Hey everyone, I’m thinking about buying a Ryzen 7 9800X3D from an AliExpress seller called “Core Deck Store” and wanted to get some opinions before I fully commit. The CPU is listed as brand new, but it’s a tray/OEM unit (no retail box). The price is quite a bit lower than retail, which is what’s making me a bit unsure. The store has good ratings (around 4.9) and the “Badge+” badge, and from what I’ve seen they mostly sell CPUs and similar parts. From what I understand, these are usually bulk/OEM chips, so no AMD warranty, but still the same CPU as retail. I'll be in London and Paris this week and would love to snag some of the exclusives. Noticed the London Fish and Chips experience was unable to book for the next week. Does that mean I can't go at all, or do they allow people to queue or still buy things in the store? The Paris experience doesn't allow bookings, is the line usually pretty long? TL:DR unrelated medical issue caused accelerated weight loss in January. It has since settled out to a normal rate again and I still realistically have 20 lbs to go before I am no longer considered overweight. I am now on my third pair of jeans in as many months. I started 2026 as a size 12 and I just had to purchase a size 6 yesterday. Really likely a size 4 which my husband was wise enough not to point out or I might of had a full blown meltdown in the store. I feel both ungrateful and incredibly fustrated.
