After 2 weeks of back and forth trying to switch over to a more affordable plan, I went to the store this morning to turn in my old xfinity modem, and I came back with a new modem. Now, I'm trying to activate it with no luck. It is plugged to the same power outlet and coax outlet where my modem was connected and working up to this morning but I see no lights on the modem at all. This is all so stressful and inconvenient and I have work in the morning. I'd really appreciate some help as soon as possible. I am not havign the best experience using xfinity as my provider at all, honestly.

I live in a condo and recently bought a surge protector. This information was not included on the store page or I wouldn’t have bought it. My first question is, what counts as an electrical service panel?? The condos have a main breaker box, which sends power out to all condos. Each condo has a breaker box inside as well. This box is inside the room i want to install this in. Do I have to estimate 10 meters from the box to the outlet, or because there’s a main breaker where power comes in from the city before mine is that good enough? Secondly what happens if I ignore the directions? Fire hazard, or just risk of it not working correctly?? I mostly bought it to have extra plugs.

I recently got an 850DX as a birthday present. On my first trial run after initial burn off, I smoked a whole chicken and it came out great. Fast forward to this weekend, I decided to smoke two 9-pound pork butts for a 4th of July party. I started them at 10PM the night before and smoked them overnight. The total cook was about 12 hours, and they came out amazing. I know that Ipad magnet charging isn’t really a thing, but I’ve been scouting around amazon and other places for a good charging dock that I could charge my Ipad and Iphone off of. I need someone who is seasoned and knows the insane outs of a lot of policy with the company. I was recently coach for what I belive to be a boguse reason. There is no use going to my coach about it as my teamlead coached me and they cant do that without the coach atleast knowing it.
