I didnt think of taking photos cause when I probed it it showed 140 and figured i over cooked it. Came out pretty decent, for sure will aim for a more rare next time. Smoked for 1 1/2 hours (cherry) on a pit boss pellet smoker. Then cranked up to 450 and seared each side for 30 to 40 seconds. Would've done a minute but was worried about the temp being well done. Salted and left in fridge for 12 hours, then just salt, pepper and garlic seasonings. I think next time I will get my cast iron out and get some butter and rosemary heated up and baste it. Sam's club tomahawk, got the reduced price.

I’m emulating Pokémon ultra sun and I got to the cutscene when the totem togedemaru appears and when it gets the totem stat boost at the start of the fight it quits the app altogether and sends me back to my phone’s home screen.
