I ordered my first Coach bag, a Chaise crossbody, on clearance at Belk (a smaller but legit department store, mostly in southern states here in the US). It arrived today and I was shocked at the condition. I am going straight to return it. There are stains that appear to be from handling, but there are also multiple orange stains all around the seams that look EXACTLY like leather glue. What the heck? Is it possible Coach would send out a bag to a retailer in this condition? Just kind of baffled and wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
