hour of PTO in for it to get approved. For example, we request 4 days off, two can be unpaid, but the other two we have to put in at least an hour of PTO. I think it's a waste of time to do that. I'm okay doing all four unpaid, but in order for it to get approved we have to put in the hour. If we put all 4 unpaid they'll deny all 4 days.

Here's what happened, on Saturday night it was closing time at self checkout 11:10 comes and it looks like all the customers have left so I collect the check in slips and close down all but 1 or 2 machines ( which is normal for any associates that want to purchase anything for a short time). I used to use a manual screwdriver for everything: furniture, shelves, battery covers. My wrist would ache, and projects took forever. My brother gave me an old power screwdriver from his garage. I’ve been working here for 5 months. I’m extremely introverted and have social anxiety and keep getting scolded by shifts, my SM, and even the DM because I’m bad at connecting with customers. I think it’s funny how they’re cutting our hours but our coaches are receiving multiple quarterly bonuses because of the hard work we do.
