10 gallon tank with two store bought terrain pieces, several bits of java fern growing on the right, and the large plant on the left (i can't remember the name, sorry) on the left. 2 year old fully cycled tank. Originally housed 4 guppies for about 1.5 years. I now have 2 guppies, 2 endler guppies and 1 platy in the tank. Is this acceptable for size, home, mix of fish, etc. Thank you

So about 4 days ago I stayed in a cabin out in the woods and found one, and then another... Baby dear mice. My dogs almost ate them, they seemed depleted, tired, hungry, eyes barely opening the tiniest bit on one of them. Eyes still closed on the other. Please don’t come at me if I’ve made a mistake, which I feel that I have. This tank is \~2.5gal of conditioned water + sponge filter and when I went to the fish store I was interested in shrimp mostly, but after I asked if any fish would be suitable he recommended white cloud minnows. He told me I should only get 2 due to my tank size. Now that I’m looking them up it seems this school size and bowl size are too small. I want to start this off by saying, I'm a guy that isn't really into "sim/s" games. I usually enjoy MMOs and RPGs with focus on pvp and pve grinding and getting stronger and making it to the top(for some games, literally aiming for leaderboards). Im new to owning a betta and ive had mine for around a month now and 2 days ago ive changed his tank to a bigger one, i made sure to properly acclimate him and for the first few hours i left him alone to explore and search the tank, after a day i went to feed him and he’s been ignoring food and spitting it out when hes usually quick to eat. ive researched about bettas being odd at first when it comes to being in a new tank but now its been 3 days and after trying to feed him again and him spitting it out/only eating one pellet, im starting to get concerned about if he’s sick or something is wrong. im planning on going to the pet store to test the water to see if thats whats wrong...

So, my fridge is rather normal sized with a small freezer on top and the fridge on the bottom. Only issue is, is my freezer is currently full even after reorganizing. From meats like beef, ham, chicken gizzards, shrimp and fish, to pre-prepped veggies I chopped like yellow onion and kale, and a package or two of store bought frozen fruit for smoothies, icecream, and assorted popsicles for the kiddo. I need assistance figuring out how to use up these items or prep them into dishes I can use for this week or freezer meals for later.
