Absolute film novice here and I just bought an Ikonta 521/16 from a thrift store and was finagling with it to see what's up with it, watched videos to see how it works and I noticed that the shutter does not open at all when I fire it. The video is showing that even messing with the lens settings it doesn't open and I was hoping to see if I could it repair myself as I am on a budget.
