I bought the TC100 chair from Best Buy about a year and a half ago. One of the armrests broke off last week and couldn't be screwed back on. I opened a ticket about, uploaded photos of the broken part, the serial tag and the receipt. They immediately responded with sending the replacement armrests. It was a pretty easy process. To my surprise, when I got the armrests, I was expecting the 2D armrests that came with the chair, but instead it seems I got an upgraded 4D armrests. They not only improved my chair but allowed me to keep using it longer. So yeah, thank you!
