The difference between companies that scale with CRM and those that simply manage contacts is not the tool itself. It is how deeply CRM is embedded into revenue strategy, process design, and decision-making. Scaling companies treat CRM as a **revenue engine and operating system**, while others treat it as a **record-keeping tool**. Below is what truly separates the two. # 1. CRM as a System of Execution vs. System of Record Companies that fail with CRM use it to store information. Companies that scale use it to drive actions. **Contact manag... Fourth time in Paris recs…4h agoBonjour mes amis. Sorry if this is the wrong sub. Traveling to Paris end of April with my husband and wanted to get some recs since it’s our fourth time going. We’ve done the Louvre, MD, Picasso, L’orangerie, Rodin museums. We’ve done Versailles. All the department stores. A good amount of the classic and sceney restaurants. We’ve stayed in different arrondissements (9th, 3rd, 4th, 5th). We’ve done Notre Dame, sacre coeur, Eiffel Tower the other monuments besides the pantheon. We’ve done crazy horse too. What’re we missing? What should we add to the mix? We were thinking Giverny but any other things? We love fashion, culture, history, strolling and food. Thanks all. Merci.... (Osaka and Kyoto)5h agoWe've booked to be in Japan from the 12th of July to the 29th of July. We're arriving in Osaka and then departing back home from Tokyo on the 29th. I'm trying to work out how long to prioritise each city for. If these are the activities we wanted to do/see in Osaka and Kyoto, how long would people recommend we stay in Osaka/Kyoto? (haven't even gotten up to the Tokyo leg yet). Any advice is appreciated! Also open to more suggestions too 😊. Company dissolving department, what do I tell my team?6h agoNeeding some advice here. I learned today that by the end of May, my team is being dissolved. Without getting into details, my team acquires inventory for half a dozen local stores. I have 5 employees under me. Apparently there are some accounting changes regarding taxes effective June this year and the change would create so much additional cost that it's no longer worth operating. Historically, stores or departments closing is very rare and last it happened was about 7 years ago with another store that was closed down. As far as I'm aware most of its 20-40 employees remained with the company but in other locations. I've been told that most likely everyone will have a job b... I call random shops and department stores in NYC just to hear their accents.8h agoAs the title says. I am from a poor southern state and I will never visit anywhere cool or glamorous due to poverty. So to enjoy a life of exotic experience, I randomly dial up stores around the five boroughs. I love speaking to exotic people and hearing their accents.
