I was lucky enough to visit Japan for a full week recently. I made it a mission to visit both Lexus restaurants, and the Lexus International Gallery Aoyama. Unfortunately, the gallery is closed for renovations until next year, so I supplemented that by visiting a Lexus dealership in Yokohama where I was staying, and both of the restaurants are located in Tokyo. hello friends. i’ve recently gotten a sub-adult male phidippus regius and i am in the process of creating a brand new enclosure for him. i’ve had 3 other jumpers in the past, all were much smaller species. this being said, ive created all of my enclosures using moss, twine, and small pieces of wood to create all the enrichment the little dudes could need. in these enclosures i’ve also used these miniature garden gnomes and a mushroom house i got from the dollar store. with background in place, i want to note that i’ve never sealed any of these pieces, and all previous buddies passed on after living long long lives (1+years as wild caught dudes). as i’m creating this new enclosure...

This may be a ****** question LOL but I bought a caron big cakes yarn from the craft store the other day and I’m going to make a big continuous granny square blanket. My question is for yarn like this, is it normal to cut it up when you’re done with a certain color in order to move on to the next color. I started using the yarn as it is at first, but I want each round to be a different color. I’m so sorry if this doesn’t make any sense!!!

There is a person working at my local Michaels who is always so kind with the friendliest smile. When I have needed help they were fabulous. Seems like posters were a lot more popular 30-40 years ago than they are now. There used to be poster stores in every mall. There was a framed poster place at every flea market. I remembered having a pretty strong feeling towards how I decorated my apartment, with a Patrick Nagel poster, an oversized Depeche Mode poster I got at a concert, and a poster of the lighthouse Le phare de la Jument. But I don't see poster stores very often anymore. I know they exist, like collector stores, but the mass market poster places are fairly rare.
