Hi, i got my first burberry recently. I suspect it’s late 70s or early 80s Saks Fifth Ave. khaki color. Made in england. Size I think is reg 54 but I took it to a burberry store who found a different tag beneath the label and, while I didn’t see it, he audibly said “oh 54 long, cool”. So I’m essentially looking for the same thing but in black. Made in england, 51% cotton or 100%, with liner.

This is extremely specific, but maybe someone can weigh in: is it just me, or does Guerlain's Tobacco Honey smells exactly like the Regents Street Burberry store upon dry down? (\*well, the last time I went in there it smelled like this - really lovely smell! - but we're talking c.2019) I'm pretty sure they had the same brand fragrance for all their flagship stores (and in fact, HQ offices smelled a bit like this too) so though this may well have changed (esp since the designer and style has changed twice since!) it was quite a distinctive smell, and it's all I can think of now I'm wearing Tobacco Honey!

Decided to take a look at Neiman Marcus online today. Figure they would have some bankruptcy sales 😅. I saw a Burberry vest, “Nylon Puffer Gilet” which was marked down from $1150 to $345. Neiman Marcus said I ordered the last one. Hoping this thing actually ships 😂. I typically buy items from Burberry online or in a Burberry store but I guess I should check the department stores as well.

I have a Burberry wallet I love but that needs some repairs. I can see online that I could make an appointment at a Burberry store to have them repair it. The only issue is there is no store near me. If I bring it into a store the next time I’m traveling to a city that has one, would they be able to mail it back to me once the repairs are completed? I’m wondering if anyone here has ever done this .

It's such a shame that Indiana has NO Burberry stores. I bought a Kensington trench coat in London last summer, it was very expensive and I need a specialty dry cleaners that can remove stains from my coat. It's tan, and there are some minor dust stains on the belt and collar that I need removed. Burberry recommends taking it in store for cleaning or taking it to a specialty dry cleaners. I've been debating going to Chicago just to drop off my coat at the Burberry store there. Are there are any specialty dry cleaners that anyone can recommend that specializes in high end items in the Indianapolis area? I need to move back to the DC area.

I have a gorgeous Burberry metallic silver bag vintage 2008 (picture not mine but this exact bag) and the finish is coming off. It could also use a cleaning. I took it somewhere to have the finish restored and they did NOT do a good job. The Burberry store in Manhattan where it was purchased did not have any recommendations when I asked them. I'm now living in Florida and willing to take it anywhere as long as they're reputable and will do it right! Any good experiences? 🙏🏼

15 years ago a friend told me that she would give me a Burberry scarf if I got her a job. I got her a job, but she never me a scarf. I reminded her of her promise two years ago when we were in a Burberry store. A few months ago she presented me with this scarf. The first words out of her mouth were "it's not fake!" The box was squashed and the paper tags say Brberry. Lol. Lots, I've never seen an embroidered logo tat big on a Burberry scarf. Is there any chance this is authentic?

Hey all! I had the thrift thing find of a lifetime and found a vintage Burberry cotton trench coat for $18. There are some discoloration and I took it to the Burberry store today and they said that it would cost 250 bucks to dry clean it with their official refresh service and they didn’t have the ability to do discoloration dying. Does anyone know where I could go in the city that would re-dye the places that have discoloration? Right now it looks like when you rub up against a salty car in the winter with that white dusty stuff around the bottom. So I have a birthday voucher that will get me a Trenchcoat for slightly under 1400€ but comparing the picture on the Farfetch website to the Burberry store, this can by no means be the same version of the Kensington? Have they changed anything for the recent season or am I looking at something different than a long black Kensington?

Not much to say here. Took this jacket on a trade via Poshmark and haven’t worn it at all. The fit is phenomenal and as expected with traditional Burberry sizing. It’s a 42US/52EU. There’s room to wear it over a suit as intended. Even wearing it with just a t-shirt underneath, the fabric sits nicely on the shoulders and drapes elegantly. There’s two tiny holes on the back from a safety pin the previous owner used to mark it for sale. Other than that it’s a fine coat. My intention was to take it to Burberry for a full refresh, BUT I’m stationed in Jacksonville and the nearest Burberry store that can take it is in Atlanta, which is the reason for the low price.
