I ordered a quilted Tabby 19 directly from Coach. I already own one from a dept store. That one is perfect, shy of some weird looking texture in the C hardware. The one I got from Coach was obviously previously returned based on the packaging (wrapped in the dustbag, no retail bag etc) which is fine... however ​the bag has a crooked C but also a severely screwed up flap situation!! They didnt make the flap wide enough so part of the bag is just open. I might expect this if it was a cheap pleather piece or if it was done that way on both sides but this is clearly a flaw.
