I’ve only been to one Pandora store in my province, but it has always confused me as to why anyone would shop in-person there. There’s no charms on display. You have to specifically look online for a charm, ask to see it, and the sales associate gets it from some sort of cabinet. There’s no way to browse or look at the charms. They’re all in individual boxes. I feel like this really prevents people from looking for their perfect charm and purchasing. You have to know the exact charm you want to see anything. Just bought our first house and need to buy a washer and dryer for the first time. We've always used laundromats, so I'm not sure where to even look or what to get.
