I feel like I’m in a toxic relationship instead of at my job. I (30F) work in the maintenance department on 2nd shift. I’m also now the only female maintenance employee. I work alone 95% of the time and there’s an older man who only works my days off, they schedule us together maybe 1 every other month. That doesn’t bother me at all. Hi all, Partner purchased a coat on black Friday (Nov 28th) with a 10% discount as a Christmas gift. As I’m arriving to work today, I notice all of the entrances are blocked off to Walmart. You have to go through their parking lot to get to the Sam’s I work at. I checked the local news and it said a group of people intentionally set the fire and that it will be a while before the store can open. I’ve been working at Sam’s for 6 months and this is actually the 2nd fire that was intentionally set next door at Walmart.
