Got this sweet Elgin 2468 at a thrift store for $20 but am having trouble with the bobbin shuttle. Everything else seems to work fine. The latch seems weak and it can't spin to the right enough when I lower the needle. So my store has recently gotten new market managers. They started with wanting us to cscade/waterfall the bins. Now they're evolving it to 'ladder less', saying no overstock can go in the top two steels. My store is small but like every other store we have overstock, overstock that must use those steels.
