I ordered a **Staub STCOC10 Cocotte 21 in Cherry** directly from Zwilling Canada. It arrived with **significant enamel chipping on the red exterior** right out of the box. Not minor cosmetic wear — actual chipped enamel that looks like it will continue to flake. I contacted customer service immediately. Hey guys I need advice. so scheduling has been awful at my store recently. (Multiple 2 man floors throughout all day parts) I recently got a documented coaching for staying late at close which sent me into overtime (I was scheduled at 40 hours so everything is overtime) buuut the nights stated in the coaching were all promo sets that I was not scheduled any non coverage, extra time, or extra people for. It’s just a documented so I will accept it I just don’t know how to ask for more help because I can’t get out on time. Is this something I should even try to argue or take up the ladder or do I just need to **** it up and push through.
