Hi folks, I bought a custom ring on Etsy in early November for a Christmas present. The seller's location shows USA. The seller turned out to be shipping from - and maybe located in - India. The item took a month in transit, arriving a few days before Christmas. It is the wrong size, 8 instead of 6, and the engraving has issues. When I told the seller this, he said to return it for a replacement. But you cannot simply mail precious metals to India. You must use DHL or FedEx, and it's fiddly. The seller said I can ship USPS. Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my CNFans application and I’m hoping someone here can help. I already paid for my order including shipping, but now the app is asking me to pay again for shipping before they’ll send it out. There’s no clear explanation showing why I need to pay again, and I’m worried I might be getting charged twice. I’ve checked my payment history and it shows that shipping was already paid the first time. I don’t understand if this is an error, a system glitch, or if I missed something. I dropped a package at Packstation on 19 Dec. Friday. The next day DHL guy seems to pick it up. But It hasn’t moved since. I’ve never had any packages standing still that long. Shipment is from Germany to Netherlands.

Hello, I just replaced an order on a website and at first I entered the full correct address but I'm guessing after I was redirected to another website for the payment, the browser auto fill changed the zip code and the city... The street and house number on the order are correct but the zip code and city is incorrect. I don't think this will be delivered since the zip code is wrong so what can I do to make sure it does? Hey, I ordered a package from Germany to Toronto but it seems to be stuck in status "Aircraft landed at the airport" for the last 5 days. I have a 13-digit DHL tracking number (not the standard 10) and I think it is being handled by DHL Parcels (or perhaps its DHL Paket for Germany). I wonder if it is stuck because I need to pay import duties, but am not able to do that with the 13-digit number. Has anyone ran into this before?

Ordered a few things from Thomann and somehow delivery got split up between UPS and DHL/An Post. Yesterday, I got notification from An Post that a parcel was due for delivery. I was at home in the afternoon and saw the An Post lady drop the 'available for collection at depot' slip in the letterbox. Then got an update a little later to say they had attempted a delivery but no answer. The parcel would be about 10kgs and from reading they never attempted a delivery. UPS on the other hand delivered a bigger parcel the day before and made sure I got it at home. DHL delivery email shows delivered with the parcel in the room ON THE FLOOR, and not in the locker, i go down to check 30 minutes after the email and the package is MISSING. I contacted them for some help and after a million excuses, sending me a fake replacement tracking number and saying that they would not help me unless I got in contact with the courier.
