Takes days to fill a common prescription, never have flu vaccines, hour in line after waiting 15min for someone to unlock a shelf, rats, leaks in ceiling, palettes of product in front of shelves…

Is there any changes I could make?

Shrimp Penne with bacon jalapeno cheese sauce I got these clearance at Food lion for $4. I forgot to take a picture before I started cooking it but it had two pats of butter on it. I am cooking in the air fryer. Upon a sneak taste test this is really tasty! Surprisingly so, not spicy just some jalapeno flavor I put a Sam's club Crab cake on top in the last 10 mins of cooking. Had to stir and put it back for another 5mins to cook the crab cake. So I am waiting for it cool but overall very happy with the amount and quality of the shrimp. Might have to grab a couple more. But I will say the smell is strong so not exactly work friendly to heat up.
