Come check out NewThrive City.5h agoLooking for a new city to settle into? Come check out NewThrive City. We’re building a community-focused FiveM city where you can actually make something out of your character instead of just spawning in, grinding for two days, and getting bored. We’ve got plenty to do on both sides of the law: * Law Enforcement, State Police, EMS, Firefighter, Lawyer, Real Estate, Taxi, Tow, Reporter, and more * Player-run businesses like restaurants, cafes, clubs, dealerships, gyms, mechanics, casino work, and shops * UwU Cafe, Burgershot, Pearls, Aldentes, SaltLab, Vanilla Unicorn, Club 77, and more * Mechanics, tuning, vehicle mileage, custom handling, imports, dealerships, racing, boosting,... Looking for "she lost everything...then became queen of the ruined world" novel and any alt titles5h agoNinety-five percent of humanity got yanked into a survival world. The place is a nightmare—harsh terrain, no resources, people throwing punches over a single piece of bread. And death? Always one step away. But me? I've got serious real-world survival skills. Take that toxic Emerald Fungus, for example. Everyone else thought it was certain death. Me? I just stir-fried it in oil. Crunchy, delicious, no regrets. Then I fed some to a ten-meter-long python. Boom—first kill. Got a bronze chest out of it, packed with loot. While people were running for their lives from mutant beasts, I'd already built myself a massive floating villa, a sky garden, and a whole empire of fluffy p... Dress shopping recommendation request5h agoI’m attending a destination wedding in Spain this September and am on the hunt for the perfect wedding guest dress. I’d love recommendations for local stores/boutiques or consignment/vintage shops where I can try things on in person. Open to both new and secondhand options. Thank you! Large Rowan Color: Maple5h agoHas anyone seen a large Rowan in the color maple recently in store/outlets?! I’m on the hunt for one!! I’m ok with the black too. But the maple looks gorgeous. I like the dark sand but I don’t like the gunmetal finish. Total beginner at fishkeeping, please help/judge!!5h agoHi everyone! I just set up my tank yesterday and started cycling it today. (which explains the dead shrimp in there) I’ve been doing a ton of research, and I plan on making a little ecosystem with a betta, some snails and some corys. To cycle, I added my water conditioner, some seachem’s stability for bacteria, and the dead shrimp to get the ammonia kickstarted. For plants and decor, I went to my local exotic pet store and picked up some mopani driftwood, a few anubias, and a java fern as I have heard they are very easy for beginners and can grow on rocks/driftwood. I also got a silk plant to start, but i plan on removing it after i get more plants. I have also added aquarium soil in t... How to Create a Good Chrome Extension That Gets Many Users — And Where to Monetize It in 2026 (The Complete Builder...5h agoIf you've typed something like "how to create good chrome extension for many users and where I can monetize" into Google, you're at the start of the most interesting journey in indie software in 2026. Chrome extensions sit inside the browser your users already have open eight hours a day. There's no app store approval lottery, no cold-start SEO problem, no paid acquisition required to get in front of them. The Chrome Web Store has over 112,000 active extensions and 3.3 billion Chrome users globally — but only **1.7% of extensions ever cross 100,000 users**. The gap between "shipped" and "successful" is where this post lives. I've built two... BrowserBill Alternative in 2026: Why Developers Switch (Same 5% Fee as ExtPay, Smaller Ecosystem) — and the 5 Real Opt...5h agoBrowserBill is one of the lesser-known Chrome extension payment platforms. If you found it, you probably found it by searching for an ExtPay alternative — AlternativeTo's listing literally describes it as "nearly indistinguishable" from ExtensionPay. Same drop-in SDK pattern, same Stripe integration, same 5% transaction fee, same shape. If you're already on BrowserBill and hunting for an alternative — either because the 5% fee is compounding, the feature set is missing pieces, the smaller ecosystem makes you nervous, or you've outgrown the basic dashboard — this is the consolidated comparison. Every real option, what each costs in fees AND engineering