Definitely, by far the most snow I have had to deal with as a landlord, since 2017. I have 30 properties. I have 2 different plow crews, but in some areas the snow was almost 2 feet, 24 inches! I had also signed a buyers agreement were the commission was supposedly 3% but negotiable. I felt very push to choose the realtor‘s lawyer and broker, I only chose the broker because he was offering a better deal than the banks were offering, but chose my own attorney (smart girl‘s move).
