Ended up with a dead screen on my Samsung g9 UW 240HZ It was backlit but displayed nothing couldn't even get the settings menu open. Was out of warranty, got quoted for $400 to fix it. Did some research. Ripped out the thermistor with some tweezers carefully as I didn't have a soldering kit. Booted up fine 😊 The thermistor was so small, came off easily the hardest part was taking the back panel off now that was a real pain. Just wanted to post here to show everyone else there is a easy enough fix if you have the same issue.
