I have EBT food stamps benefits through MA I got a new card in the mail after I lost my old one nothing in the mail said if they changed my pin or to activate the new card so I thought it was just active with my own pin, at the grocery store the card declined with my old pin, I tried to call the number on the card but after entering my card number it said my account can't be accessed or something? and it hung up on me. I have worked varying flavors of customer service in North Carolina since 2013. I have worked in pharmacies, in grocery stores, gas stations, and fast food. I have worked in Greenville, Wendell, Zebulon, Franklinton, Rocky Mount, Henderson, and of course all over the triangle area. I do genuinely enjoy customer service. My hoarder parent hoards food. He keeps food way past expiration date. In fact, he doesn't pay attention to the date. Theres rotting meat and cheese in the fridge and who knows what else. He wraps everything in plastic shopping bags including things already in packaging. So everything- EVERYTHING is wrapped in multiple shopping bags so you cant see whats inside. I am discombobulated and confused. I can’t find things and it makes no sense. I would complain but I know they do it in purpose so you have to start actually looking at things on the shelves and not just reaching for what you know is there. But man, this has my gettin-old brain messed up.

My store has very few people working in grocery. We have five associates including a team lead, and a sixth being the departments coach. Is it normal for grocery to be this understaffed? We have only one person closing and it’s usually me, but I can’t get much done because every other associate in grocery is gone after 7pm and I get there at 4pm. We keep trying to get more people hired but management doesn’t let us, tells us that we have more than enough people then expects the department to not fall apart when there is usually only one person in the department at any given time. So is this few people normal?

The site is filled with these from so many greedy, garbage companies desperate to vacuum up people's jobs with their AI. I usually assume that no one at these ****** companies could handle the tiniest bit of the creative work they hope to steal and probably have zero appreciation of what makes anything good. Also, in the benefits section, these jobs often list "shaping the future of AI." Apparently, you can go to the grocery store and buy food with your experiencing shaping the future of AI! Wow! I had no idea!
