I'm looking for a good folding river knife for use on multi-day rafting trips. Corrosion resistance is extremely important. This knife will probably live in a life jacket pocket for most of the trip, and most of the stainless knives I've tried rust in less than a day in such conditions. I already own a fixed blade rescue knife (in H2? no idea) that lives on the outside of the life jacket, but that knife is strictly for rescue and I want something folding that I can use for general purpose use (e.g. meal prep, fishing, etc.). Last night at around 12am when I was turning my tank light off I noticed I could only see 3 of my 4 rummy noses ( I’ve been waiting months for my fish store to get them back in to up the numbers again) I eventually found the missing one at the side of the tank sadly dead.
