1/2 inch to the life you've been dreaming about

5h ago

I was at 225lbs and dreamed to be 190lbs but I was taking meds that made me gain weight and used it as a crutch for the longest time. I had also wanted to get my real estate license for over 4 years and I never went for it because I used my inability to take tests as an excuse and I'm also an ex-stoner so I've used the fact that weed had fried my brain as a crutch aswell. So here is where the half inch approach comes into play. I started taking risks and pushing myself to actually achieve my goals but I would always ask too much of myself. So i finally gave up and finally I had a therapy session with an ai coach (ash on app store) it taught me how to meet myself were I was at so ...

I finally bought a Brooklyn 39

5h ago

I've been contemplating purchasing the brooklyn 39 for a while now. I even bought a similar style bag that just made me want this bag even more 😭. When I saw this bag on sale for 50% I finally folded. I bought the patchwork snakeskin directly from Coach. After that I saw the Merlot on sale at Dillard's and I bought that one (because I lack impulse control 😅). Reasonably I need to return one of them. I'm still waiting for the patchwork to arrive from Coach but the Merlot arrived today. She's gorgeous and within my preferred color pallete. I was getting impatient so I managed to find them both in store to compare. I actually like the snakeskin but unfortunately ...

My write ups of 27 death penalty cases in Missouri (excluding executions and "exonerations") [warning, extreme...

5h ago

To be clear, this isn't comprehensive roster of every inmate sentenced to death by the state of Missouri by any means. Rather this is a sample size of 27 entries I've completed so far while surveying Missouri's death penalty cases (excluding executions and what the DPIC considers to be "exonerations", which are covered separately) in my personal capital punishment research project.  Be warned, many of the 27 cases listed here involve extreme sexual violence, and some of the gory details are discussed in depth. Please read at your own risk.: 1. **Bobbie Shaw (condemned in 1980, cop killing, deceased):** In 1975, Shaw shot and killed his sister’s boyfriend, Calvin...

IMI Review by one of their current student

This post would be having a list of reasonable arguments for you to reconsider your options 1. The average stipend for SIP ranges from 30-40k for roughly 30% of the batch, another 25% would be placed at no name startups offering 10k to 0 rupees leaving the other 45% still unplaced in the month of February 2. Looking at the situation with my seniors, average is 11-12 LPA. Around 40-45% are still unplaced and they are graduating in two months so there’s that 3. SALES ROLES TO EVERYBODY. Be it students of core or bfs, these guys are really trying to hand out sales to the masses. 4. They brought in a company for SIP that was offering a role where students are expected to stand in CK retail...

My mother and I have a tradition of going to the outlet mall the day after Christmas and I picked her up

6h ago

I don't normally like monograms but this one sang to me from the shelf across the store. She has feet, is zipper closure, and holds everything I need. Plus that beautiful blue color. I'm still in market for retail coach but this felt like a great outlet coach choice.

Indecision over the smallest of things

7h ago

I know indecisiveness is a common OCD symptom, and I definitely have that in a lot of my life. Like I have to research things before choosing, always looking up menus if going out to eat because I will get caught in that loop, always struggling to decide what outfit to wear… But I also have it in these incredibly minute ways. For example I’m at the grocery store, and I am picking a can of soup. Any other person would grab what’s closest, or whatever their hand grabs first. But I will stare at the shelf and go to grab a can, then put it back because no, I have to grab this one, it’s different than the rest (despite there being absolutely no differences except that it is the can in th...

I MADE A LIST OF THE BEST BUSINESS IDEAS THAT ACTUALLY WORK IN 2026

8h ago

Here are some side hustles and business ideas I think will do well in 2026. 1. **Tiktok Shop for trending products.** This is the latest dropshipping variant for people 18+ in the US. You create your store dropshipping on tiktok’s platform and sell by creating content or spending on ads.  2. **Online newsletter for your city.** Write about your local city or area and events and important information for people living in your city. Get sponsored by local businesses and run ads that geo-target your area on Facebook or Instagram.  3. **Specific Test Prep Tutor:** First you need qualifications but if you have scored well on the SAT/ACT or any subject, you can charge a premium for tutorin...

Anyone else catch this beauty from the Macys sale? 😍 mine came in just yesterday! originally it was on sale for 297. I added my 20 off 120 coupon which made it 277. Then I remembered I had seen someone from a Coach FB group mention theirs had scanned for way less in store. Long story short I went to my nearest Macys yesterday to scan it in store and it also came up for less! 221.60 🤩

Please give me some feedback on this AI coach/assistant that I'm about to release on Overwolf

9h ago

So I spent the past few months building and gathering data to build an AI coach that gives real time strategies during a match. It uses Overwolf's GEP feature to get live match data (only data that is visible to everyone to keep it fair) and help the player with strategies, plays, and generally assist the user. It collects data and stores it locally as the user plays more with it, so it adapts for each specific user. Right now it does just that, but I'm planning to add many more things to it like an integrated recording feature, stats tracking, after match analysis, and more. What I guess I'm asking is if the community is interested in an app like this (that runs from the offi...

After one of Phil’s season wrap-ups (thank god we’re past the 6-minute versions like in Family Edition), teams ripped open their clues. Jeremy and Sandy looked positively aghast at learning their final destination would be Atlanta, Georgia. I know it’s not the most swanky place to finish a race, but it’s not that bad, right? All became clear when they pointed out that Marcus and Amani lived in Atlanta and would therefore have the home advantage. Okay, but how many times have we seen a team crash and burn in their hometown? This literally happened on Season One (and in Family Edition too). The teams each left a minute apart (that has to be some sort of record, on this show), and uns...

TL;DR – DC transfer turned into a rushed promotion, coach push, then fired

9h ago

I left a Walmart distribution center where I earned $19.95 per hour and transferred to a store. I was informed that I would actually make less money. Instead of being treated as a normal transfer, I was promoted to Front End Team Lead, which raised my pay to $25.25 per hour. I didn’t realize how unusual that was or that it could cause problems later. I never received a store-level orientation. Soon after, management began telling me I was “coach-ready.” They also urged me to attend Front End Academy at one of the last classes of the year to complete my training. The class had only three people, by far the smallest group I had ever seen, which felt strange, but I didn’t question it. ...

Reporting to Ethics & Retaliation Concern

10h ago

TL;DR For anyone who has made a report and did an interview, how did it go and what should I expect? Should I remain anonymous or does that matter? I made an anonymous report to Ethics about how unprofessional almost all of management is at my store. I went into detail the best I could, providing dates. When I made my report, they gave me a ticket ID but no password to check the status so I had to email them (using a new, random email) and they finally reached back saying they’d like to set up a phone interview to get started on the investigation. I haven’t set up an interview yet because I’m nervous for some reason. I want to remain anonymous because retaliation is common at my st...

My project is a mobile-first nutrition app. Don't stop reading, it's not what you think. Most nutrition apps fail because: \- They're too generic: (bad/good , healthy/unhealthy) \- Too obcessive: calorie **** \- Too much friction How about a simple, 2 click personal coach, that guides your shopping, helps you with meal plans and knows exactly what you need for your evening headache? Workflow: \- Quick quiz where you log in your preferences (we don't all like canned tuna) \- Scan/search tab allowing you to analyse grocery store products from barcodes - or just their name \- Smart alternatives when something is very unhealthy. This also matches your budget \- Gene...
