So I went out to do some holiday shopping today and chose to make a stop at the Livingston Mall today out of curiosity of its condition. I was last here about a year ago where it was rundown but still had a fair amount of hobby shops and you’re other typical mall outlet stores, though very much not the same as it was about a decade ago when I went here regularly as a kid. My visit today was essentially like walking inside a coffin. I felt it was near dead last year and now it pretty much is dead. I have wanted a Nomad pack for years, and happened upon a Topo outlet store yesterday. Found a Nomad in charcoal/black on sale for 30 bucks. I happened to be using a Topo Daypack Tech for the last couple of years (also in charcoal) and got everything swapped over. The only thing I didn't like about the Nomad was that it did not accommodate a hydration bladder. Low and behold, they have changed the design to add a hanger and pass through for a bladder! I absolutely love the pack already, as well as the wallet I also purchased 🤣

Yeah, I know there’s a tiny outlet at DUS. But I really miss the atmosphere at the former 16th Street store this time of the year. Place would be full of shoppers, the aroma of newspapers would fill the air. Drop books to be gift wrapped and it might take 45 minutes to retrieve them because the employees were so busy. My mental health is garbage right now and I'm just now trying to enter into recovery for addiction. My current store has destroyed my mental health and I found an opportunity at another store. The manager at the other store said I just need approval from my manager to transfer. Granted, I did text my current manager (she's hard to talk to in person for longer than 5 minutes) and sent a very kind message detailing my reasons and thanking her for everything. She responded "you are on a coaching. We can talk about this in person." I've never been written up. My friend who is helping me transfer has never heard of this happening before either. Advice???? Starlink is opening brick and mortar retail locations in the US. The first four locations are in the middle of the country, so I took a little road trip to visit one. The Starlink store in Gretna, Nebraska (outside of Omaha) opened at the beginning of November. They occupy a leased space in the Nebraska Crossings outlet mall. I started in the middle of last year and it was going very well when I started, We were gaining about $1000 in net earnings per month at the amount we were growing, But once the tariff nonsense started we saw our monthly sales cut in half and it has not recovered yet. Hello, I bought this Tabby Pillow new, from an official outlet, I wear it like 5-6 times maximum, but it begin to look like this. I keep my bag in the dust bag, stored in the dressing room, I use to wear it with light color dresses.
