Felt pretty okay the whole time inside except for a little stomach pain (like trapped gas pain). When we went to check out, suddenly I felt nausea and a bit of lightheadedness that increased very quickly. Walking to the bathroom my vision was going kind of dim around the edges like when you stand up too fast, very lightheaded, my hearing was muffled, and my cheeks felt hot. Sat in the bathroom for <5 mins and quickly felt a lot better and a few hours later I’m totally fine. I ate pretty normally today, had no alcohol. I am doing nicotine replacement therapy but I had just my normal... Grief and questioning my decision3h agoI was with my STBX for 6 years, married for 1. He was controlling and couldn’t control his anger. He once screamed at me for not respecting his time because I asked if we could stop at the grocery store on the way home from the gym. People at the gym asked if I was ok. After I told him I wanted a divorce, I discovered that he left our dogs in our home with no a/c on a 95 degree day. They could barely move and their water bowl was filthy. My lawyer advised me to take the dogs when he wasn’t home, which I did. He was enmeshed with his family and chose them over me many times. He spent our first wedding anniversary with them and didn’t understand why I was upset. In the divorce proces... CC OC- The Swamp Beast3h agoHalf Egyptian Half White man. 5 feet 9 inches tall 200 pounds Title “The Swamp Beast” Age 30 Crime- decided to go hunt turkeys but also decided that since he was a master martial artist he could probably do it with his bare hands. He didn’t realize that was technically poaching because of “using illegal equipment” as he was arrested he said “But I didn’t use any equipment!” also did it in a ghilie suit so he looked like a swamp monster chasing turkeys. This happened in a small swamp in texas. Fights using a style similar to MMA that utilizes his amazing crush grip. Has an attack where he grabs someones nose / jaw and crushes it. Attack is called “Beak Breaker”. ... Looking for local social media marketer/advertiser3h agoHi everyone! I’m looking to hire a local social media advertiser/marketer (contractor) for a LV grocery store to help grow their presence online and bring more customers into the store. The business wants to focus exclusively on social media (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.). What they’re looking for: 1. Someone local who can come into their store and take photos and short videos (products, aisles, specials, etc.) 2. Post consistently to their social media accounts 3. Help grow followers and boost engagement 4. Identify and promote trending products on social media 5. Create posts around sales, new items, and popular products This would be a paid, contract-based role, and they... LV Fragrances are Overhyped3h agoI tried all of the popular LV fragrances at their store in D.C. couple of nights ago and nothing really stood out to me. I tested Imagination, Pacific Chill, Afternoon Swim, l'immensite and Ombre Nomad. There was nothing offensive about them and a lot of people would like them for the neutral clean notes but there wasn’t anything special either for me. Maybe I had unrealistic expectations considering how much hype Imagination has gotten on social media and how many clones for it you see on the market. Personally I wouldn’t even buy a clone of Imagination because I don’t like its soapy opening. If I had to pick one I think I liked l'immensite the most from what I smelled. Or, h...3h agoI had an *awful* experience last year with Bank of America and have been long overdue to close my checking account with them and stop using my BoA credit cards. I'd like to find two more cards that offer better rewards and get me out of Bank of America's ecosystem. My biggest spending categories are dining out, groceries, and gas. I'm most drawn to the Chase Sapphire Preferred for the travel perks and insurance benefits (points transfer to United, coverage for flight delays, rental car insurance, no FTF, etc.) but given that I do most of my spending on dining/groceries, I'm drawn to the Savor in addition to the CSP rather than the Chase Freedom Unlimited or Flex. I'... Agentic workflows in marketing ops: a safe playbook for 20263h agoIf your team is experimenting with “AI agents” in marketing ops, the win isn’t magic automation — it’s **reducing handoffs without breaking governance**. ### What’s changing (and why it matters) LLM tools are shifting from “write me copy” to **agentic workflows**: multi-step tasks (pull data → decide next action → execute in tools → log outcomes). In ops, that’s powerful, but risky: bad permissions, messy CRM updates, inconsistent UTMs, and “automation spaghetti.” The new moat is a **repeatable, auditable pattern**. ### A practical playbook (safe enough to run this week) 1) **Start with a bounded job** (30–60 mins human time/week). Examples: UTM cleanup, lead ... “merchant-funded