So I bought my MBP 16 2021 M1 Max used and got Apple Care+ transferred to me, I've been wanting the battery replaced but it's been stuck at 82% for 2 years now. I also would like to get the keycaps replaced as they are very worn out but I've been told at a Apple Store that AC+ does not cover worn out parts and won't service my computer. Meanwhile I've talked with Apple over the phone and they told me the opposite thing and they said that I can get it serviced at a store, I really want to get this laptop to get some love as it's gonna be 3 years using it. It's an awesome machine but id love to get use out of the care im paying $150 yearly for.
