My newest build! It's a nice little street with an adult store, a boutique (that's empty shh), a leather bar, and a food truck. There's also a private club on the top floor of The Alibi ;) Built it over the course of 2 days, so not too bad. If the club on the third floor of the bar looks too big for the tiny room at the top of the tavern prefab, it's cause it is. I used the atomic wrangler shelter and just sectioned off the area I needed. It was the only shelter I had with a regular door as the entrance.
