Just to add to the thousands of posts about reels on here, I'm looking for some assistance on matching a rod and reel as I lack experience and don't typically trust store employees all that much(maybe at the small mom and pop bait shops, but not the larger outlets). I seriously have never worked for a company with such toxic store managers. I’ve worked at 3 stores and have had the worst experience at 2 of them. The past few weeks the store manager has been telling my teamlead and my coach that we aren’t required our second 15 minute break. I’ve worked here about a year and a half and we used to always get our 2nd 15 minute break but recently our workload has upped and we haven’t gotten our 2nd 15 minute break in weeks. If I’m scheduled for 8 hours aren’t we required a 1 hour unpaid meal and two 15 minute breaks because of Walmart policy? Also this seems to only apply to our team because we are doing more work every other department is still getting their two 15’s.
