So I'm 40m, my parents are in their upper 70's and early 90's. Dad is the older one, and is in surprisingly good shape for his age - but he is over 90. Mom has mobility issues and health problems. They both are walking about I'd guess half a mile outside each day (3x half of the neighborhood block back and forth), and I have mom using a chair to do supported squats since she struggles to even get off the coach or out of the car.
