My local grocery store recently started carrying Momofuku noodles. I picked up a pack of the Soy & Scallion flavor and decided to try it with the tin of Brunswick Gourmet Brisling Sardines I had for a late night dinner. Sautéed the scallions with a little bit of garlic and tossed them into the ramen. It was my first time adding tinned fish to ramen. Next time I’ll drain the oil from the sardines better and stir fry the noodles with the sardines for a bit, but I was tired and lazy and had forgotten to eat all day. It was pretty good, but might play with different ramen and sardine flavor combos to see what I like best. I think it might be better with a spicy ramen.

20 gallon tank, cycled after a couple of months. Lightly planted and there is algae throughout the aquarium. Thought I was ready for fish so I ordered some pygmy corydoras from a guy. Half either died in shipping or were poisoned in transit (shipped in two bags, six each) so I wasn't surprised when I was down to six after 36 hours. Drip acclimated for about an hour. Now over a week later and a couple more have died. Not sure if something is wrong or it's shipping stress related? Wish I had fish stores in my city. Parameters in photos.