time, wh... ExtensionPay Alternative in 2026: Why Developers Switch After $5K MRR (And the 6 Real Options Compared with Fees, Migrat...6h agoExtensionPay is genuinely the best validation tool for Chrome extension monetization. Drop in the library, connect Stripe, ship in an hour. Zero backend. Free to start. The dev who built it (Glen Chiacchieri) made it after Google killed Chrome Web Store payments in 2021, and it's helped developers earn well over $500K combined. But the same indie devs who praise it for shipping their first $0 → $1K MRR are the ones writing post-mortems about leaving it once they hit $5K MRR. And the public threads about *why* they leave keep surfacing the same handful of issues: the 5% fee compounds, the lack of a real dashboard makes finance work painful, there's no paywall editor, no A/B testi... Built a fishing log app and would love feedback from people who actually fish6h ago\*\*Built a fishing log app after one too many blank sessions at spots I couldn't quite remember — would love brutal feedback from actual anglers\*\* So I had one of those sessions a while back. Mixed bag, solid weights, one of the best days I'd had in a while. Went back to the same general area a month later, couldn't pin down the exact spot. Completely blanked. I'd tried notes apps, paper diaries, Google Maps pins — nothing worked the way my brain works when I'm actually on the water. So I built my own. The whole idea: log a catch in under 30 seconds. Tap the fish type, add weight and length, location. Done before the next cast. I've been runni... OOCS, Into A Wider Galaxy, Part 6646h ago[First](https://www.reddit.com/r/HFY/comments/nfsakq/out_of_cruel_space_part_1/) (Little shorter than average, It’s got a near perfect end point and it’s my dad’s birthday so I need to make a call now.) Cats, Cops and C4 (... Finally had a mistake I was making pointed out to me. I need to hurry up on my corrections. Gallia spire is supposed to be Phon Spire. Sorry Youtube Channels.) More bombs, all in key areas. Primarily throughout the foundations of the school. Professional, well organized. He hasn’t had time to examine the actual timing on things, but Chenk is willing to bet his boots that if they had gone off in sequence the building would be shorn from it’s fou... Hawaii trip🤙🏼 Feelin like a Noob6h agoHey everyone! I just got back to the mainland from Hawaii after an awesome trip. Caught and ate tons of reef fish in easy-access spots: Kole, Uhu, Manini, Nenue, Kala, Palani, Ta‘ape, and more. I’m a solo shore spearfisherman and hit 60 feet, which is a personal best. I also got to swim with wild dolphins and reef sharks. Even though my trips keep getting better and my results improve every time, I still feel like a total beginner sometimes. Maybe it’s because I watch YouTube guys diving crazy depths and hunting hidden spots. Just wondering, does anyone else feel this way too? Job in Sequim, should my wife and I move to Port Angeles, Sequim, or Port Townsend?6h agoHello! My wife and I (both early 30s) are moving to the area for a job in Sequim. We're coming from remote Alaska, and we like to do all things outdoors (rafting, kayaking, sailing, climbing, running, biking, hunting, fishing). My wife works in public health and will be looking for a job. We can and will be buying a house. Just wondering if anyone has thoughts on whether or not we should move to Sequim, PA, or Port Townsend. Online the commutes from any of these places seem fine, unless there's something I'm missing? We want to be close to the outdoor activities listed above, but also be near good schools and safe neighborhoods. How much should job availability play into thi... My beautiful chud son (Male Plakat Koi Betta)6h agoGot him as a really tiny pale baby from a fish store. He’s colored up a ton since I’ve been feeding him bloodworms. Used to keep him with shrimp, but he got a taste for shrimp flesh so no more colony. Miscalculation on my part because I honestly thought he was a female with how timid he was at the store. He has plenty of limpets, scuds, and other small critters to snack on but once he figured out that the tweezers give him juicy worms I haven’t seen this guy hunt once 😭 SHIN-DARK (Rewrite Hour 1)6h agoThis was my reward for finishing my homework on time and staying out of trouble for the week. Trips to the local game store were always exciting. I bought more used