40 days into my new extension: I crossed 200 installs, €34 MRR and €500 in revenue!

4h ago

Quick context: I recently sold my previous AI SaaS. It worked, but I hit a ceiling and couldn't see a clear path forward. Decided to exit and start fresh. 30 days ago I launched a [Chrome extension](https://www.meetclaras.com/watch-later?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=chromeextensions_subreddit&utm_campaign=launch_milestone) that gives you AI-powered summaries, table of contents, transcripts, and chat for any YouTube video, in 17+ languages. Ive crossed over 200 installs and €500 in revenue and €34 MRR since launch less than 40 days ago. nothing crazy, but definetly exciting considering this is 100% bootrstrapped That's more than my last product did in its fir...

Has anyone here ever bought anything from ithunt.in?

4h ago

I’m considering buying a used RTX 3080 from them, but before spending that kind of money I wanted to hear some real experiences from people here. How was your experience with: • Product condition (especially used/pre-owned items) • Packaging/shipping • Actual product matching description • Support / after-sales service • Any issues with returns / warranty claims • Overall trustworthiness If you’ve personally bought from them (especially a used GPU), please share your honest experience — good or bad. Anything that helps me avoid a bad purchase would be really appreciated. Thanks 🙌

AnovaBuy vs CNFans — An Honest, Detailed Breakdown (2026 Edition)

4h ago

I've been sourcing from China for a few years now and have cycled through pretty much every major proxy platform at some point. CNFans has been a solid name in the community for a while — especially in the rep and streetwear space — so I wanted to do a proper side-by-side with AnovaBuy for anyone who's been on the fence about switching or just getting started. This isn't a hit piece on CNFans. It's a genuine breakdown. But after running both platforms for a while, the differences in cost and overall value are hard to ignore. **The Price Gap Is Real — And It's Not Small** Let's start with the most important thing: what you actually pay. CNFans follows...

How Small Businesses Are Using Scavenger Hunts to Drive Foot Traffic and Customer Loyalty (With Practical How-To)

4h ago

Scavenger hunts aren't just for kids' birthday parties — small businesses are increasingly using them as a low-cost, high-engagement marketing and retention tool. Here's a practical breakdown of what works. --- **Why this format works for small businesses** - Low cost to run (paper clues, QR codes, or free/cheap apps) - Drives repeat visits and dwell time in your space - Creates shareable social content organically — participants post without being asked - Differentiates you from competitors in a memorable way - Works for B2C *and* B2B (team events, client appreciation, trade shows) --- **5 formats with real use cases** **1. At This Point I Might Just Walk Into a Store and Start Working 😭

4h ago

At this point, I’m so desperate for a job that I might just walk into a store and start working without getting hired. Like imagine me introducing myself to the manager while already stocking shelves 💀 But jokes aside… it’s honestly not funny anymore. I’ve been job hunting since 2024, and I genuinely don’t even know how to explain it to people without sounding dramatic. I’m starting nursing at RRC this winter (December intake), and I really need to save money before school starts because I already know nursing is going to be intense. Not saying I absolutely can’t work during nursing, but realistically I don’t think I’ll survive balancing it unless it’s something supe...

Best Areas for UIUC Housing

4h ago

The UIUC campus is a vast geographic sprawl, and choosing between different residential areas is the most critical decision a student makes. Unlike smaller campuses, the "best" housing area at UIUC is defined by its location relative to the Main Quad and the distinct city borders of Champaign and Urbana. To help you navigate this landscape, we have categorized the primary student neighborhoods into three main hubs: the central Campustown, the quiet streets of Urbana, and the spacious West Champaign. Below is a detailed breakdown of these areas to help you find your ideal home. # Campustown Campustown is the most commonly chosen area for **UIUC housing**, especially among freshme...

Would adding a second cat help with our boys behavioral issues

4h ago

We have an almost 2 year old cat who we love endlessly. We got him when he was 12 weeks old. Until then he was staying indoors only, with his mom and siblings. He is extremely social, not at all afraid of new people or generally of almost anything. We don’t know how he is with other cats as we haven’t tried that since we got him. He loves being around us all the time, hates closed doors, and generally follows us around the apartment. He has access to a cat proof balcony that he loves spending time on. He loves playing and has A LOT of energy. We are having issues with some aspects of his personality, some more than others: He is decidedly NOT a lap cat. He’ll be close to us but im...

