Ordered Friday 10/31 and the parts arrived Wednesday 11/5 in Europe. Price was outstanding, shipping with DHL was excellent, good tracking, easy online flow to pay my duties and fees, and aside from the last-mile where the parcels wound up at the bodega half a mile from my place after "sorry we missed you" (I was home..) all good. Sadly the wrong part shipped, I ordered a pair of CV axles and got two different parts, but the online process is shipping me a new one, and so far not expecting me to return the old one. I'm getting dinged for duties twice, but it's 30 bucks, which for a classic car with parts basically unobtanium in Europe is a small price to pay, and I�...

A set of satellite phones worth $$$. Send without batteries etc. Stopped in the UK and send for screening then released, ok, no problems. Don't arrive for a few weeks, and then another letter from DHL saying was again inspected. Forward 3 months and the parcel eventually arrives. The delivery office states is strange as weight is 300g vs declared weight 1250. And the 2 very expensive phones missing.

Do you have any ideas what is going on there. Why would DHL scan the parcel three times at the same delivery hub? It is also interesting how they seemingly scanned the parcel at ~11:00 each time. This has never happened to me before. Desperately needing this parcel…

Hi guys, I'm trying to import a parcel of plants from Japan via air cargo. The plant-specific documentation is already squared away. Normally I use DHL to do this, but to due to tariffs + other policy uncertainty, DHL is not shipping from Japan to the US right now. So I'm very unfamiliar with how this method works, but I gather that I need a service that will receive the parcel from the airport and transport it to the USDA/APHIS San Diego Inspection Station--and that this what a customs broker and/or bonded transport service does. My package is now being sent back to sender after weeks of not updating, seller said the no updates for over 2 weeks was normal and now this. Very disappointed and really don't wanna pay the shipper more money to ship as i already had to give them $100 to ship it the first time just for it to get sent back, i don't really know what to do at this point, the package is from Germany and was being sent to the United States

hi all, I ordered a figure from Japan so I don’t get to write my own paperwork, but I discovered today it contains gum… i typically ship to Australia via DHL & UPS but have heard horror stories of some parcels getting disposed of for containing gum/snacks and cannot for the life of me find clear rules on Australias rules regarding that stuff. anyone experienced in Japan shipping? should I pick a different shipping method? or drop the idea of shipping this figure all together..

Hey everyone, I need some advice because I'm at a loss here. At first, my DHL tracker said my parcel would arrive the next day. Then it got delayed by about four days. When I finally received a text saying it was out for delivery, DHL marked it as a failed delivery attempt, even though I was home the entire time and never left my living room. The "proof photo" was literally just a black image. Now, two days later, they "tried" again. This time I was stop #101 (last time I was stop #7), and the tracking froze at stop #67 for the last four hours. I just went to the parcelshop to return some clothes. I had a prepaid shipping label from London to Paris, printed it out and taped it to the parcel. The man at the parcelshop told me the barcode has already been scanned because it’s showing an error but he can still take it and they will send it. However he didn’t give me a receipt and I didn’t get and email confirmation, even the tracking number wasn’t showing up online so i took it back because I can’t just send £100s worth of clothes without any confirmation that i sent it. I’m not sure if I should contact dhl customer service or the retailer I bought from.

I’ve calculated how many kg my parcel will be and it comes to 6.5kg. But when I go to submit my parcel it says the estimated weight is 12.8kg? How is that such a big difference. The rule of thumb is don’t ship over 8 or 9kg. So can anyone help why the estimation is so off. Cause I really don’t want this getting seized thanks. Order a new iPhone and it was supposed to be delivered today. Shows the tracking status as delivered with proof as someone's name(not mine) and no pictures. Opened an investigation with Apple and DHL. I am so annoyed. Has anyone faced this before with parcels getting stolen or incorrect delivery? Update: just had a chat with the DHL customer support, apparently my parcel got mixed up with the parcels being delivered to the Apple HQ in Hollyhill. They have located it and will deliver it tomorrow. So fingers crossed 🤞🏻 Update2: Got the parcel today, surprisingly DHL were very helpful with updating me on the status of the delivery.
