There have been so good plush I’ve gotten in the past, but I’ve never bought from Glitch so are these good to squeeze and hold or are they hard and dense and more meant for display?

Hello fellow bartenders! I am a professional bartender and server in a high end restaurant. I have been in fine dining for almost 11 years now. In that time I have studied on my own and leaned many things about various spirits and wine. I’m looking to up my resume and I want to get my W-Set liquor certification. My question is for those who have done Level 1 and Level 2. Is it necessary to take your level one if you have a good base knowledge for spirits or should I just start at level 2. OK, I was doing a delivery today. It was a shopping order 30 items 70 quantity about 30 of it was 2 L bottles of pop something that I usually don’t bag so it’s kind of hard to bring into the building.
