It seems like every month there's a story of a new midrise development in the grid, but the grocery store situation has been stagnant for years. The Co-Op, despite it's high prices, is packed all the time. I don't go to Stabway after 9am or before 9pm these days because the parking lot is always 100% packed and I **** people. I’ve been working for OGP for about 5 months now and at my store if we can’t find an item on the shelf, we are required to go check the back room and if it says it’s in the back room, we have to find it, vizpick it, and stock it (if we have enough time). We even have to grab stuff that is top steel too. We are also not allowed to nil pick unless we get approved by our team leads and coach or else we get in trouble. Obviously I thought this was normal until I started scrolling this sub and finally realizing this is apparently not allowed and is considered metrics fraud. Does anyone else experience this and is it even worth fighting against?

I went to the Coach outlet mall today and was looking at the Tabbys because I think they are stunning. And I liked the one for $450 (the first picture). So I tried to find it online, but when I searched it up I found the second picture Tabby (only $395) so I was wondering besides the front design what the difference between the two are? And which one y’all would recommend?
