My husband and I have been to nyc quite a bit, so this trip will be mostly about cramming in tourist activities geared toward the classics and kid friendly things. I'm having some decision paralysis. I currently live in a 2 bd 1 bath apartment in Pilsen. It checks all the boxes we need (in-unit w/d, reserved parking, a/c, dishwasher, allows dogs, walking distance to grocery store). However new management is bringing up the rent by $350 (from $2450 to $2800).
