I’m currently looking for a card that will get me the most out of my grocery and dining spend, as those are my highest spend categories. I travel by air about 5-6 times a year, no brand loyalty. I used to have BILT 1.0 and am skeptical of 2.0, but Obsidian could be useful pairing with CSP. Capital One Venture X + Savor could be a nice combo especially with the $300 travel credit. Amex Gold would catch both categories. For Amex credits: I use Uber often, could find a way to use Resy credit, could force myself to use Grubhub for dining credit, and don’t really go to Dunkin. I've never been on a cruise but a relative is paying for the entire family to cruise on Icon of the Seas next year. They asked us what room we want and we asked for an ocean balcony; I looked up a mock reservation for our travel dates and saw 8704 and 8708 are available. These are aft, non-connecting rooms down a dead end hallway. My husband and son get motion sickness (if that helps with room location context). I live in the Worcester area and hardly ever hear anyone mention BJ’s or Sam’s Club. Everyone just talks about Costco, despite the closest one to my town being 45 min away- much further than BJ’s or Sam’s Club. When researching, I also saw how memberships are cheaper at both those places. Does anyone have experience trying more than one wholesale club, or belong to either BJ’s or Sam’s Club?
