Hey, guys. Just finished UWSA1 for Step 3 and got a 227. That score would be the Step 3 average score on the real deal according to the most recent data. But I've heard that UWSA1 tends to underpredict the real score. I just wanted to know if I'm on the right way - still got plenty of time to study, I'm just taking the Step 3 in late July due to the pathways (Non-US IMG). Additional data: UWorld 1st pass with 75% correct and started the 2nd pass a week ago, averaging 85% correct.

Hello, I went 5/3 in premier llorwyn eclipsed draft. This was my most fun deck I've drafted. I've drafted on mtga about 10 times, went 7/2 once. Most of the time I go 0/3 - 2/3. This time I was given Tam, Shinestriker, and Glister Bairn very early, so I went hard on the vivid. Can you please review it and give me feedback? I've been watching a lot of Paul Cheon, but I'd love to hear specifics about the curve, mana fixing, and my general deck picks. My wife (76) is profoundly deaf, has Alzheimer’s, and recently had a minor stroke. When she gives us a blank look, we can’t tell whether she didn’t hear us or her cognition is declining. It’s incredibly frustrating for everyone and has left her isolated and depressed. I believe her Alzheimer’s is progressing slowly, but her hearing loss is severe — and it’s the one issue we may be able to address. I’d like her evaluated by an otolaryngologist (not a retail hearing-aid provider) and possibly assessed for cochlear implants or other surgical options. I've worked at my company, in the same position (a blue collar one) for 11 years. For the last 10 months, I've been on medical leave for serious health issues. I can name about 9 coworkers that I was very close and friendly with at work for the last decade. Couple thoughts I had. These are based on a few general assumptions. 1) we need to free up some cap space. We can do so with restructures and extensions and a few cuts, so we’re not desperate, but there’s some pressure there. 2) we need to get younger. 3) the front office should be making moves with a greater consideration for 2027. We’ll know if JJM is THE GUY or not after this year. If he is, we’re picking up his 5th year option and/or extending him. A bunch of teams have gotten burned with the early extension so I’d bet 5th year option at most. If he isn’t the guy, we’re drafting a QB again in 2027.
