I had sent a couple of parcels from Berlin to frankfurt. But its been more than a month since ive sent them and i havent recieved any updates. They have a contact number which is a bot and the bot just asks me to start an investigation order. I have done that too yet there have been no updates on that. One of the parcels has some important documents so im getting worried [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) I have tried the above 2 mail IDs yet they just tell me that i will be contacted on the status. But its been a month without any updates. Can anyone help me resolve this matter?

Hello I am not exactly familiar with how DHL works in Germany. My parcel initially delivered to a Postfiliale, but after only 5 days it was 'sent back'. I thought it was going to be sent back to the sender, but now it says it has been delivered - seemingly in Hamburg. My home address is not in Hamburg, and the sender lives in another country. I used my DHL Postnummer/ID to have it delivered directly to a Postfiliale. Does anyone know, if the parcel has been (strangely) redelivered to the same Postfiliale?

Package was shipped as “DHL SM Parcel Expedited” on Saturday 10/11. The status has shown “En Route” since Sunday 10/12. The specific can says “EN ROUTE TO DHL ECOMMERCE DISTRIBUTION CENTER OR AWAITING PROCESSING” - what does this mean? Why is it taking so long to get here? ETA: Package is being delivered in Texas and I was expecting it before Saturday 10/18.

I was already annoyed at Simple Delivery as an antiques collector and seller because it's so restrictive and honestly, the application of it makes zero sense. Most antiques are meant to be excluded but that doesn't happen most of the time, so I'm forced into Simple Delivery. I have no idea what is wrong. I am trying to send a package to a friend in the US - via FedEx, since no one else except FedEx and DHL sends stuff to the US from my country (Poland) now, and it is a gift I really want them to get this month. I have scheduled a package pickup (there are no offices in my area and I cannot physically go to one) for 13th October. No one came to pick it up. I’ve shipped to the US many times before using PosLaju (Malaysia national post), UPS direct and Redly Express. Never once had a customs issue. This time was actually my first time using Aramex Express ,I thought using an express courier would make it faster. Big mistake. I have 150+ items to ship and have been organizing them into item type for packing. So far 4 are packed, and it costs 98,494 yen to ship them with tariffs accounting for 56,304 yen of that. I have chosen to use DHL because I don’t want to use UPS at the moment, but this is way too much.
