I recently purchased a new Asus ProArt laptop from Best Buy that came in with a faulty display panel. Since it was under warranty, I sent it for repair and the estimated time was 2 to 3 weeks. I got an update on the second week stating that they have a back ordered part and there has been no update since. I contacted Best Buy and they suggest there is nothing they can do since they are at the mercy of Asus and Asus is being unresponsive. Its been 6 weeks now and it's getting frustrating.
