I joined a new company recently and have openly discussed my appreciation for wine with my team. I have a dinner scheduled with my team in NY in January at Hunt and Fish Club Steakhouse and am going to be responsible for ordering the wine. There will be 8 of us. I am thinking 3 bottles (at least to start), one white and two reds. Thinking Chablis, a Bordeaux, and a Rhône. Leaning towards St Joseph or cdp for Rhône, and left bank Bordeaux, maybe Saint Estephe. Hard to say what budget is, but I am going to sway towards less than $200 per bottle. Any specific suggestions?
