Yodel Locations - Store Locator Tool UK

Hi all, anyone have any idea how to proceed here. Order posted out with Yodel early last week has ended up caught up due to the merge with InPost. It hadn't moved for on tracking for over a week, then was suddenly marked as returning to me. After contacting yodel they feared it lost. Raised a ticket about this with vinted, and they have cancelled the order to ensure the buyer gets a refund, but now the order is cancelled but the package is still in transit and marked as returning to me. If I now don't receive the parcel back (which I don't think I will given that yodel deem it lost) how do I raise this issue with vinted as the whole transaction has been cancelled? Vinted...

Hi all, My local sweet shop who take Royal Mail, yodel and inpost packages told me there is a limit of 4-5 parcels per day. But then he said if I printed my own labels he wouldn’t care how many I sent. Is this true?

Picture 1: From Vinted, shows the parcel in transit 21 minutes ago. Picture 2: From Yodel, shows the last update over a week ago. So, how can Vinted have an update that isn't showing on Yodel? Surely they get the information from Yodel? If so, why are Yodel so slow in showing the up-to-date information? If not, where do they get it from? I've always been intrigued by this.

Trying to weigh up the best options for postage when there's an option. Everything seems to have its drawbacks! Evri - for some reason feel the need to give the seller my address?! Yodel / InPost - unreliable! As a seller the labels just fail a certain percentage of the time, and the merger has caused absolute chaos right now. Royal Mail - have to get it posted to my house, so giving out address and parcel will likely be left on my doorstep all day. Also as a seller it means I have to actually go to a post office during opening hours. Relay - not seen this available locally? Any other options / points I've not considered?

On the 14th I had purchased a pair of shoes off vinted via Inpost, the seller immediately shipped them the same day and I received a prompt that the courier had collected it. After the Inpost Yodel merger halted most of the tracking systems I safely assumed that it would be fixed readily however 10 days later my parcel has shown no signs of activity on both the inpost and yodel tracking - on yodel it says the seller has yet to drop it off. I’m finding this odd since my other 5+ inpost parcels are being actively tracked successfully or have already been delivered. Could my parcel be lost for good or will it ever show up?!

I'm in the UK. Yodel "delivered" my Aliexpress package by simply leaving it on my doorstep, in full view of anybody who walks by, I live on a relatively busy road and, suffice to say, the package was gone by the time I got home. Yodel are useless. When I complain to them, they just tell me that any claim needs to go to the seller. Aliexpress have given me three days to upload documents from Yodel which state that the parcel is missing. But I'm never going to get that from Yodel because it would effectively mean that they're admitting to their own wrongdoing. As far as Yodel are concerned, the parcel was delivered. Any suggestions?

anyone know whats up with yodel recently? about month ago they lost my guitar parcel still got my money back and now they wont even pick up my other parcel really think vinted should not even make yodel an option for buying and selling.

Placed an order from a UK seller - I'm also UK based. Was slightly less than thrilled to find that they were sending my order via Yodel/Inpost, but that's my bad for not checking before I ordered as I normally do. Anywho, the delivery window expires tomorrow, and while the seller has stated that they've used the aforementioned 'courier' they haven't added a tracking number. Never had this happen before and am just wondering how long to leave it to open a case if tomorrow rolls round and there's no parcel. Thanks in advance.

Why would this happen? Buyer has just messaged me that their parcel theyre waiting on has just updated that it been refused. Its already delayed and been stuck on updates for the last few days. Something to do with this Inpost Yodel mess and the shop having too many parcels perhaps?

I ordered a limited stock item a while ago and it finally shipped around 12 days ago. However tracking stopped updating and there's no indication that it has been left China yet. I've had many parcels from this same company before and they usually arrive in the UK after a couple of days. Yodel say they haven't received it, and Yanwen tracking last stated it was at the domestic terminal station. It's been eight days since the last update and Yanwen aren't responding to my email. Its been on ‘loading complete’ for the past 11 days…. And when i check yodel it says the parcel hasnt reached them yet. Am i even going to receive this order at all? 😂

Hey there Sent a parcel over a week ago and the tracking for yodel hasn’t changed at all in days, is it weird to ask the buyer if they have maybe received the item and the tracking is stuck or just wait?

i ordered on 12th was meant to get them on 19th now it’s monday morning. yodal is nothing but a pain in the arse🤬 i live less than 3 miles away from there service centre an they claim they can’t find a main road that i live 50m off the side of, the same main road that passes by there service centre. 🤬🤬🤬 already phoned sender (argos) to complain an they said they have added a note to deliver to a official yodal drop off point which is 100m down road from me. lets see if they can find there own f***ing drop off point🤦🏻‍♂️

Good afternoon. Today I had a very unpleasant customer service experience from a colleague at onestop oldham area I went in to collect a parcel that was delivered there by Yodel. I had the email the day before with the collection barcode, so it is definitely in the shop. I work in a shop that handles parcels so I know how it works. Anyone have any idea what is going on with yodel? I dropped a parcel off on Monday at my local store, and it was delivered Friday no issues, tracking updated regularly. The following day I dropped off two further parcels at the same store (16/09/25) and one was received at the local depot the following the day, whereas the other is down as still at the shop I dropped it at and no movement for the past 5 days. I tried online chat on Saturday but it just kept kicking me out, I'm going to call tomorrow, but wondered if anyone else was having any similar issues?

In the past weeks buying I've had grief with parcels not being at the collection point despite having notifications ( Inpost /Yodel). and missing in action Royal Mail. Of the 4 items I bought, only 1 has made it . 1 might have been returned. 2 just havent showed up at all. Which shipper doesn't **** atm ?

A parcel I had bought off Vinted and arranged to be sent to my address via Yodel is late and I’m worried that it might be lost. When I go onto the Yodel tracking page, the last update was that they have the parcel but it’s not out for delivery yet. My question is, when Yodel says they “have it” does it really mean the parcel is secure or is it possible that it’s gotten lost since they received it? If they do have my parcel I don’t understand why it hasn’t been sent out for delivery yet as it’s well past the estimated delivery window. I’m relatively new to Vinted so apologies if this is common knowledge

Can anyone who has had a parcel ‘lost’ with Yodel this week reply to this post with what the item was, its estimated value and date posted. I’m looking into possible legal action as it seems this last week there has been a complete breakdown and serviced that I assume is due to the upcoming takeover by InPost. Logistically, it can’t be possible to lose as many parcels that are being reported without the company being aware of it and finding a way to dispose of them. Which is either utter incompetence/negligence or corruption.
