How, if at all, do you as coaches split your players up into groups for drill during practices? I reckon probably just ad hoc on the spot? Being an impatient person that I am, I always got frustrated when it would take 5-10 minutes just for the coaches to split the team into x amount of groups for a drill, and then again for another (or worse keep the same group through multiple different drills). A few weeks ago I posted to the budget audiophile reddit about my quest for a decent home office bookshelf system. I had a Bose Soundwave that was starting to skip, but also a Sharp SD-EX200 (these are cool and there's not much info about them out there, but 1990s vintage Sharp 1-bit tech), and finally a Proton 300. After discussion, I decided to give away the Bose, move the Sharp to the garage and put the Proton in the guest room (and may sell it). I got a NAD 7120 and a Sony CDP-23, and then found a pair of Klipsch KSB 1.1 speakers at a thrift store for $9.00. All in for about $80. two other posts up if you wanna check. basically got a new stove at an outlet. store says they won’t help me because it’s been 30 days. warranty says they won’t help me because the issue started BEFORE 30 days. now I’m trying to see if maybe all I need is the correct fitting burner caps; however I cannot for the life of me find the model number or serial number on this thing. I checked inside and out, back front and sides. here are images of the only numbers I can find on the things. already tried looking up the model number for an oven that looks like the same one but the caps don’t fit when I bought them. any advice or help is appreciated. 22M Been struggling with landing interviews applying for entry level roles in accounting. Yellow - Electrical lines. Red - Hot water Blue - Cold water. Does anyone see any glaringly obvious issues with this design? I don't want the electrical and the water lines to cause issues with one another (i.e. melting and causing electrical fires or leaks). The idea is that the water lines would run through the walls and insulation (accessible through paneling) and the electrical would run through the floor (also accessible through paneling, in places where I specifically did NOT add insulation in case of sparks, melting, etc.).
