Haven’t played golf in a long time. My clubs were stolen so restocking. I got a 5 wood qi35 max which I hit well but I tried a 3 wood qi35 max today and I just bomb them straight and I was averaging total at ~260 yards I’m debating on switching out the 5 wood for the 3 and I can use it as both a wood and as my diver when I’m not having a good day with the driver. Yes I will get the learn to hit the driver statement. My question is with that distance how useful is a 5 wood for me. I got both ways from the free fitters. My 7i is around 165-170. I have 90 days with pga store to swap.

My FIL and MIL are both retired and ~70. They do not do much of anything unless their kids are involved. They will do their typical grocery store, Sam's club runs weekly but that's about it. We have tried suggesting that they get out and do more by themselves (and honestly while they still can) but Mom says they would rather do stuff with us.
