First time buying Birks and I just can't get the sizing. I'm confused between 44 Regular Width and 45 Regular Width. This is the Arizona Soft Footbed version. I've labeled the pictures with the size on foot, which one is a better size? PS. The lady at the store said 44R is my correct size.
