I’ll preface by saying, I worked at Starbucks for 2 years and went through the coffee tasting program during the hire on process, in addition to getting the same Starbucks drink every week for the last 5 years or so. Soooo interesting Starbucks experience. Ordered my Venti drink, two food items. Little bit of a wait, no biggie. They are busy. Get up to the window, we get our food items, yet another bit of a wait for the drink, again, no biggie. Then they hand me my drink which was a grande. I asked if they could make it into a Venti please, and the girl said sure, but we would have to pay the difference. Again, whatever. So, she continues to try putting the drink order in to calculate the difference for about 3-4 minutes, then has to get someone else. That person takes a bit of time. My new office desk coffee set up and first ever dip into the Nespresso line.
