I was setting a movie mod today and had some breakpacks on the floor I was using to put movies with no location into when my store manager came up to me and told me to take them off the floor. I’ll be attending a few networking events this summer and need elegant but comfortable outfits with a fresh, youthful vibe (lightweight fabrics, summer-friendly pieces, not too corporate or heavy). Most of the clothes I currently own are winter/fall clothes, so I basically need to build a small summer networking wardrobe on a budget. I'm on modified duty for a workplace injury and they've got me door hosting till I'm cleared by a doctor to return to full duty. Gonna be at least a month. So my store manager is telling all my coaches and TLs that if they have anyone on their team that has even one day closed off on their availability that they just wont be given hours and if they aren’t scheduled for 6 weeks then “we will be parting ways” Im a college student who works weekends and is off in the middle of week. While i knew my hours being cut was a problem i wasnt expecting this kind of thing to happen. These past few weeks have been too busy. We've had store help all day, almost every day for weeks. They're getting sick of it (rightfully so) and we're getting sick of it. I'm pretty sure it's making them more judgmental of our every little move. We haven't even had time to properly do returns, claims, or cancelled orders, which is messing up on hands and we literally have rotting and molding meat/produce in our cooler. Hi guys! I have a question about PPTO and Request Days Off, my store unfortunately didn’t really teach me how to use PPTO properly/didn’t care. So I’m assuming if I call in the day I’m supposed to work and don’t use any PPTO I’ll still receive 1 point? Or will I receive 0.5 point because I called in to let them know? My next question, can Coaches unapproved already time off that was already approved by them? Because I swear I got that day off approved and earlier today my Coach unapproved it.

Ive had the Disney store wood for a few years now and the face coach and his arms not going all the way down bothered me. So I finally got a thinkway toys woody. Yes, I understand his jacket is printed on and his badges printed on as well, but the head sculpt looks way more like the movie. Maybe one day I'll combine the two.