How to Plan a Family Safari in Africa: Complete Beginner’s Guide

5h ago

Planning a family safari in Africa can feel like a lot at first. There are countries to choose from, parks to compare, lodges with different child policies, flight routes, health advice, budgets and questions about how much your children will actually enjoy being in a vehicle at sunrise. The best place to start is not with a map. It is with your family. How old are your children? How adventurous are they? Do they cope well with early mornings? Would they enjoy a simple tented camp, or do you need a lodge with a pool, flexible meals and space to rest between game drives? A good family safari is not about doing everything. It is about choosing the right pace, the right destination and the ri...

No aquariums in my state…

5h ago

…and all I ever want to do is go to one. Whenever we go to a pet shop with fish, I take so long watching them that my mum has to move me along because I would be there for hours! I even found a place where they have a dark room which is really cool. I went to an aquarium once when on a trip interstate when I was younger and they had a jellyfish room. I could watch jellyfish ALL. DAY. I often watch videos of them as well as just fish/under the ocean videos and they are something I fall back on when everything is too much and they make me feel calm. I also found an ocean diving game. But I really wish I could go back there again. Other than seeing fish in stores, I’m not really sure ho...

Is there anyone else here with aspergers that has the same interests as me and same age range ?

5h ago

I’m 26M. My interests are traveling , finding random swim holes off google maps , hiking , kayaking , hunting , fishing , towed behind boat activities at the lake ( tubing , kneeboarding , flyboarding , and sit down hydrofoiling ) , jet skiing , wildlife viewing in their natural habitat at various places across the US and rest of the world and learning about them as i make lists of their historical and former ranges , where the best spots to see them currently in their natural habitat are , etc. I’m curious to know if there’s anyone else out there with aspergers that also enjoy these activities and are even in the same age range ? Thanks in advance

Was 57, now 26. An almost brand-new crossbow

5h ago

I originally intended to buy it for my ten-year-old daughter to play with. Unfortunately, the little girl still prefers stuffed toys. I used it myself once and it was in excellent condition. There was no difference from a brand new product. Declaration: The packaging box and the instruction manual are still present. The warranty period has 11 months remaining. The pickup address is in the Old Valley Blvd La Puente area. https://preview.redd.it/dtvnhfznnu0h1.jpg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d4533fc7e4357a3c26f4bb49fe02d1387b230395 https://preview.redd.it/7op65fznnu0h1.jpg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=fa4fe53cb5d9ddb37db1685a0933385...

I was abandoned by the first girl to ever treat me like a person for my own good. [Updated with new information]

5 Ok, I met her my last year of college in 2016, she was initially introduced to me by a friend of mine, but I didn't talk to her until a week or two later. At that time, I determined she was too beautiful to ask out, and promised never to ask her out for fear of rejection. Later that week she sat right next to me because a pervert was hitting on her, and this was the first time talking to her by myself. I awkwardly said to her, "Don't worry, I'll only be as creepy as you want me to be". To her response, "preferably not at all thank you". At this time, I debated whether I should confess my feelings, or bottle them up and hope they would just go ...

You need to learn to make, deploy, repair netting. You need to learn how to use debris as insulation and how to dry it out if all is wet. You need to learn how to field make a bow and arrows, at least sufficient for bow fishing. You need to learn how to make fire by fire-rolling a strip your shemagh. You need to learn how to make "buckets" out of wicker baskets, lining them with tarp and tape. You then need to know how to refine workable clay out of shoreline mud and make the four 1-gallon each cookpots and lids, how to make "gaskets" between the lids and pots, out of strips of your shemagh, how to lash the lids to the pots and put them in the debris pile, in the air-t...

Just launched my first Chrome extension CacheTray on Product Hunt today and hit \#44. Wanted to share it here because this community always gives the most honest feedback. The problem I was solving was my own. I use ChatGPT and Claude constantly and I was always copying things — screenshots, links, snippets of code — switching tabs, pasting, losing track of what I had. It was a mess that slowed me down every single day. CacheTray is a clipboard built specifically for AI workflows. You copy what you need, it holds it in a tray, and you send it directly to ChatGPT or Claude in one click. It also has a keyboard shortcut so you never even have to touch your mouse. If you are buildi...
