Traded my regular 16 to a 17 Pro. Only paid $702 via the Apple Store so now I don’t have to worry about monthly device payments. Anything negative I said about it, I take back. This little guy is beautiful and I never thought I’d miss the round edges. The front camera is noticeably better than the 16 series…took me by surprise. Just waiting until indexing completes to see how the battery life really is. I’ve always avoided the pro models and went with pro max because of battery life, but many of you said it’s been improved so I took the chance. This orange is beautiful…and what better time to sport it now during the fall season. 🥰

Hey everyone, just wanted to ask if anyone using the series 8 (or Ultra1) can confirm SPO2 working after the ban got lifted? I’ve seen stories about it working as well as it being disable if you’ve taken it to the Apple Store. I’m currently looking for a good fitness watch with spo2 reading to gauge my rest and recovery and am also considering the series 9. Thanks so much!

The first time I went to an Apple Store to try the Apple Vision Pro, the employee told me that if I was interested, I could book another session for a more in-depth demo. I’m planning to do that tomorrow, but I was wondering if this is really something Apple officially offers, or if it was just that one employee telling me. Also, does anyone know what a deeper demo session actually includes?

Did anyone trade in S25 ultra for IPhone 17 PM at Apple Store? S25 is not showing on the apple website for trade in but it was showing up at Apple Store for $590 but when the Apple rep try to process the trade in the value is going back down to $255 and showing it as S23 ultra. There were not sure what’s happening and asked me to come back after few days to see if it works.

Upgraded to the 17 yesterday.  This was bought directly from Apple originally.  It was swapped out at the Apple store \~2 years ago.  It’s in good shape overall, a few minor marks and scratches are what I tried to higlight in the photos.  Has screen privacy screen protector installed and will also include a fresh (non-privacy) one.  I’m fairly certain I have the original box at my storage unit, but I will have to check.  I also have a lightning cable I’ll include and a worn down silicone case.  Battery health is at 89%. Finally purchased my first iphone ever today with my own earnings from Apple Store today!! The iphone 17 looks so good and the pro-motion display is amazing. I had ordered Iphone 16 earlier in cancel but cancelled it myself the next day, the upgrades in 17 were too good to resist. Can't wait to use it more!🥹🩵

My iPad has randomly started giving me this warning everytime I try to charge it. I’ve done both the tapping on one side and letting it dry for twenty four hours, it still gives me a warning. What do I do? My parents are hesitant on fixing it at an Apple Store because we are tight on money right now. will my iPad break if I try charging it? (Side note one night my dad left it on charging without knowing while this issue was happening and it charged just fine, it showed the same warning but still it seems perfectly fine. Hello if someone could please help me or give me some advice. My iphone 15 pro all of a sudden will shut down every 3-5 minutes..... then reboot for 1 minute. I went to the apple store and they were very little help. Basically they just said get a new phone. I have NOT put all my photos on icloud and i do need to recover this data. Id prefer to get the phone repaired. I can get a new phone but i need the data. I couldnt do a phone to phone transfer as the phone will not stay on long enough to do so. any ideas what could be the issues their diagnostics said the compass, and or magsafe port connector was causing it to shut on and off

I’ve been using a 13 Pro since it released and it’s been great. My battery is worn though, and I am ready to ditch the lighting cable. Went to the Apple Store and immediately fell in love with the Air. I like everything about it more than my 13… except for the lack of a telephoto lens. I’m by no means a professional photographer, but I really did use the 3x telephoto quite frequently. That is the only aspect of the Air that has me unsure about switching. Would love to hear any of your experiences surrounding losing the telephoto. Do you miss it? Is the quality of the Air camera good enough to compensate with its digital zoom?

Issue: On my iPhone 12 (iOS 26), messages only sent as RCS or SMS, unless ONLY my email is checked under Messages in settings. I do not receive messages on my iPhone, only my laptop. For two reasons, one the scratches. I saw the iPhones in the Apple Store all had scratches on the back from what it seems like, the MagSafe ring. Is this an issue for a gold iPhone air? Secondly is MagSafe bad for battery health? Lastly I bought the brand new MagSafe, the one with the braided cable, and I paired it with a 35w dual compact power adapter, if I only have the phone on the charger does that maximize charging?

I decided to upgrade from my 12 Pro Max and have noticed the input for the keyboard is either laggy or sometimes just missed. It’s my first time putting on a screen protector and was wondering if this is a common behavior? Or are people without screen protectors also experiencing this on the 17 pro max? The Apple Store says it’s certified by Apple and they installed it for me, but man does it **** compared to my 12 pro max’s input response.

I have an iPhone 12 mini and it’s just perfect. It’s compact and I don’t even feel it in my pocket. I’ve been looking to upgrade but I went into the Apple store today to feel all the 17’s and omg they’re so big, like how am I supposed to hold or fit that in my pocket comfortably? They need to make smaller phones, if someone wants a bigger screen, they can get an iPad. What should I do?
