So it's been a few months of using Bazzite and here's my opinion on it so far (since I see lots of posts here asking questions): The good: It runs very smoothly and gives me almost no issues with most things. Games also run very well via steam. Even non steam "backup" games run well using proton to run the setup.exe, then the game exe after. Most regular programs are available via the store and others I've been able to run app images, flatpacks, and in the case of heaven, a .run file install file. We're in a 2 bed flat in London, the spare room serves as my husband's office and also storage + guest room. We sometimes have guests, but mainly one person only, not couples. I'm trying to find a solution for overnight guests, i.e single size bed that can be folded away. There's quite a few chairs that fold out as single beds but so many of them seem very narrow? Is there a solution that I'm not thinking about? to reiterate - we don't have any large enough cupboards to store a proper single mattress. Anyone know how to eat healthier on a meal plan? Right now my food options are limited to dining halls and on-campus convenience stores. Dining hall portion sizes are inconsistent, loaded with oils/butter/salts, and rarely have published nutrition info. I feel weird whipping out a scale in public when grabbing dinner, so I usually stick to the markets that are 90% junk food but at least have reliable labels for calorie counting. The Barking Lot in Mount Rainier has been a real oasis for my dog. He loves being around other dogs but is very shy with people. I'm so sick of freaking with Canada Post!!! I'm not home during the day so my packages that require signatures are sent to a post office. Due to a disability I cannot access this post office. I have filed paper work requesting a disability accommodation to have my post office changed, but they weren't hopeful they'd be able to do it, which is ridiculous.