games than anyone else in my class, and my dad liked to joke that I had a future in E-Sports someday. In reality, most of my “strategy” involved mashing buttons and hoping for the best. Still, gaming was my thing. That afternoon, I was hunting for another Sonic title for my Nintendo Wii. Most kids at school had already moved on to PlayStation 3s or Xbox 360s, but I loved the Wii and its weird little library of games. Sonic the Hedgehog had always been my favorite series. My sister liked Mario, but Sonic felt different to me... {ISO} Weeds {FT} Name it6h agoI'm in a big search for weeds to finish the weed nooks achievement, I need 2000 more and I'm trying to save majority of my NMT for villager hunts. I'm still new to my island so I don't have much but if there is anything I can give, let me know. I have lots of cherries, fish bait, picked flowers, crops, and lotss of saplings. How to Monetize a Chrome Extension in 2026: The Complete Step-by-Step Playbook (With Real Numbers, Tech Stack, and Launc...6h agoMost guides on how to monetize a Chrome extension are theoretical. "Use freemium! Try ads! Maybe affiliates!" — and then they trail off before any actual implementation. Meanwhile your extension has 800 users, $0 revenue, and you have no idea whether your problem is the model, the price, the paywall, or the fact that nobody knows your extension exists. I went deep on this for the last few months and pulled together what actually works in 2026 — including the real conversion data indie devs publish, the technical decisions that will haunt you if you get them wrong, and the launch playbook for going from 0 → 1,000 users. Long post. Save it. # Why most Chrome extensions earn ... New To Utah Fishing, What do I need to have.6h agoSo for 20 years I've only been able to fish with others due to allergies, but recently figured out that I am no longer allergic to touching fish and want to get started fishing when I'm out off-roading! I'm looking for any recommendations for what I should keep in my tackle box. I currently have 1 rod setup for simple off-the-bottom fishing, which I've had good luck with for some trout in my local pond, but I want to be able to fish streams/rivers as well as possibly fish other species that are here in Utah. I do plan on having a 2nd rod so that I can either use 2 at once at a lake, or have 1 setup for streams/creeks and the other for lakes. I have in mind what rods I wan... ExtPay Alternative in 2026: 6 Options Compared (Fees, MV3 Support, Paywalls, Real-World Issues)6h agoExtPay has been the default Chrome extension payment library since Google killed Chrome Web Store payments in 2021. It's earned developers north of $500K, the JS library is open source, and the integration is genuinely "drop it in and ship in an hour." But after running it on two extensions for \~18 months and watching the GitHub issues stack up, I started looking for an ExtPay alternative. If you're in the same spot, here's the honest 2026 landscape — what's out there, what each option is actually good at, and where they break. This is long. I tried to make it the comparison post I couldn't find when I went looking. # Why people start hunting for an E... Finally got the betta of my dreams6h agoYellow is my absolute favorite color and the galaxy kois are my favorite fish. And today I found the most gorgeous little lady at my local pet store. She was sadly kept in a small 10 gallon with tons of other females so her fins are a little nipped up but thankfully i already have a clean quarantine tank at home ready for her arrival. I’m open for name suggestions too! Chrome Extension Monetization in 2026: The Complete Playbook (Models, Pricing, Tools, and the MV3 Stuff Nobody Warns You...6h agoMost Chrome extensions earn exactly $0. Not because they're bad — because the developer never finished the monetization layer. I went down this rabbit hole for the last few months and ended up reading every guide, founder interview, and Stripe integration tutorial I could find. Here's the consolidated playbook I wish existed when I started. This is long. Save it. # Why Chrome extension monetization is its own beast People keep treating extensions like "small websites you can charge for." They aren't. Three things make extension monetization fundamentally different from SaaS: 1. Chrome Web Store payments are dead. Google deprecated the built-in payment system....
