I finally got my new Air yesterday. Set up is the most difficult I've ever encountered with an iPhone. I've had them since iPhone 3 onwards with no issue. The eSim (Vodafone) has 'corrupted' somehow and I have to find a store to try and fix it. Also I cannot transfer anything from my old iPhone 15 Pro as they connect but then crash or hang after multiple restarts. iCloud now reports neither phone 'has a compatible backup' Apple Store has a 3 day wait for appointments. Should I simply return the phone to the shop, (John Lewis) and keep the 15 Pro ? Any advice ? Is the Air really worth the hassle?

I need to download a streaming service on our family’s Samsung TV, but the app isn’t available in the UK. To bypass this I bought a vpn, however the vpn app isn’t in the store either as the Samsung TV store is just horrible.
