Hi, we bought an LG induction range model LSIS6336xe open box. We did a 50 amp circuit for it with a 4 wire power cord and 4 wire Romex. We used 6 gauge wire. The city inspector said all was done right. When we plugged in the new range, only the display worked, not the burners or oven. We had the store's technician come out and check the unit.
