I put in for a TL position in my store, did the assessment, and passed. I got competitive and it will expire in 2028. The position gets filled for what I applied for and the coach over that area told me that my name didn't drop and they couldn't interview me for the position. I went to our PL and asked what happened and she couldn't find my name in the system and I showed her my side. Everything appeared correct on my side. She said she would email the SM and ask what happened. My coach is looking into it and will pull me aside to fix the assessment. Has this happened to anyone?
