A little over a week and a half ago, the heater in my 5 gallon tank stopped working and I replaced it with a new one. The store recommended the Top Fin 50 watts heater. The heater works well and has consistently kept my tank at the proper temperature. However, when it’s not heating, it has this really bright green light. At night, when it switches from the dimmer red light to the brighter green light, it seems to startle one of my fish because he starts swimming around frantically (which I honestly understand because I find it disturbing if I’m trying to fall asleep). Hi! So we just got our numbers in and we are the worst in our district in card conversion. We are one of the highest in card usage though. I am new to retail, I worked in food for the past 12 years so Old Navy is a bit of a learning curve for me. I do things like having a prize bowl for when the associates get a card. I also do a grand prize if they get the most cards during an event I.e. 50% off card holders or something like that. I’ve also done bingo a few times and a scavenger hunt to change things up.
