I've attached my process as screenshots. I've tried putting my hair mods in but they are not showing up. Can someone please help me understand what I have done wrong? In words, I first opened the file on steam. Then I went to archive, then PC, then I created a mod folder, then I uploaded all of my mods into that folder and organized them by type. Please explain to me word for word what I have done wrong/need to do, as I am neurodivergent and will not understand without someone spelling it out for me. Thank you!

Packed this endler from a 10x83, and holy was I excited that I got a toty. I’m like supper happy I packed one, like genuinely, it’s my first fc game and first toty. but this is like the worst one out of all of them. And what’s worse is that most of y’all reading this prolly aren’t gonna pack any toty with these abysmal rates. Most of these toty cards aren’t even that good, especially with their ****** chances.
