So I signed up for the ride club app towards the end of last year. I’ve completed a couple of the challenges that give you a medal. In the fine print it stated you’d get a notification early January to pick your local trek store to pick up the medal at. I’ve not received that email. Is the app and challenges wrong and they don’t actually give out the medals anymore or did I just get missed?
