Latest Comments & Reviews & Feedback & Social Media Sharing of the Cabelas Latest Community Discussions About Cabela'sDISO some plants !3h agoi was a plant collector before i got fish and it’s beginning to show. i’m in search of heavily variegated echinodorus. i like all the shades they have to offer, and i like both their taller and compact varieties. anyone know where i can find !? does anyone know of some good online stores or facebook groups maybe ? I rode down to Baja Mexico, here’s my adventure3h agoI wrote the following for my motorcycle clubs newsletter. But I thought I’d share here as well. Hope you enjoy! I was lying in bed in Alpine, California, wide awake. The day before, me and thirty-two other fellow riders met up to go down to Baja with Kevin for a motorcycle adventure tour. I was nervous about the border crossing and worried that I didn’t know enough Spanish. I couldn’t sleep. I was too excited about going to Mexico; and when I can’t sleep, I read. It’s an instant salve for me. I left my book on weaving at home to save space, so I resorted to the Kindle app on my phone. Here I’m currently reading a book called, “The War that Made the Roman Empire: Antony, Cleopa... Any advice on a difficult move? 3 weeks in-between leases3h agoI’m moving and I’ve got a 3 week gap between my old lease ending and my new lease starting. The hardest part is that I have two fish tanks, one 5 gallon and one 10 gallon, and I really do not want to get rid of my fish or the tanks if I can avoid it. Moving is already stressful enough, but the real issue is that I do not even fully know where I’m going to be staying during those 3 weeks. If it was just me, I would probably go stay with my parents for a while and deal with it that way, but having the fish and tanks makes everything a lot more complicated. I do not know how I’m supposed to move them around with me or keep them stable while I am basically in between places. I’ve alr... New 10 G tall set up3h agowe just set this tank up. pretty excited! I like it's simplicity. what type of fish would like this environment? wondering if there are certain types that would enjoy the caves and a tall tank over others... am I overthinking this? currently thinking about a betta and if it wouldn't mind some small tetra's or some kind of schooling fish.. I am going to run it until I come back from a short trip at the end of the month and then will look at purchasing the tenant/tenants at the beginning of May. I added the start up the the other one that was recommended (can't remember what it's called). how often do you have to add the drops to the water? it says follow direction... Snapping turtle?3h agoI’ve been hunting for a snapping turtle for the past four days, and NOTHING. I took a break from that and was fishing FOR FUN in the sea and caught 2 barrel eye in a row… and no snapping turtle. I’m so ****** off I keep catching those darn black bass instead Thai Red Curry4h agoCurry paste/sauce recipe: In a NutriBullet/food processor/high speed blender: (Chop larger ingredients so they blend easier) (I eyeball my ingredients but these measurements should be a good starting point) 1 lemongrass stalk 4 decent sized cloves of garlic (or more if you’re like me) Birds eye chilli (to taste - the little packs at woollies are good, a whole pack makes it fairly hot for most palates) Two long red chillies A thumb sized piece of ginger and/or galangal 1 French shallot Several kaffir lime leaves (discard stems/vein) Dash of salt Ground coriander Ground cumin Ground fennel seeds (smaller amount maybe 1/4-1/2 tsp) Curry powder White pepper (1/4-1/2 tsp)... Bear Creek Road4h agoMy name is Cody Hartman, and three years ago I learned how quickly a road can stop being a road. I was twenty-nine then, a paramedic out of Columbus, working night shifts on a county medic unit that spent half its life parked outside apartment complexes and the other half weaving through rain with the siren on. I was used to chaos in a controlled environment. Cardiac arrests. Overdoses. Wrecks where everything smelled like coolant and blood and deployed airbags. I knew how to function when things went wrong because, usually, there were rules. A location. A dispatch record. A hospital ten minutes away. A police report. Buckle up because this is long. 🌍 Start with the celestial framework Oda built Most people know the Gorosei are named after planets — Saturn, Mars, Venus, Mercury, Jupiter. The Ancient Weapons cover three more — Neptune (Poseidon/Shirahoshi), Pluto (Pluton), and Uranus. Garling, the new Elder replacing Saturn, has explicitly moon-shaped hair. Luffy is the Sun God Nika.
