Hi all, I own a 1500 sqft vacant plot in JP Nagar 7th Phase, Bangalore. I already have two properties in the same area. I’m living in one and renting the other. I’m trying to decide the best use of my third property. Options I’m considering: 1. Construct a 2–3 floor rental building \- Self-fund (\~₹1 Cr investment) and keep full ownership, but unsure about ROI and rental yield. \- Do a Joint Development with a builder (no upfront cost), but give up some ownership. I got 5 1tb drives that I was gonna run in an array with 1 drive redundancy (which I'm pretty sure you can do with zfs), but unfortunately I've just realized that all of said drives are broken. Hey. I don't know much about cars but I've been reading a lot about the reliability of the Honda CRVs and the Toyota RAV4s. I saw that the 2005 year is the best year for both cars (2006 as well for the Honda CRV). I just activated the gp I bought yesterday over the sc store and now everything I can buy is not "buyable" and the gp is not activated. I checked my sc store inventory and my gp is not there anymore.

I got very lucky with the curses and pulls, this led to a nice, rounded out build. I’m excited in particular by Umbrakinesis! I’ve never got that ability before and it’s pretty much one of my favourite abilities. Perception Awareness should also save my bacon for when the Yandere comes after me. The universe has its roots in the MCU but things like mutants and all that other main universe stuff exists in the background, coming to bloom in the future.
