I thought they were going to allow this. walmart pay with the card gives me the 3x. why wouldnt sams club. I get that its probably considered warehouse because of mastercards coding but walmart usually wouldnt count either. if I remember correctly this would have been up to bilts discretion? can someone help me understand this?
