Hi!! I'm looking for advice on my skates. I'm coming back from about 8 years off the ice and I went to a fitter and got riedell motions with the mk professional blade in January. On average, I've been skating between 5-7 hrs on the ice with one hour being with my old coach and 30 min being a group lesson. When I was fitted, I realized Jackson's were not good for my foot shape and tried the riedells which felt significantly better. I have been struggling with lace bite and heel lift that's making my jumps unstable and causing blisters. Been a TL for over a year now, at Walmart for 3 and want to say I'm extremely productive/adaptable. Why have I never heard about this, or been talked to about it? Edit: results have proven I've been one of the most productive leads, even the SM has given kudos a handful of times. I get along with pretty much everyone store-wide, me and my coach are on pretty darn good terms, etc. So do they just think I'm not coach "material?" Days ago I posted here about how I felt this particular store is trying to get me to quit with recent decisions they have been making. One of which with a mandatory change in my schedule.
