So the backstory behind this is that I bought this printer off fb marketplace about 5 years ago, found out it had some issues, and basically haven't touched it since. Now that I'm in a position to start working on it, I'm looking for some help getting it ready to print. These are the current issues I'm having. 1. After it's turned on, the screen says the nozzle has a negative temperature, and if I attempt to heat it up to start a print, it gives the "Heating failed, Printer halted" error. My Starlink Gen 2 dish will not power on. I put in a ticket (talking to Gronk) he informed me that I already received a replacement dish and would not be able to get a free replacement. I told him that I have never had to get a replacement and he replied I received a free mini dish in November. I asked the AI (gronk) to have someone call me and that was hours ago. I can’t even order a new dish from website because it says I already have one. I put my mini from standby to full plan and it is working but how can I get a new dish. I reluctantly went to Target today. I returned a few gifts from Xmas for store credit to buy some essentials. In line, I noticed how many customers, in my line and others around me, said yes, when offered a bag by the checker. It was every single one around me. There’s an extra charge per bag. I did a vinyl trade (not a sale) and we only used PayPal for protection. The record was in good, playable condition when I shipped it and wasn’t damaged beforehand. After it arrived, the other person noticed creases/tears to the gatefold and sleeves and took it to a local record store to have it professionally checked.
