Hi guys!! after hanging out on reddit all day yesterday i’ve learned a lot, but not sure if i have taken an L on this bag. the first coach i’ve ordered and im hoping that i didn’t get duped. can any of you guys give me advice on where to order used bags like these that aren’t on the outlet but i’d want to collect that are real? it’s a bit confusing when almost all reddit posts say they are not. thank you!

First timer here, and I have questions regarding first installing battery backup for my sump pump. I bought the attached 12V inverter, and a 12.8V 100aH deep cycle marine battery. I don’t know which “outlet” on the inverter I should be plugging the sump into, and conversely, what outlet should be going from the inverter to the main wall outlet. So today one of my TL came to me, when they saw me pushing my cart. Starting the other day we have to push our carts. I prefer pushing, just because I'm used to it and it's easier for me. But I can adapt to pulling. But i do dislike it becaue before i have hit my ankle before. Now the reason why we've gotten told to push is because someone has hit a customer more than once in the last month. Anyone seen pushing is getting coached because it's a safety issue. When I got married in 2024 I found these shoes in an outlet store. They're beige, with a 7cm heel. I love everything about them, the style, the color and how comfy they are. I tried in vain to find a similar online, but was not successful. The brand is something German. Maybe somebody has an idea where I can start looking.

The new store manager is telling tls to coach their associates for performance if they leave on their scheduled time. Is this against policy? He’s doing other crazy stuff too but it doesn’t affect me at the moment. Like making coaches work 20 hr days or work when they’re home/on vacation, but idk if that’s okay since they’re coaches? I want to say that reading all of these, some are ridiculous. Lazy people complaining about things that are easy to do. They just don't want to do it so they complain it's too hard. That being said I feel so bad about many others. If you don't have the resources you need. Printers handhelds etc: store manager issue. If you arent 130-140 average. It's not always you if you are actually trying your hardest. I've read some horror stories about pick paths and commodities. Your coach can edit pick paths. Long story. I've been with Walmart for 5 years total. The last 10 months I was transferred to a different store when I was promoted to TL. I've had ZERO complaints, consistently praised for my good work ethic. I seriously loved and enjoyed the store I originally started with. Hi, How do cc companies decide due payment? So on 23 April I received my statement for which due amount was shows as around 11.5k. Usually I just pay but that amount seemed high for my usage so I checked transactions. My total reached around 6k max. I checked their statement, the tally came around 8k max. If I re add emi then 10k so I enquired. I emailed and today received their response. They said same thing. Check totals. Adjust among them, whether left is bill amount. I responded with my calculation and asked them to explain but I’m yet to receive response. Has anyone else have been experiencing this? More specifically the MTOs, but some deliveries are showing up as xx:48. The MTOs will not show up in Fresh Production and the people up in the deli would have to slice it, which is definitely frustrating since I know on weekends, it gets busy and they have to set aside a few minutes to get a few things sliced for an order. I looked into it and it’s not an order reschedule, so I don’t know what it is. My coach has already put a ticket in and heard that 1 other store has seen this issue.