discount can only be availed when items are purchased directly from the store”3h agoCan someone help me understand what this means? I ordered some groceries on the app, and found out the discounted price showed in app wasn’t applied. The original, non-discounted price was charged. I would not have bought that item if there was no discount. The support response says the discounted price can only be applied if I directly purchase from the store, which is very confusing. Why show it as discounted in the app then? How does it make sense to advertise a in-store discount in the app that I would not ever get by ordering via the app? Response from the customer support: > merchant-funded discount can only be availed when items are purchased directly from the store Doing some picking while waiting for my wife at the grocery store3h agoCould Michael do what his father did in little Italy?3h agoIf you place Michael in his father's place in little Italy with a young family he's supporting working in a grocery store, and around Clemenza and Tessio, could be become a serious player in the underworld like Vito did? I'm thinking of buying the Branch Erg Pro for $500 and buying a longer gas cylinder from amazon3h agoI'm 6'4 220lbs. the two chairs I've tried in person was the Herman Miller Aeron C( cant afford $1500) and this Branch Erg Pro($500). I thought the chair was fine after 10 minutes sitting on it in the store but the "tall" cylinder they sell as an upgrade wasn't tall enough for what Id want. so, I was considering buying a 3rd party cylinder for the Erg Pro to get the height I want. Im new to the chair market so let me know any thoughts you guys have! What would you choose?3h agoA great, thick fig has engulfed the world. Within this fog are spooky, lovecraftian monsters and beings. You managed to find a conveniently played grocery store near you and took shelter there. Despite, all the food and supplies there, you ii will eventually run out. Suddenly, a magical, talking octopus appeared to you., The octopus said that the fog will stay on earth for 10 years, after 10 years, the fog will disappear, and everything will go back to normal. The octopus said he likes you. ( Not sure why, you seem to be the likable type. ) But regardless, he offers you to choose 3 out of the 6 magical items. 1. Some things I have been taught may not be up to code; fearing for my job4h agoSoooo I started working at the O about 4 years ago. I work at a hub so it’s not small, not huge but it’s pretty big. Ex-SM was pretty by the book, but not good at “human interaction”. Anyways, he kept me as a warehouse stocker/ hub driver because at the time he had the front covered and commercial was ran by the ISS at the time and they had it covered. Fast forward 2 years later, new SM, he’s not as by the book as previous one, he kinda let things spiral out and hired a bunch of young cats that honestly don’t know how good they have it and are messing with the flow of the store. Anyways, I’m increasingly getting more paranoid because my position has gone from “bottom of the s... Grocery stores empty?4h agoMost of my items on my order were cancelled at Safeway, Walmart, and Metro. Food, wipes, medicine. Went in person and shelves are bare. What’s going on? what are the most affordable grocery stores to shop at that also offer great deals in the u.s.?4h agowhat are the most affordable grocery stores to shop at that also offer great deals in the u.s.?4h agoQuestion4h agoI grow a few pepper plants and tomatoes indoors all year round. Recently, I noticed that the nutrients I provide for my coco plants don’t contain calcium, as I initially thought. While all my peppers/chili plants seem to do well, I noticed that one of my tomato plants developed blossom end rot, indicating a calcium deficiency. Can I use soy milk from the grocery store to supply calcium? I found a brand with 15% calcium per 100 ml. If I dilute it, will it be effective if I apply it every third watering? Additionally, will the sugars in the soy milk be harmful to my plants? Sick of thin, glossy prints? I started a shop using premium Japanese paper instead.4h agoHi everyone, I’ve always loved collecting posters, but I got tired of ordering online only to receive thin, shiny sheets that looked cheap the moment the light hit them. So, I launched my own project, \*\*Cold Posters\*\*, with a focus on doing the materials right. \*\*The Paper:\*\* We use premium \*\*Japanese matte paper\*\*. If you know paper, you know the difference. It has a distinct weight and texture that standard photo paper just can't match. \* \*\*No glare:\*\* It looks incredible from any angle. \* \*\*Deep Blacks:\*\* The ink absorption is superior, making the dark tones in our cinema and car designs properly deep. \* \*\*Museum Feel:\*\* It feels like an art... 🛡︠Content Safety: All discussions are automatically filtered for inappropriate content to ensure a safe browsing experience. |
