I am finally back in my own place after five years. I would love some suggestions. So I want to move to Seattle, it’s a dream I have. I downhill skateboard and I hear the community there for downhill skateboarders is really good. Right now I’m a digital team lead at Walmart at a very high traffic store. My goal is to move to a coach position which is typically 65-90k a year. Based off that income can I survive and live in Seattle. I’m not trying to have a luxurious life style just want to be able to pay my bills and have some left over. Or is there somewhere on the outskirts of Seattle I could live and just commute to work? I will have a steady job been at my job for close to 5 years and I have real promise to move up. As a first year teacher, you get a lot of advice.  You get told a lot of things that you should do. Things that will help you to survive that first year. You get a lot of advice on classroom management so that you create a space where students can learn and you can teach. I remember in my first year of teaching one teacher told me never let the students see you smile until after the new year. I couldn’t tell if she was joking or if she was being serious. curious about new evaluations. i seen somewhere people were claiming store manager were making coaches and team leads down grade people evaluation from extemporary to only successful. only few could get extemporary i just got mine today got all 3 successful. are head team lead in are area came up to me and told me about mine. she had nothing bad or criticism about me only good things to say and had no improvement plan to to get extemporary. it really made me think that it is true about store manger telling them not to give them out.

It’s February 20 and none of the coaches or team leads have said anything about the any evals. So are evals going on this year or not or is my store just late? I don’t care but I still would like to know just to get clarification.

Okay so I went through orientation for food consumables ta ,then went through a 35 hour work week where I "trained" off and on with some leads. another person went through orientation with also got similar hours but they got an extra week of work then I did. is this normal? at one point one of my leads talked with the coach and she said she would talk with me about a schedule but never did . Its a very busy store one of the busiest in the country kind of wondering if I did something wrong. when I do come back its just for 12 hour week 3 days a week which is fine just don't get the 2 week break thing.

At my store earbuds are banned for the regular listed safety positions like deli and cart pushers... But also the entire OPD department, I got coached 4 days ago and posted it somewhere else on reddit and almost everyone said that it was a wrong coaching and goes against the policy. However, after talking to my store manager they said that it's their decision and they're not allowed in OPD because it's unfair, I asked how it was fair for everyone else in the store to wear them but not my department and they just said that's not how it works and told me to leave. Hi guys, just got back into cycling last summer. I have an old 2018 Marin Verona currently. I dislike the frame brake and small 100 psi tires. My dream bike would be an endurance bike, comfortable, with a nice paint scheme that can go into small gravel paths. Carbon frame, 32 or 34 mm tires, at least a frame that can put up to 34mm wide tire, no cables visible ( we're in 2026!) and SRAM Axs largely prefered but Shimano Di2 can do. I am trying to upgrade my 5 gallon tank to a 20 gallon but I am having trouble finding something that can handle the weight.
