Hey, I bought a rug from Dunelm, and just checking the online description now it mentions that it has the potential to mark/stain LVT floors. This kind of checks out online as my Karnadean floor recommends no PVC/Latex backed mats for the floor I can't really confirm what the backing of the rug is (emailed Dunelm to understand) But assuming the worst - anyone aware of a LVT friendly rug backing I can place underneath it to prevent this? I bought some lovely sheets last year from Dunelm. It was quite hard to find the right colour that were 100% cotton. They were £18 a pair and are the perfect shade for my other bedding. I got 2 sets (2 sheets and 4 pillowcases). Today when changing the bed I noticed a corner tear on one of the sheets which I have done my best to sew/mend. I then commented to my husband how much of a throw away society we seem to be and asked “I wonder how many people would have just binned this”? So, the people of Reddit; would you have repaired or replaced?

I'm looking at slowly transitioning my 16 month old to a duvet for sleep instead of a sleeping bag. I've added a pillow under the bedding sheet as she's had back to back colds and illness since the start of November. I've noticed that since I've added the pillow, she's not moving around the cot as much trying to find a comfort spot which is why I'm thinking of changing the sleeping bag to a duvet. I've seen some in dunelm mill that says 18 month+. Has anyone changed from sleeping bags at 18 months or waited till they are older?

Evri delivered a parcel in the middle of the road, not outside my house or any house really but some good people got it to me. Will not even get into the fact that this is a mirror I ordered from dunelm in September, first two didn’t arrive, third actually arrived three weeks late, box in bits and soaked through-mirror cracked right down the middle.
