I keep getting this message saying their department is in a meeting... Ive called ethics a few times and when I explain what's going on they say I need to talk to associate relations... I'm taking a leave of absence because my team lead for very upset that I went to the store manager after he kept ignoring the issues... He told me that I'm not allowed to talk to the store manager or other coaches and we don't even have a coach in our department... Their motto is lie and deny and shift the blame... So I took a leave of absence and I messaged the team lead to tell the store manager since I'm not allowed to talk to him... He said ok I'll pass it up... So I suggeste...
