I love shopping on the website. But, when I go to the store the customer service is rude or nonexistent. Plus, finding things is like a needle in a haystack. Anyone, else's thoughts on shopping experience inside the store. Advice would be helpful, also. I have tried the online buy and pickup in store same day option. That was a nightmare. Ex: I had purchased on the site at 11am on a Tuesday. The items showed in stock at my Nordstrom store. They were not ready for pickup until Friday at store open. So just not much luck on my part.
