I work at WAL-MART right now. I have many health issues so the insurance is a must. I got a job offer from an old coach at WALMART (I’d make the same amount of money there) to be a team lead.However the insurance doesn’t cover as much and is double the cost a pay period. I’m torn. I can’t afford the higher insurance cost but I’m tired of the semantics with the store manager. Only thing I can figure is switch departments to keep the good insurance.
