Got 2 sample bags of kibble which pet stores get for free from the companies. Our local Global Pets frequently adds these to our purchases as bonuses. 2 cans of wet food. 1 is $7.29 normally, 1 is $2.29 normally from this store. 1 sample bag of **dog** treats. I have had my female corn snake Lilith (Lily) for 3 years. I adopted her as a retired breeder from a rescue, so I have no idea how old she actually is. She does have slightly fading colours and cataracts, so I am assuming that she is a bit older. She has always been a great eater and never refused a meal. She eats frozen thawed mice. However, my pet store recently switched from white mice to black/brown mice. She took the different coloured mouse the first time that I offered, but refused the past two times that I have tried to feed her. I am wondering if she is picky about the colour. Has anyone ever had a snake refusing to eat because the colour of the prey has changed?

I just got my first snake, a ball python, 5 days ago, I weighed him the day he came home and he is 176 grams. I was told he was eating rat fuzzies or smaller pups which is what I was also planning on getting him. Well I went to petco to get his food and they didnt have rat fuzzies.
