I got documented for 2 things that I feel are out of my control but also my responsibility. I’m a manager and sometimes it’s hard to keep up with the thousand things they have me doing. I don’t want to go into detail just in case. But long story short one is for when I gel and the other one is over security tags. I ordered my bag online from Nordstrom as it was way cheaper than buying from the local Coach store in my country. But the packaging was beyond disappointing.
