I ordered something on vinted on the 26th of december and the seller shipped it out the next day! Tracking said they had shipped it. Since then there have been no updates at all! I have been on the live chat for yodel numerous times checking for updates and nothing! The agents there stated there was no parcel to pick up and that i needed to check with the seller. I did just that and they are adamant that they dropped it off (and tracking says so so there is no lying happening i’m sure). Yodel is giving me nothing now and just keep repeating that same thing, there was no parcel there. I am unsure what to do now as i still really want the thing that i bought! UK. I only have InPost shipping turned on but obviously Vinted does that thing where it allows buyers to still buy using a shipping method I don’t offer. This is the label I’d need to attach to the parcel so can I drop this off at an InPost locker or do I need to go to a Yodel store?

Hi, I've purchased an item through Mulebuy in december and paid for the shipping to the UK using Yodel. The item seem to be arrived in the UK last Thursday (08/01) and I haven't received any update since then. Yesterday (14/01) I've chosen to deliver it to a locker instead of home. Today I've logged in Mulebuy and it says that the parcel has been returned and it's in their warehouse, but with nothing next to return reason, while the tracking is still stuck. Hi! This is my first Reddit post so please bare with 🤦‍♀️😂 Okay, so basically I bought my baby girl a limited edition pink egg pram of Vinted, the only choice for delivery was via Yodel door to door. The seller was amazing with packaging and having the items collected (two parcels due one is the bassinet bought separately - the other is the older child chair with the pram frame). Yodel had collected my parcels from the sellers address on the 8th January and was due to be delivered on the 12th however did not arrive. Yodel door to door not collected last 4 Vinted orders and customer service aren’t helping

I only used yodel door to door for large orders as I don’t think there is another option however my last 4 large orders which I’ve had to use yodel door to door they haven’t showed up to collect the parcel. I’ve contacted customer service at yodel multiple times and they just say they have to raise a complaint and will be in touch or will recollect but they never do any of this. It used to work really smoothly but this started about 2 months ago when we started getting a different yodel driver (might just be a coincidence) Is there any way to fix this or will I just have to sell large items on other platforms?

I’ve not actually ever had an issue with Evri, though I know it’s just down to luck of the draw. But I had a particularly positive experience this morning. Had a delivery of several large parcels arriving that I’d completely forgotten about (just bought my first house so parcels arriving all day every day). I heard the doorbell when I was still in bed, I use a wheelchair so not the swiftest at getting up but I scampered nonetheless. Rather than ditch the parcels on the doorstep the courier called me to check I was in, waited for me to get to the door, and carried the parcels through to the kitchen for me, all without asking. On me saying I was in, he easily could’ve left them on...

I know that Yodel isn't the best but here in the Scottish highlands Yodel is much better. I hope I don't miss it as someone has to be home to collect it! Any tips on what settings to change on the iPhone 16 when I get it, camera settings, optimisation settings and should I set the charge limit to 90% so my battery lasts a little bit longer? Hello all, just want to get some advice to make sure I have done everything correctly to the layman. **quick timeline** 20th November 2025 - Ordered from Insta360 webstore 2x Ace pro 2 batteries and a fast charge hub. no issues with checkout but discovered you cant order batteries and other accessories in the same order (was going to buy a case as well) 21st November 2025- Order arrived driver left the parcel at the door no knock or ring (thank yodel but I digress). Box was damaged and had a quite obvious hole on the side where you could put your hand through (and items can fall out). Hello all, TLDR: Insta will ship you a product. If it gets lost in transit or items are missing from your order they will tell you its not there job to deal with it and to contact the courier who wont help as your not there customer. So this is nearly a 2 month saga but here is the timeline and a warning to buy from anywhere else than there store. So I'm a pretty new user to vinted and I have over the last 2 weeks been buying a good few items on vinted roughly about 25 30 items , 1 of the items which I got was too small so I relisted it and it went live, today I tried to reduce the price to get it to sell quicker and within a hour my account was banned? I also have a item which was lost by yodel which vinted are investigating I'm the buyer yodel sent parcel back somewhere without a return address I also have about 15 items which some are sent some are bought but not sent etc so what happens to all my orders

Hi, I don't know if anyone has had this experience before. So I sold an item on 1st Dec. Followed it's tracking and when it was suppost to have reached the buyers post office, it was refused. The shops system went down, it took a week or more for it to get back up and running. In the meantime, the parcel gets sent to a Yodel depot somewhere in Norwich. The buyer was told she could have collected from the depot but said it was too far away. I got in touch with Vinted customer services, which was of no help what so ever. I have received an order which is door to door. I understand it's because they picked an option that was disabled. The hours of collection are 7am to 9pm which really are not great. Can I drop it off at a yodel parcel shop? Thank you for your help

In the past month, seven companies I have ordered from have chosen Evri as their courier. Of those deliveries, two have successfully been delivered. The other five have either disappeared within Evri's 'system', or been 'damaged beyond repair'. In the same period, I've successfully received parcels delivered by Royal Mail, DX, DHL, Yodel and Amazon. I simply don't understand how such a failing company can continue to operate. It outright lies - request a callback and you never receive one, and support (bot) will tell you 'I am pleased to see the parcel is now on its way to you' when nothing of the sort is happening. Got this now after checking for update, however I know this is not true for a couple of reasons. 1, the roads are clear and the weather was neutral all day, above freezing temps. 2, one of their drivers managed to get to my door to deliver a different parcel. Also had yodel and dhl manage just fine getting packages to me too. Likelihood is the parcel didn't go out for delivery for another reason and they've used the weather as an excuse as they can. Annoying.

I’ve had someone purchase a figure I am selling and they selected Royal Mail. I have turned off every other postage method apart from evri. I cancelled the order and informed the buyer that I cannot send off the parcel unless they select evri, I uploaded the item again for them to buy and now they’ve selected yodel. I have all other methods turned off so I’m confused how they’re even able to select those options and it’s frustrated me a bit that I’ve stated clearly that I cannot use any other postage method. The buyer has said that it hasn’t given them any other option but to click yodel

I ordered something from Shien on the 29th of Dec. I knew there would probably be some sort of delay given how how it's still around Christmas time and people being off for New Years, etc. My order got split into two parcels. The first got delivered yesterday which was well within the delivery dates given. The other was supposed to be delivered on the 31st of Dec. I've tried to sort it through Shien (they told me to just wait until the 9th to open a complaint), and through Yodel but I could only change the delivery date and update a safe space to leave the parcel if I'm not in. The tracking for this parcel has been on 'we have it' and 'arriving today'...

Anyone else having problems with InPost delivery? The sender dropped the parcel at a locker on the 3rd of Jan and it was picked up and ended up at my local depot the same day? Normally when it’s at my local depot (Lichfield - Yodel) it will be delivered the next day. But no delivery was done on Monday or Tuesday (Today). Yodel says it will be delivered today but no sight of delivery to a locker, InPost tracking is stuck on “It’s at a warehouse”. I’m impatient and I learn these courier routes. Should’ve received the parcel on Monday but when I contacted Yodel and InPost they say that there is a problem with the order and an investigation has been opened? Do you think someone stole...

I’m from the UK but yodel delivered my last parcel at 1am this morning?! Didn’t realise they delivered that early but nonetheless i’m happy to have everything! I won’t have to stock up again for a while & i have fallen in love with celebrate 🤩
