It’s my first time shipping out a haul with CNfans. My haul is 10.7kg and I shipped it out 6 days ago with DHL-Air-Fbig, the only update I’ve gotten so far “Parcel dispatched, in transit” and when I check the tracking info on the DHL website it just says “The instruction data for this shipment have been provided by the sender to DHL electronically.” and nothing else should I be worried? It’s been some time I would’ve thought I’d get another update by now

I’d like to bake some shortbread and almond biscottis and send them to a friend who lives outside of a major city in the US. I was at a Postnet now looking at options, Aramex won’t ship food and DHL will only ship commercially packaged food. The standard boxes are provided by them and packed at the counter so they will see what is in the parcel. I’ve checked that the ingredients should be ok with US customs and I’ll also include an ingredients list in the parcel, this still won’t do for DHL. Hi, I am preparing a **rehearsal shipping** order and I notice something that's driving me crazy When I select my items for the rehearsal, the system shows a total weight of **2930g**. However, after selecting a **shipping line**, the weight increases to **3690g**, without adding or removing any items This also happened yesterday (with other different items I had): the weight increased from **4250g** (the real weight of them) to **5273g** just by selecting the shipping line. I am at wits end. We've shipped the same item about 5x, in a DHL flyer, from the PH to USA. The contents are just placemats, packed in a flat box measuring 32 x 22 x 3cm, wrapped tightly with honeycomb paper. When booking shipments I even add an allowance of a few cms. One was billed a chargeable weight of 1kg, another at 2.5 kg, another at 2.0kg, and another at 3kg. The difference these have in price is so high, about 20-30usd that we'd have to absorb per parcel (we charge customers based on the estimated freight prior to shipping). I had a shipment sent from BigBadToyStore in the US - the shipment has been split into four boxes. Normally, when I order from them, they send via either DHL or FedEx, and the shipper handles the whole thing. There's occasionally a day in customs etc. This time, it seems to be different.
