Issue is I have really wide and high feet. Men's size 46.6 EU or 12 US. I tried the outgoing Altra Olympus 5 in a store yesterday. They only had 11.5 and 12.5 one was to tight, the other I have heel slip in. Maybe a 12 would work but can't find them anywhere in that size. Width was just about right. Home casted Lead pig saga; I have finished my mold, I did not want to bother with doing a split mold on my tools, I turned a two part mold with compounding angles on the flats, very very low angles 1-3°, except for the lid portion which uses a 60° chamfer for the mating surface and the lid will have the associated chamfer aswell. The molds were polished to a mirror, and i smoked the mold to use the soot as a release agent. A method i was taught by my grandfather for casting finshing weights and bullets.
