I'm an SSV (been one for a year now), and have been having trouble with food items being left out that are expired. It's usually RDT&E, blueberries, or the yogurts we have now. Im stressing because this got me a documented coaching in my one year at the siren and my asm keeps coaching me on other findings of expired product on my closes. I was scheduled several closing shifts back to back with counts and clean plays and missed things sometimes trying to check all the food and product. So I started working at one of the big blue retail stores (as I like to call them it’s Walmart) a little over 3 weeks ago. Has anyone else reached out to coach outlet stores and they’re telling you no holds or pay by links? Those options are basically the only way I can get a bag I want because I can’t show up to the store in the morning because I work. Waiting until 4 am isn’t a guarantee either…. This is irritating.

I’m currently on the market for two window units preferably 18000BTU. I currently have two portable AC units that were gifted to me by a family member. Unfortunately, they struggle to cool the place during the hot days. It ramps up my electric bill and it’s still warm in the house which is just a waste in my opinion. I currently rent my house or I’d invest in central air / split fix. So, I’m stuck with nonpermanent options. My place is 3 floors but I only need to cool the main floor and the second floor. Hi just got this UPS out of my storage and replaced the batteries. When it is powered up it shows three green lights indicating it is on, load is okay, and fully charged. Powering it off with the button it shows one green light showing the battery is charged. When I disconnect the power cable two amber lights come on. Is this indicating a fault? Or is it supposed to do that? Won't the lights eventually run the battery down and ruin them? The problem is I want to use this UPS in a portable rack that will only be connected to the mains when in use every few weeks.
