Hi, sorry if I’m posting in the wrong subreddit, but I recently bought a Gamma MX jacket at the Woodbury outlet a few days ago. I paid full price because the item I chose wasn’t on sale. Before purchasing, I asked an employee about the return policy since I wasn’t sure about the sizing. They told me that if I paid full price, I would be able to exchange or get a refund at a regular Arcteryx store. Honestly just looking to rant a bit cause this is some bullshit. Friend got hired as a pharmacy tech, has been working as a cashier for a bit while they finalize checking fingerprints and such. She's a second cousin to the AP coach. So now, of course, logically, she isn't allowed to work *anywhere in the building*. Absolute horseshit.
