So on the night of March 7. I for some reason instead of moving a one pound box of quinoa to a different location on the counter i reflex or something and threw it on the floor. Immediate symptoms were dizziness or wonky feeling but that dissipated, stabbing ear pain, sensitivity to sound, I could hear myself drinking more. This has never happened before. I have post concussive syndrome and have experience sensitivity to sound but that went away. I think in some ways I've been a little sensitive to sound ever since. Realistically the reason we're in relegation trouble isn't because of a lack of ability of the players. Any of our 1st XI except Vicario would very easily be the best player at Burnley or Wolves. The issue is entirely mental. The players are either totally devoid of confidence, have absurd levels of mental fragility when anything goes wrong due to constantly being beaten down all season, or are at best indifferent about us getting relegated (and at worst, would prefer we get relegated so they get sold to clubs they'd rather be at easier). Anyone else tried this? Just saw this shopping at my local Sam’s Club in AZ. Bought a loaf for $4.98 so it’s pricey but similar to the Soft White Keto version. This Wheat+Protein version is definitely a lot more flavorful than the regular one. It also tastes a lot more similar to there regular Wheat and Delightful loafs. This is a thicker slice so you’ll get less pieces for the same weight. You now have more options depending on whether you want to prioritize protein or watch calories. Although both do have great macros. I’ll probably be sticking with the Wheat+Protein version since I do enjoy the flavor a lot more than the soft white. I’ll miss the fiber though.

Just completed a semi-deep-dive into my 2025 card expenditures and need your suggestions as I am weighing different options while trying to implement best practices from you aficionados: Goal: just trying to maximize points accruals for domestic travel aka family vacations. The four of us do use hotels but, also utilize Airbnb if it makes better sense for the trip or our needs. I tend to steer towards Delta for flights considering their HQ/hub is here in the ATL. I was looking for something in a closet and found this old radio that I had completely forgotten about. I bought this radio new in 1994 or 95 at our local Radio Shack. Man I miss that store. It was the second radio that I bought when I first got my ticket. The first was a Radio Shack HTX 202 HT that I used for a few months before I saved up enough to buy this one. I've never done hotdogs for his lunch before. All beef Sam's club brand dogs (not the cafe dogs). I used The Slotdog ™️ which I recently bought at the thrift store to score, then air fried the dogs. 2 dogs, 2 buns (damp paper towel included in bottom left compartment of the top section of the lunch box for steaming when reheating), 2 oz. cup of ketchup pictured outside of lunchbox to the left. The lunch box is heated when plugged in. Served with wavy chips, bacon cheddar caramelized onion dip (top right compartment), grapes, & Bobo's PB&J Grape oat bar.

I’m 6’5 250 and a former athlete so I feel I could especially benefit from a fitting. My question is, are there any recommendations for finding a place to get clubs? Should I stay away from the big box stores and find a smaller local place? Anything else I should know before I go in?
