As can be seen in the picture, the lining was just coming out of the lip stitch. 10 days ago I was contacted because they said that not enough information was provided on where it needed to be repaired so I sent them images of the inner pocket. So I've recently gotten back on the coach banwagon and accumulated 4 bags in 1.5 months. I own 2 older bags that I bought 12-15 years ago and I'm not sure if I should get rid of them one is a retail and the other is an outlet.
