Over the past month my symptoms from cross contamination seem to be getting way worse, and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this or if there could be a reason why? Thanks to this sub I've realized I've been wearing too-small bras my whole life. Calculator suggested 36D (measurements below), but I've yet to find a bra that both fits my shape well and doesn't drive me crazy itching.
