Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Coach Outlet Latest Community Discussions About Coach Outlet**** it rant3h agoi’m just so over this company. i’m trying my hardest to make it to my one year mark (next month) but i’m finding it increasingly difficult. i’ve tried holding myself back from ranting on here because i know that my DM & SM (+ corporate) have seen my posts & apparently my SM sends my posts to our DM, but why is it that i can’t express my feelings and frustrations with my store and company without super identifying information? i’m not blurting out “hey everyone, my name is (blank)! and i work at store 6769! my manager is named (blank)!” i’ve posted many rants here as an outlet for my emotions and i can hardly contain it anymore. my store is an absolute **... Will the etta flap bag in espresso come back in stock?6h agoI have been checking it out since late october! It was literally on stock earlier this week but the day my christmas bonus hit and I went to make the purchase it went out of stock! Would it be restocked a second time? I really have no desire to buy from a scalper (looks at poshmark). I am kind of hoping it will restock when the christmas returns start? But I don't know if they go back in stock on the website or they stay in store! It was gonna be my first big girl bag so I'm hurt. I was checking out the swing zip as well but I am kind of not as into it as I was two years ago. I was hoping for BF discount but they just raised the price and then dropped it down to like $5 less with... Coach cutting hours and offering overtime6h agoThe digital coach at my store is cutting hours for some full time long term employees while their ATCs and TLs are working overtime. Ive never seen hours cut happen right before Christmas… some coworkers are also complaining about their hours being cut and them being forced to work outside everyday while there are no new employees being trained to dispense. My question is- do coachs really cut hours for employees they don’t like? Or is the hour cutting done randomly? Cause it seems like retaliation of some kind. Youth Sports & Facial Recognition: Creating More Problems Than It Solves?6h agoFacial recognition is becoming the newest “trend” in youth sports tech — some platforms are pushing it as the future of player check-ins and verification. But the more conversations I have with event directors, parents, and admins, the more I’m hearing the same concerns: # ⚠️ 1. High Error Rates With Kids Facial recognition struggles heavily with: * Younger faces (constantly changing) * Teams wearing similar uniforms * Poor lighting in gyms/fields * Partial obstructions (helmets, hats, hair) One mis-scan and suddenly a 12-year-old is flagged as “not matching.” That’s not just inconvenient — it leads to **angry parents, delays, and unnecessary disputes.** # ⚠️ ... Is tutoring and/or neurodivergence coaching even viable now? Autistic PhD here6h agoNot that there's a need to read it, but I made a post yesterday regarding my complaint about my father expressing that it's easy to get a job unrelated to my profession that's a side hustle. My initial thought was that employers would see me as a flight risk after they'd background check me as I applied to retail jobs. A lot of commenters pointed out something fair in hindsight and I learned was true recently, which is that employers at most retail places don't do an educational background check or look that deep into candidates. I know that now because I got a grocery store interview that I completed yesterday and there will be a second stage interview at some point... Am I stuck in this industry/position forever?7h agoSorry for formatting issues I’m on mobile I’m a 20 year old(m) service advisor for a car dealership. I’ve only recently moved into the position in November after working for a year as a lot tech at a high end dealership. Looking back life wasn’t too bad at the luxury dealer, my bosses loved me. I was a hard worker and improving myself. The problem was the money was barely enough, I was doing 20k steps a day, making 2400$ a month, and had developed massive knots in my lower back that were agonizing to deal with. I turned to drinking most nights to deal with feeling like a failure/the pain in my body that I could only ignore so long. So anyways I had been applying to jobs with good r... A year and one month in (a labeled hazard store at that) and I couldn’t do it anymore. I have been witness to everything… from associates being carried out via ambulance, to team leads dropping to the floor unconscious. Coaches not answering their phones during medical emergencies. I would literally walk in every day not knowing what would happen next. I have been through more coaches, team leads and even store managers than most stores. I left on store lead #3. They are NOT joking about that turnover rate. New bosses coming in after old bosses praising your hard work, only to micromanage you and punish you for following standard rules that y... Brown Leather Shoulder Bags: $350-$500, NYC or Online8h agoHi everyone, My gf suggested this bag as one of her Christmas gifts: https://www.coach.com/products/brooklyn-shoulder-bag-28/ I think it looks great but I have more space in the budget so I’m looking for any suggestions for similar bags in the $350-$500 range that are available online or in-store in NYC. I honestly would prefer suggestions for in-store NYC but know that will limit so online is a-ok too. Thanks! I’m 31, I make about $60k after taxes a year, and don’t pay rent - money diary8h agoAssets 401k - $31k, from previous jobs. I’ve consolidated in one account from several corporate jobs Cash savings - $16k, I threw a ton of money at savings this year since I’m not paying rent. Before starting this job last November, I have maybe $250 in savings. Income Full time paycheck - $4,610/month after taxes, I make $33/hour and I’m paid twice a month. I have guaranteed hours, meaning I’m paid 40 a week even if they don’t use all the hours. Instead of calculating the hours every week, I keep track throughout a full month and if I’m getting close to 160 at the end of the month, I warn nanny mom and she decides if they want to pay for overtime or just pull back on hou... Feedback on situation practice game for minors LL8h agoHey everyone, I’m moving up to start coaching a Minors level team (mostly 8-10u) and wanted to share a defensive drill/game I put together to teach the “everyone has a job” mindset – field the ball, cover a base, or back up (BBB rule). It’s framed around “having a job” and uses play money as rewards that kids cash in at an end-of-season. Keeps them hustling and accountable during fungo reps! We do 15-25 reps per practice. Kids love the “payday” vibe, and it reinforces communication and effort. Essentially it’s full team defensive practice trying to minimize the standing around and keep everyone moving! How it works: 1 Full defense out. 2 Announce situation (first ... Welding Table, Falcon, $3009h agoHowdy folks! Transferred out of OPD for nothing9h agoWhen I first started I was in OPD, some discourse happened with an associate and after nothing happening every time I spoke with the TLs, coaches, HR rep, store manager I decided to transfer to dairy. It took them about a month and a half to transfer me. I thought I would be done with that department and I started to like being in the cooler all day. Turns out that just because I know how to do everything in OPD, they are allowed to force me to help them whenever they please. I don’t get a say in this, I have no choice unless I want to get written up. I can’t get anything I need to done with dairy which makes me look insanely terrible. I also have to deal with, you guessed it, the associ... Built avideo recorder app which records past, records something already happened.9h ago[flashback cam](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.rochapps.flashbackcam ) - Basically it keeps upto 30 sec in buffer and when something happens, you press record and save it. You will always have those sec in buffer. Think of this scenario You are driving a car and your buffer is active for half an hour, suddenly something happens and you tap on the record button, now you will have past 30 seconds footage and post recording. There are many use cases 1. Party moments 2. Surprises 3. Content creators ( if you mess up, restart the buffer, rather than recording whole the time burning your storage and deleting unwanted videos) 4. Sports, coaches 5. You think now. Thanks.
