Finally got my hands on the famous bulk, frozen bakery croissants! $59.99 for the case, there are 204 croissants, which makes these lil nuggets of joy less than twenty five cents each. And... O. M. G. Y'all... Y'ALL!!! These have seriously ruined all other croissants for me. I am forever changed. Eating one of these, freshly baked, is what I imagine eating one while actually IN France must be like. I've had the case 3 days and I can't stop thinking about them. I'm obsessed. Here in Germany all the higher end fast food chains are currently failing and I understand why. They're ridiculously overpriced for what they're delivering. Five Guys opened up one or two years ago and you pay around 20€ for a menu. I have to walk 500m down the street and get fantastic smash burgers for 15€. It's even worse with Chipotle prices they're are ridiculous, it's fast food for restaurant prices. 4,90€ for 0,2 L drinks and the food is between 15€-20€. I grew up eating salted duck eggs with chopped tomatoes in my home country, and so seeing this at Costco piqued my curiousity!
