I’ve noticed some of my dust bags have been coming dirty from online orders. Today, I drove 30 minutes to a store just to do a return, only to find out the dust bag the bag came with - unused, was dirty. So, they didn’t accept the return and even told me Coach itself in general might not. This is gross of Coach, like literally it’s gross to get a dirty dust bag and is disappointing considering the price. The least Coach could do is accept the return 🥲 Worst part is I do personal shopping for people and their dust bag have come dirty, so I had to swap them out with my own.

So I understand that as a Team Lead we take on more responsibilities and more is expected from us than associates, I truly get that but team leads are also hourly we accrue PTO and PPTO the same as well as points. Our current coach for the area is doing the good ‘ol favortism. An associate that she hired that she didn’t even interview suspiciously enough but pushed through(at our store it is custom to interview). This associate got 5 days off in May using Unpaid time approved they’re not consecutive but they all fall on Friday, Saturday or Sundays. Hafa Adai! I am on the last day of my time here on Guam and I am in search of a Zippo lighter with some sort of Guam design on the case. I’ve done some googling and tried the Tobacco Shop at Micronesia Mall (only had plain zippos and a coast guard one), and I tried finding the lighter stand in the Guam Outlet but it is no longer there. I even tried this souvenir store in the Guam Outlet but it is not a Zippo brand and I feel like the design would just flake off or the lid would just break.
