We were in the final stages of a purchase and had a mortgage offe from Jan @3.74% and roughly 70%LTV. That purchase has failen through, We've now found a new property which would require us borrowing £50k more than the previous offer, we can hold the LTV % at 70% by upping our deposit. Now rates have jumped we face paying a significant amount more on any new deals. We're awaiting a response from Santander. My biggest turn-off in this game is the inventory management. The fact that every crafting material, gathering material, food item, and book—every single thing—takes up an inventory slot is crazy. At the very least, crafting materials shouldn't take up space. What is the point of picking up bugs, flowers, rocks, timber, and food if they're just going to eat up your whole inventory? ​Storing them at camp isn't convenient either. Not only are you limited to 240 spaces, but you also have to run back to camp to store everything.
