I'll be transferring stores soon, and my TL just told me that our store manager can block an associate transfer if they have more than 2 points. I was under the impression that the store you were transferring TO is the store that can block a transfer based on points and also that the point cap for a transfer was 3.5 or more. Ive been at this store for 2 and half years, I have no write ups and no coachings, and only 3 points. Can my store manager legally prevent me from transferring?

I’m beyond irritated and now I’m just kind of…sad, I guess. I just recently began my fixation with handbags. I always liked Coach and their aesthetic and quality. But they have been making it impossible to purchase product. Why? Why would any brand do this? If I decide I want a bag, I want to give my money to a sales clerk and walk out of the store with the ******* bag. Or have it delivered to me.
