Looking to spend around $1800 max but keep missing out on the partner store deals… Saw them side by side at Best Buy, G5 was a little better but doubt I’ll notice the difference that much end of day. I ordered this 5 days ago, it said Ships in 1-2 days (It still hasn't shown shipped) Maybe its just because how popular this game is? None of the stores in my area seem to have this game either and BestBuy only let's me order for next month... Update: Thanks to everyone who provided advice! I ultimately had rough luck and my handheld was determined to have a bloated and leaking battery after it started smoking when I tried to charge it yesterday with the OEM charger. Geek Squad inspected it this morning after the charger and outlet were tested separately and found to be fine. I got a full refund and store credit from Best Buy, but the Legion S models have all shot up in price just like the Legion Go 2, so open box excellent went from $700 to $1100 🤦🏽‍♀️. Streaming services, subscriptions and digital renting are garbage consumerism. Now that games are starting to have a key code people need to start going to the local library and renting movies and tv shows and supporting library donations so everyone can enjoy games and movies for free. Not many second hand movie or video games stores left. Target and best buy stopped carrying physical movies.

So i’m planning on buying a gaming laptop and i found a store that is selling a really good one for a price that’s 1K lesser than market value. so i wanted to know is there anyway to check if the laptop is refurbished or anything like that. The box is sealed and the everything although i was told by someone that the seal is still something that can be stuck back after opening. it’s a US import laptop from best buy, I live in the ME and am purchasing it from here. the seller said i can get 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. so my only concern is if its refurbished… what are your thoughts guys?

I used to get almost a year out of a new USB-C Xbox controller, and lately mine have been lasting 1-2 months before getting stuck drift. 1-2 months!!! That’s insane right? And I really don’t play THAT much. I never abuse the controller, always keep my hands clean, and even store it away from dust in a cabinet when I’m not using it. I have this very specific memory of me playing either madden 12 or madden 13, a demo I think, inside my local Best Buy, on a Xbox 360. It was under a canopy that was setup indoors right beside the aisles where video games are. I was standing, and I don't remember if I was standing cause other people were in the seats under the canopy or if there were no seats and anyone who wanted to play just had to stand.
