Now that we have Ebisu and Lotte and are getting H Mart it only makes sense for second Japanese Life Store chain to stake its claim. TESO Life will be moving into the former Rooms to Go location at 9278 Arlington Expressway. Opening is expected in May (which seems fast). Good sized space, hopefully cheaper than Ebisu which got hit hard by some tariff love and currently costs an arm and a leg. Hi all I’m so grateful to this group. I’ve kind of been scouring it for a few months now. I currently sleep on an older foam mattress that I purchased from Bob’s furniture years ago. I use an adjustable base. The Bob’s mattress was solid and firm, and I did not sag into it at all. But the time has come and I am in the market for a new one. I am not one who generally posts openly about places, but I had an absolutely horrible experience with Davis Furniture that I wanted to share with the community. I walked around the place for an hour and found only one couch that perfectly fit what I needed. I went home, measured, found that it fit in my living room, then called the next day to purchase it over the phone. The associate I spoke with, David, never mentioned anything about their no refund policy while I was making the purchase. I (32F) have been with my husband (34M) 14 years. We’ve been married for 11 years. It started great. He used to do any and everything for me without me asking. Adding a toilet to my laundry room to go from a 2/1 to a 2/2. Small home with two tiny kids. I also want to maximize possible upper cabinet space, and where space allows also add full height cabinets, ideally with room to store a stick vac and a mop. Let me know which option you think is best. Plumbing is all getting redone and so I can move things anywhere (except for the red hashed things). We’re shopping for new patio furniture and are kind of at a breaking point. Considerations: * We want two deep-sitting, stationary, cushioned chairs and a love seat. No swivel, no rocker. These pieces will be in a covered, screened in area. No exposure to rain, salt, or (much) direct sunlight. They can be Polywood-style plastic or metal. We’d like to avoid wicker and teak. * We have Polywood Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges. Their hard products are great. Apologies if this question has already been answered... I've read through, as far as I can tell, every thread on the new Novaform mattress from Costco. I've seen several cross compares on foam density comparison and these lines are both offering medium firmness mattresses. But... has anybody laid down on both of these mattresses? I've only been able to try the Midnight Luxe/Elite at a Rooms To Go store. I was really close to pulling the trigger on the Elite before this mattress was added to Costco (can't beat the return policy). I keep seeing this mattress awarded the best this, the best that, best mattress in this category, etc. Does it live up to all the hype? My wife and I have tested one at a local Rooms To Go store and we both agreed it was pretty comfortable but I didn’t see it as the end all, be all mattress it’s made out to be.
