Suddenly the “watch” or video homepage is gone, how can I fix it ?

Last night I listed my UCL Yamal, it expired with bid of 1,100,000 coins. The player though is still in my transfer list showing with red outline instead of green when player is sold (Also says “congratulations you won this item” for something I LISTED) I don’t have the coins, nor can I interact with the card in any way (Send to club, quick sell, or relist) I’ve tried on PC/Web-App/Phone-App and nothing is working. Saw a post about someone having the reverse of this happening with winning a bid but not being able to claim the player. Reached out to support and they said “wait 24 hours” Just lol
