So I work on GM and when I started there was the expectation u would get through 2/3 pallets put away overs , newspapers and tidy on a 6 hour shift. Now we are having our names written on pallets and told we have to get through them , two hours of tidying , overs and sometimes extra jobs like finishing promo or ripping out certain bays.
