I have a 27 inch 144Hz IPS panel monitor that I got less than a couple of years back (within the 3 year warranty period) that started having screen flickering issues on the bottom portion. I raised a ticket and they said I'd have to ship it to them. After which, they'd evaluate it to see if they can fix it. If not, they would send me a new one.
