I don't know where else to gush about this. I'm from Texas and my family is Cajun from Louisiana so I'm particularly obsessed with Lemoyne in this game. I feel like the two biggest issues with the auras system, which make them feel detached from the rest of the game, are that their acquisition method is (historically) time-gated and not available through gameplay, and that auras themselves are just a UI element and not actual items (and also with "time-gated" use). Yesterday I adopted a young female betta from my LFS. I’ve shopped there since I started the hobby and trust them. They’ve had her for about two months. She has a facial injury — the best way I can describe it is that the middle portion of her upper lip is missing, along with the small area above it (where the “bridge of a nose” would be, even though fish don’t technically have noses). The corners of her upper lip are still intact. The injury is not currently infected. There are no visible signs of inflammation, fuzz, swelling, or redness beyond the exposed tissue itself.
