Here’s my dilemma, I have to cook twice a week as a meal prep for the following 2-3 days. I rent a room in a small house with a women 3x my age who told me with her own words that she hates sharing a space but needs the money. I have 1/3 of a shelf in the pantry, half of a shelf in the fridge and no space in my room or her garage for a mini-fridge (not even a really small one), and quite literally NO freezer room (NONE). When I buy meat, it has to be cooked within 2 days because the freezer isn’t an option. When I buy something frozen to cook, I have to take it straight home to cook. A sheep farmer walking 142 miles (229km) to raise awareness of rural mental health has said he is "over the moon" after a £5,000 donation from the Prince of Wales.
