Hey all, I was working on my 0CP set and I ran into an issue regarding the cover regulation and the patrol cover that I received. 39-1 says in 7.1.1.8. "Officers and Cadet Officers will wear sewn or Velcro® rank insignia centered, 1/2 inch from the visor, on the front of caps." the issue that I came across is that the cover I was sent measured 2.25 inches from the visor to the top. Reading DAFI 36-2903 furthered what 39-1 stated. I love my job. I love my bosses, my coworkers, my office, the hours. I love working hard and staying late. I don’t mind a 12 hour day. So I have a 10 gallon fish tank that is filled to the brim with life. I tend to take a more laid back approach to my aquariums, since many of them actually seem to be thriving more on the neglect rather than frequent maintenance, especially this one. I mainly do water top offs with RO water, and don’t really do water changes because this tanks simply doesn’t seem to need them. Things seem to be pretty well balanced with minimal interference needed on my end. I actually try to setup my tanks to be as self-sufficient as they can. I got Linux Mint 22.2 with KDE and fully migrated from WIndows 11 to work on my gaming rig. It runs all of the games that I want to run perfectly well. Specs ASUS ROG X870E-E Gaming Wifi NVIDIA RTX 3060 12GB OC AMD Ryzen 9 7950X G.SKILL Trident DDR5-6400 Lots of storage There were a lot of issues that I had to work out and fix, including NVIDIA drivers among other things but I got it to work. Everything except for my Soundblaster sound card and my MediaTek MT7927 NIC works just fine. This was a pain in the **** and is not for the faint of heart.

I'm located in Canada and deciding between 2 laptops at slightly different price points. It will have daily use, primarily for web browsing, occasional Microsoft Word usage and media streaming, etc. It is not for student or work use and not for any gaming. I will not be storing significant amounts of documents or media on the computer, but a limited amount of videos/photos and documents. I am looking for it to be compact with good battery life, and though it's not going through any heavy use, I want it to be functional and somewhat future proofed for several years. Hey, I don't know whether the Macbook Air M4 or Macbook Pro M5 would be more suitable for me. I work 99% from my home office on a setup with two external monitors and my laptop closed. I run an online store and spend most of my time creating designs with Canva and several image-generating AI programs that generate images simultaneously. I currently have a Macbook Air M3, and although it's rare, I have experienced it lagging or freezing a few times. However, the Mac is also plugged in 24/7, and I use it for about 10-13 hours a day for work. I could get the Air M4 for about €650 and the Pro M5 for about €1300. (Looking at both 16gb RAM)
