Not Truman Brewery, Im with the nimbys on this one, the indoor food market, vintage clothes market are great, a nice day out on the weekend. Also rough trad east is iconic. And for a data centre and flats? Will developers not be satisfied until anything interesting in London is a generic new build/sainsburys and chain retail stores.

I want stable growth and intend to add more onto it over time and hold for like 10 years. I did KO and SBRY due to dividends so I can reinvest but idk if it’s pointless due to small amounts?? advice please 🙏🙏🙏🙏
