My husband, son and I went to Michael's one day in the first week of January solely to kill some time before the computer store opened. I happened to see the floral coaster set and thought I'd give it a go. I've seen diamond painting on TikTok before and thought it looked fun but never thought much more of it. I got this idea from the books subreddit. One reason I don't join book clubs is that I **** being told what to read, or reading a book I don't like just to discuss it. Introducing the silent book club. In short, people agree to meet somewhere, like a coffee shop or book store, and bring their own books. Everyone reads their own book for an hour or for however long the group decides to read. Afterward, people can either leave, or stick around to socialize, most likely to talk about whatever they're reading.
