I am literally so hungry. like insanely hungry it’s ruining my mood constantly. I’m 4 weeks post op a le fort 1 (UJS only) and per my surgeon’s instructions, I’m on a blended diet for 6 weeks. I've been a long time lurker of this community. I've had heartburn for many many years. I'm 44 M and eat decently healthy and exercise on occasion. I've tried many different medicines including PPIs and H2 blockers with mild success in the beginning and then later as I got older would eventually still have terrible symptoms later. After reading about how these medicines only cover up the underlying issue (AND CAN MAKE IT WORSE) I finally quit taking them and starting taking just natural antacids. For starters I've never had C diff. I watched my sister deal with C.Diff for 5 years straight and now my grandmother gets C Diff every time she needs to take antibiotics.
