I’m self-employed and trying to figure out how realistic it is to buy a home without a traditional W-2. Even with steady income, lenders seem a lot stricter than they used to be. I’ve spoken with the best mortgage broker in Missouri and they think it’s doable, but I want to hear from people who’ve actually gone through it. If you bought a home as a freelancer or business owner, what made it work? Bank statement loans, CPA letters, or something else? Was it a constant uphill battle, or fairly smooth once you found the right lender?

i am never buying **** from staples again their return policy is complete trash. yes, they've printed whatever arbitrary **** they want on the receipt. nobody reads receipts. if a product has some bizarre return policy and can't be returned (even when its unused and undamaged, in mint condition with all original boxes and wrappings, and well within 14 days) then the customer should be told before the transaction is complete. i will just use amazon, walmart, or even best buy (which somehow has a much better policy than staples) going forward

I tried the calculator, and got 38DDD when I tried to measure in inches. When i measured in cm, I got 36FF/36H. Which one do I trust? Lol Both sizes are also not the common ones in stores either. For more context: when I shop I pick from 36C, 38B, 38C. I have bell-shaped breasts and side set, so I commonly get the gaping a couple hours in. My "best fitting" (in my opinion) is a 36C push up bra from Walmart lol and a 38C t-shirt bra (but it gapes). Idk why but 38B isn't as easy to find. My straps also keep falling - no matter what bra, but when i tighten them, the band just rides up my back. And I don't like a tight band. But I also feel like my posture contributes to it...

Looking for advice - I bought new black crows for my younger daughters with fixed bindings last year and this year when passing them down, there is a one size difference in the boots and now everything has to be remounted. Plus its possible I may need to remount everything back next year. Cost and loss of ski integrity aside - is there a better way to do this? Can I buy separate binding tracks now to avoid this in the future? Or do I need to by completely new rail system bindings? Hello! My binocular microscope is only passing through light to one eyepiece. I have adjusted the eypiece focus, the interocular distance, and it seems the issue lies in the binocular head on the scope. I took off the binocular head and could confirm that bright light was only passing through from the bottom into the right eyepiece, and nothing through the left. I removed the case and saw that there seemed to be no mirror in front of the left eyepiece which would reflect light to that side. Looking through tge left eyepiece with the case open, I see the inside of the case rather than the proper light path. Maybe I am understanding the light path incorrectly?
