I graduated May of 2025 with a BA in Graphic Design and took a graphic designer job at a local high volume print shop in September despite minimum wage pay because I didn’t want a resume gap. I’ve been here about 6 months now. When I applied, it sounded like a standard design role (mockups, banners, layouts, Adobe work, etc.). In reality it’s turned into design + production + admin. [Honestly this was really not bad at all. I played 999 mostly without any guides and stuff and it was a great experience. VLR had a lot more cancerous puzzles \(so I used a guide a lot more\), but overall the story I found to be much more engaging. Deciding right now between finishing Dispatch or Persona 3 Reload, and I think the next game I start will be Portal! We got it from a local shop over a year ago and she’s loved it. Now has 3 others too. Really has a knack for it. It’s an older Takamine, and was in the soft case with straps the shop sold us with it. The threading on the strap she was using came completely apart and it dropped 2-3’ on this edge. Quite a long crack. She’s heartbroken, I’m sad for her, and don’t know if it’s something we should expect can be repaired nicely or if it’s toast. Any advice appreciated. We’re in SW FL. TIA
