I haven't seen anyone mention this one yet. This is all happening on my PlayStation 4, on which I purchased the Fallout 4 GOTY CD. Game was working fine for me until I decided to make a new character and start again. It wouldn't recognise any DLC content for the new character, but if I loaded an old game, everything was fine. Uninstalled, reinstalled, renewed licenses, (at Bethezsa's suggestion) Deleted all the DLC. Now, I don't even have the option of adding them to my cart in the PS4 PlayStation store, however, if I got to the PlayStation store on my PS5, all the DLC the there waing for my to download it to my PS5.
