I'm a male in my mid 20s. For a decade I've had mild periodic gastritis symptoms but it was such that I never thought more of it than indigestion. My wife found out about raising canes through tiktok around 2 or 3 years ago, a lot of food like influencers praised the place as a very hyped restaurant and that everyone should check it out. So alright, me and my wife went to check out this restaurant, we went there with an open mind since I had no clue what we were getting into. Bf got a chick-fil-a chicken sandwich with cheese and bacon and only took one bite and left it in the metal paper bag it comes in for 3.5 hours while we were out. Came home and he wanted to eat it even though I advised against it as it was over 2 hours in the “danger zone”, he still wanted to eat it and threw it in the air fryer for 4 minutes at 400°f. I get conflicting answers on safety as the CDC says no longer than 2 hours, but i’ve seen people say food is safe up to 4 hours? Should I have pushed harder to not let him eat it??

I started in Brooklyn on Thursday morning, went to the finish line for the New York City Marathon, and then went to the finish line for the Boston Marathon for a so-called "Finish Line to Finish Line" run. I arrived in Boston on Sunday morning, and so the total time was 75h55m from Brooklyn and 74h40m from the NYCM finish line. Total distance was a little over 220 miles.
