So I’m planning to do an exploration on “healthy food outside of western cuisine” as I’m dieting and my food is boring! I love Chinese cuisine and want some ideas for recipes to try out of generally healthy or diet meals. For example, I mostly use it to get ideas for activities to do with my kids, especially my son with ASD. hi! I've recently started my first sourdough starter! I've been following the BBC Good Food recipe of 50g flour and 50g water, but im finding that on day 5 the starter isnt rising at all (it did on day 3 and 4), and its very soupy. im wondering if it'll be okay to add 50g flour and 25g of water instead for tonights feed? it has a sour smell to it and its in a relatively cool kitchen, heating turns on and off but its generally settled around maybe 18°C in the kitchen. I've watched videos about sourdough and I know that a lot of people go by sight rather than following an exact recipe - so just want to know what you guys think?!

I'm on the hunt for a little treat drinks that don't use coffee or tea as a base. Last night I was craving a warm drink so I had a bone broth, but I'd love something more creative. I also can't have the flavoured protein powder or maca or Blume drinks that I usually mix my BioSil and other supplements like magnesium powder into each day because they all contain stevia. Hey everyone. Long time lurker, first time poster and a bit of a plumbing noob. But I got a home about 2 years ago and the kitchen sink has been driving me nuts. When I run the water for a bit the sink starts to back up. When it backs up it drains but just extremely slow. While trying to self diagnosis and test the issue, I noticed that the water drains perfectly fine when I remove the AAV. I have tried: \- Snaking the drain.
