I just tried a protein smoothie, everyone. Usually you can not find them anywhere in convenience store and it is pretty annoying to buy a big jug of whey powder just for use in Vietnam, but finally I have found the cure after tedious searching. It’s around 60k a bottle for 60 grams of protein—pretty convenient since I don’t have to mix and prep stuff after a workout. HOWEVER, It’s a bit sour and it made me feel a little bloated.
