So I’m in talks with a 7-location retail outlet in my city. Decent locations, high traffic. Three of the locations are premium for my market. Very high human traffic with upscale neighbourhoods nearby. In your opinion, what actually makes a good leader at Walmart? Whether that’s a Team Lead, Coach, Ops Manager, or Store Manager. Curious to hear what traits or behaviors you’ve seen make the biggest difference. For me, some big ones are: leading by example, being approachable, holding people accountable fairly, communicating clearly, backing up their associates, and actually knowing what’s going on in their area instead of hiding in the office. Our pick path has some minor issues that never get addressed, which is frustrating enough, but a few weeks ago a much larger problem appeared. On ambient runs, the hba picks are split up, so we end up having to do hba twice - first at the usual spot in the pick path, then again at the end after everything else. This is a supercenter, hba is on the opposite side of the store from where we normally finish. Having to go all the way back over there is a pain, to say the least. Ive been going hard on Tactical/Strategy RPGs and CRPGs and some farming/life sim games lately. But Im tired and going through a rough time. I have been down the eshop rabbit hole MULTIPLE times and never truly bought any of those job simulator games due to the absolute overrun of shovelware on the eshop. So, I've been going mad with this. This thing is labelled 1/2-14 NPSM with 1/2" Sweat Inlets and 1/4" outlet. It's for connecting a refrigerator to the water line. Anyway, 1/2" ID pipe (So 5/8" OD) does not fit the inlet. Not even close. My wife and I ended up in the hardware store and I just tried a bunch of pipe to see what would actually fit the inlet. The only size that would fit was a 1/4" copper pipe. It had a tiny bit of play. Like fractions of an inch when the pipe was fully inserted into the valve, though the pipe had about the same play when inserted into the reducer.
