So I ordered a high-value item (a full prebuilt PC) that was supposed to be delivered on the 24th of September. I got a confirmation email from DHL saying it would arrive that day. Then, on the actual day of delivery, I got a notification saying it was delayed until the 25th. That alone was suspicious and stressful, but I figured okay, fine, one more day. Now it’s the 25th, 1PM and I still haven’t received it. No new updates, no confirmation it’s even out for delivery. All I’ve been doing is refreshing the tracking page and getting more restless. I have a parcel from the US en route via DHL Germany, the status is confusing, the German DHL are of no help (they say the package is on its way back to the US, but they don't provide me info if the package came to Serbia at all, and which customs makes the problems - German or Serbian... etc... can anyone interpret these statuses? Hello, my package, as said on the photo, in September 23,said that the package left the import parcel in my country, and the next day for some, weird reason, the next day says that its just been prepared for air transport, this is a bug right? Like, its going backwards, i hope its just a delayed message or something, thank you all.:)

I have 4 parcels with problems because of eBay, and its hidden use of Evri. “Standard” and “Special” delivery, where standard denotes ~40% of these will have problems, on average, because if you give stuff to Evri there is almost a coin toss chance it works out bad. Sigh. I would never buy from these sellers had I realised it was Evri. Mostly before I checked to make sure it was Royal Mail or DHL etc. Now the new “standard” does a lot of work. Bad work. So my next life hack, to make sure Evri are gone from life is to cut eBay. I am not writing polite emails, contacting buyers. Just moving on, spending money and time on anything else really.

Hi I heard a lot of stuff from both and both has positive and negative sides. I would like to minimize the shipping cost as much as i can. My haul is around 9kg and i live in Europe, Hungary now i checked and it says 235USD as the cheapest DHL when i submit to check prices meanwhile i still didnt add all my haul items into it it was around 6kg when i checked and was 235USD. So i need help, How should i order. Should i split into 2 and do rehearsal on both or rehearsal all-in-one? Or should i submit splitted into 2 or submit all-in-one? DHL apparently returned it to sender on Sept 11 (Germany). However on the 13th it apparently was handed over to Australia Post which their tracking states it is waiting Customs clearance in Sydney. I haven’t heard anything from Customs and DHL support can’t tell me more except it was returned to sender. Australia Post can’t help because it hasn’t technically been passed over the border. The sender hasn’t responded since I originally received notification it was being returned to them. Anyone have any ideas on where else to try?
