I'm a 31 year old stay at home dad. I have been feeling pretty tense lately and sometimes feeling a little tingly in my arms. I don't have any health insurance or extra money for a clinic (American), so I checked my bloodpressure at the machine at Sam's Club the other night, and my reading was 172/92. Is exercise a good place to start? Any tips on how to get this down until I can figure out how to get insured? I've been so stressed out about this, that I'm certain I'm making it worse. 😩

Hello, I've been going down this rabbit hole of researching chairs to buy. I've pretty much narrowed it down to either banquet chairs or just some used office chairs on FB marketplace. however, something told me to look on Alibaba and I came across these. has anyone purchased chairs on here? obviously gasser would be ideal but I don't want to pay $350 per chair. I run a home game and we play at least 8 hours when we do play. therefore, having a comfy chair is pretty important. open to other recommendations as well. I plan to put a larger portion of my finances towards the table and the custom chips that I'm looking to make.
