I’ve only been to one Pandora store in my province, but it has always confused me as to why anyone would shop in-person there. There’s no charms on display. You have to specifically look online for a charm, ask to see it, and the sales associate gets it from some sort of cabinet. There’s no way to browse or look at the charms. They’re all in individual boxes. I feel like this really prevents people from looking for their perfect charm and purchasing. You have to know the exact charm you want to see anything.
