Got 3 racks of St Louis cut ribs from Farmfoods here in the UK to try out my Traeger ironwood 885. Just over 3hrs smoking them at 225f, 1.5hrs wrapped in foil with butter, brown sugar, honey and some apple juice at 280f and then brushed with some bbq sauce and back in uncovered for about 20mins. Pretty happy with how they turned out for my first ever attempt at smoking. Also impressed with how the Ironwood coped with the Scottish weather of wind and rain today. Temps were steady as a rock the whole cook.

 I bought a Greek feta pasta salad from Farmfoods and it has these little purple black grains in it. They are soft and chewy not crunchy. I thought maybe it was some kind of bean but it looks more like rice. Does anyone know what this actually is? I have never seen black rice before but someone said it might be that. I am in shock, the interview was **** easy and I'm certain my answers were good. I am fully flexible, have worked in retail before and live local so getting rejected seems so odd to me. I genuinely feel like quitting trying to find a job, getting rejected when you have direct experience in the field whilst ticking all other boxes and I can't even get a warehouse job either.

I have an 8 year old (I swear he is going on 18). Sometimes when you tell him off, you have shout over him to shut him up. Sometimes he plays up so much I ask my Mum for advice, she moans about how we (me and my husband) are bringing him up. We shout at him all the time.
