Hello. I am looking for some feedback as to whether is make sense to choose MSU for undergrad - if you love the outdoors - over UCSB. Obviously UCSB has lots to do, but not fly fishing, hunting, or as much mountain biking or as accessible skiing. My son is a HS Junior and I am trying to decide if he should really go with MSU (we are CA residents so WUE exchange) if he gets into UCSB. Thank you

So I rescued a painted turtle about 2 1/2 years ago. At the time he was a new born hatchling and he has been in seemingly great health until recently. A little while ago I noticed he wasn't shedding his scutes properly and he has a raw spot on his stomach. He is my first turtle and for the most part I consider myself a dedicated owner albeit inexperienced. I make sure to to maintain his basking area at a solid 95 degrees. I use calcium bricks for the water. I have UVA and UVB light. His enclosure has live plants to help with bioactivity and water condition. I water change regularly and try to maintain calcium levels. I live in California but really enjoy fly fishing, mountain biking, skiing, hunting, etc. Am I crazy if I chose Montana State over UCSB? I am not exactly sure what I want to study but both seem to have the various things I am interested in.

Where are my fellow southern (us) lesbians at? Where are the girls that love country music, hunting, fishing, camping, and hiking at?

Im not a knife aficianado however I have done my armchair homework on some knives since I want to replace my Buck 110 - it went MIA. I liked the length of the knife and blade style of the Buck 110. But figure to give another knife a chance since the Buck 110 has jumped in price the past 15yrs. With a $60 budget would pic related be a good contender? Similar blade length and style. Weighs far less and has the clip. Knife is for yard chores, rope, boxes, camping, etc.. no crazy bushcraft or whatever. It'll live in the shed or the car. Not a EDC. appreciate any input

I want to say, I think we eat healthy as a family. We cook nutritious meals, and only eat out maybe once a month. We typically try to focus on health snacks for my daughter, with occasional sweet treats here and there. That said, my brother takes her for candy once a week. Every Saturday afternoon he comes over. They go on a 30 minute walk or bike ride together, and on the way home they stop at a little local shop, he he lets her pick out something. Hey everyone! I’ve recently started collecting US coins. I’ve found roll hunting to be a very relaxing way to unwind and keep myself occupied. I’m about to order some of the series folders and have a few generic folders that I’ve been storing my finds in. My issue is in finding a way to help me keep track of what I’m still looking for to complete sets. I have TBI, and trying to keep track of dates gets a tad overwhelming. The End The last 9 months of my marriage was beyond cruel. So I know it’s best to get a blood test done and see what you’re deficient in. However, I’m wanting to wait until I have insurance but that won’t be for a few months until the enrollment opens again. I know I’m deficient in probably many things. I do eat a variety of things, however, there’s times I only eat 1-2 meals a day as I’m constantly go go go and then I tell myself I’ll just wait to eat until I get home cause I have food at the house.
