SHOPPERS DRUG MART Locations

Desperately searching for injectable testosterone in Ottawa. Shoppers drug mart is back ordered and they can’t order more there isn’t any available. So I literally need to call as many pharmacies as I can to try and find a place with some in stock. I’ve called 7 pharmacies so far and no luck. Anyone have any suggestions or know somewhere that has a stock of it?

This morning my usual pharmacy called me to tell me the testosterone cypionate I’d been able to get from them for the past couple of years is suddenly unavailable. He claimed it wasn’t a supply issue but a manufacturer issue? And that I needed to find a new pharmacy and he’d help me move my prescription over. Today I went to the pharmacy in the Shoppers Drug mart on Southglen to get some Plan B. The pill has been free since April 1st of this year. When I asked the clerk for it she rang me up for $40. When I asked why she was charging me she said “you need a consultation with the pharmacist to get it for free, but it’ll be a while” and it sounded like she was discouraging me to take that route. I said that’s fine I’d like it to be free so I’ll do the consultation. The Pharmacist says to me “Just sit I’m doing something”. That’s fine. I wait 20 minutes, and after no consultation I get called up by a different clerk who says it’ll be $10. I asked why and the pharmacist approach...

What stores in Cornwall do you think would benefit from having longer opening hours? For example, do you think if Walmart was open until midnight it would benefit? Do you think if the Shoppers Drug Marts were open until 12 people would go? Asking out of curiosity. Sometimes, I wish there was a pharmacy or grocery store open late at night, so curious what other people think.

Why is a 4mg pen the same price as a 2mg pen? I went to the pharmacy and they tried to give me 2 pens, each pen was $277. I took the 4mg pen and left the 2mg pen because why am I paying that much for less medication? I'm located in Ontario, Canada and this was a Shoppers Drug Mart.

Hi all, I just got my second kwikpen and the cost is just not sustainable. I am on 12.5, in Ontario. I had been using vials til relatively recently. I got the MyMounjaro coupon but I never used it, my understanding is you need to be diabetic to actually use this, not sure if Shoppers Drug Mart will accept it. Hey guys. I am actively applying for pharmacy assistant positions at various shoppers locations, but facing rejection despite having 2 weeks of placement experience at Shoppers Drug Mart, Brantford. Is this normal? My doctor upped the dose of a medication I'm taking, and my prescription cost more than doubled - from Shopper's Drug Mart. So, previous dose was 150 mg, and my doctor upped it to 225 mg. Shoppers says they don't have 225 mg pills so they need to give me 150 mg, 50 mg, and 25 mg. My prescription cost went from $41.42 to $94.59 ($41.42 + $23.80 + $29.37). They charged me for each dose separately, and I'm assuming a separate dispensing fee for each dose. Hi All Looking to get my testosterone cypionate prescription filled and I’m struggling to find a pharmacy that has it in stock in Ontario, Canada. I’m currently using PocketPills - they were able to compound the last refill but looks like even that is now backordered because the compounding pharmacy is struggling to get some raw material. Just a warning to anyone who has prescriptions filled at Shoppers Drug Mart on Guthrie to double check any prescriptions you pick up. Last night I picked up my sons regular ADHD medication; the young female pharmacy assistant didn’t take his prescription out of the bag to confirm like they’re supposed to but I didn’t think much of it as we are regulars there and thought maybe she recognized me. I ended up with 8 canisters over a couple years. Each was a $20 deposit but, as I just learned, has a $1 final return value. Oops. Shoppers Drug Mart is a big Canadian pharmacy chain that sells SodaStream canisters. I used my loyalty points (PC Optimum) to buy 4 canisters, wrongly assuming the $20 deposit was refundable. The cashier didn't even know to sell them and had to call for backup. At multiple Shoppers locations, cashiers were unaware of the exchange process. Twice in a row the same manager called to help had no clue either time.
