Yodel Locations - Store Locator Tool UK

Hi received a parcel from yodel and the box was completely empty with just an information sheet remaining… has anyone else experienced this? I don’t want to blame the driver for not noticing the box was extremely light as it didn’t have a weight recording on the label, but somewhere along the way someone must have sneakily took whatever was inside. I don’t think my neighbors would open my parcels… First time experiencing this!

I was supposed to send two parcels, and Yodel was supposed to come and collected these at my property. For both items, I had booked a collection on the 14th (today) however they attempted to collect it yesterday - when I was not in. I contacted Yodel but told me that this is something to discuss with Vinted instead. Now, Vinted is not replying. Shall I just cancel the order and do the process all over again or shall I be patient with Vinted? It's been a day already and I need to send the items by the 20th!

Is anyone else's parcels still stuck in the warehouse with inpost from the yodel/inpost merger. I'm a buyer and I've had parcels stuck there since 19th September which were sent by the seller a few days earlier. Too early for vinted to do anything and inpost saying it needs to be resolved by vinted still (which is nuts when the issue is entirely theirs) so I'm just very much still stuck and frustrated. Just wondering whether to just assume I'm never going to get the parcels or if people are still getting them filtering through?

Has anyone else had this issue? I had the wrong Vinted parcel delivered by Yodel/Inpost. It was addressed to another person in my town. Inpost marked my parcel as being delivered. I contacted them, took a photo and they came and collected it. Inpost now say they’ve delivered my parcel. They have not. Vinted say that despite my having a photo, they will not issue a refund unless I take a photo of the internal shipping label, which I can’t do as I no longer have the parcel. The external label has two consignment numbers and a full address on it. Any ideas how I can escalate this?

Sold loads of stuff, first time buyer. For some unknown reason the parcel was returned to sender (maybe due to the shambles in post merge with yodel). Item returned on 15/09, order suspended 05/10 and I get an automated message to say seller has received item and I will be refunded in a few hours. Contact them as that did not happen and they've finally come back today to say the tracking says the parcel is in transit and to wait a further 25 days. How can that be the case when they've already confirmed it's been received and I'll be refunded? Absolute shambles.

Could someone please post a picture of the box for a Sofirn ST10 for an idea of the size. And possibly a description of what the packaging looked like. The store that my parcel was sent to can't seem to find it. My fellow Brits will understand if I say Yodel. Obviously please don't post any pictures showing any labels. I just need to be able to describe what the package looks like when I go back tomorrow.

I know many people have already stated this but this option is completely broken. It's pot luck if they actually turn up or not in that 7am and 9pm window! I've had them turn up once in the past I think. Yesterday they were booked to collect a parcel and didn't turn up and Vinted/Yodel/InPost customer service can never provide an answer of when they might actually turn up. And then you feel silly explaining to the buyer that they might have to cancel and start again. Also I have unselected this as a postage option but Vinted still lets buyers choose it. It wouldn't be so bad if you could store to door if door to door doesn't suit

Is Yodel always this ****? Bought an item and seller posted it the next day (16days ago). Vinted info says i can raise an issue after Oct 28th and within 2 days. Yodel tracking says the have it, but as shown in the 3rd screenshot it says they attempted delivery. They absolutely did not as someone was home all day, and no card has ever been left 🤷🏾‍♀️ Ridiculous that I have to wait that long to raise an issue. The item is for an event in early November so don't want to waste money buying something else if it arrives but also don't want to risk it being a lost parcel 😡

For instance, Vinted heavily utilizes Inpost, likely due to deal. They charge "postage" fees of £2.29 for small items, £2.99 for medium, and I believe around £5.69 for larger items. Hi! I just thought I'd share this issue in case anyone else was having it. I recently wanted to buy a little travel coffee maker thing, it's called a minipresso. It's pretty small and light. Frustratingly vinted would only offer yodel door to door as a shipping option despite me and the seller having disabled it as an option. All I could find online was people saying it's in the buyers settings. However, eventually we figured out it was that the item category 'espresso machine' in this case, automatically put the shipping as above 5kg and forced the door to door option. Once the buyer changed the category the normal choices were there! I'd never use yodel...

Firstly I’ve immediately warned about 10 customers not to post the drones with batteries via royal mail. It seems i am not the only one that was misinformed via ebays recommendation. Royal mail has flagged my brand new sealed drone worth £2,800 as restricted and prohibited. They have told me that the batteries will be removed, then the drone will be sent to the customer. I suspect i am not the only one this has happened to so why did ebay recommend this courier to me? Is there anything i can do to avoid taking a £537 loss as i will need to purchase three batteries for the customer.

so on the 25th september i ordered an expensive item i have been wanting for a while. i wouldn’t picked royal mail but it wasn’t an option, only option was yodel store to store (have to pick it up at a shop). sender send it, all great. meant to come by the 2nd october, however, it hasn’t. yodel said they were having technical issues and there is a backlog of parcels. spoke to a web agent online and he said my parcel was at my local depot and will be delivered soon. it’s been like 2 days since then and i really really want this parcel. have they lost is? has anyone else’s parcel not come due to the backlog? plz help :’)
