This is mainly surrounding the DEF pumps at their fuel stations, many of which are found to freeze at temperatures below 32°f. Here's the thing, both Loves and TA purchase their fuel pumps from Gilbarco, which their pump is designed with a heater to ensure that the DEF dispenser doesn't freeze and ensures that it is good to a temperature of -20°f as long as the pump is installed correctly.
