Update on my gallon of "wine" with no artificial yeast (only natural yeast from the fruit.) Ingredients (if you want to give it a shot): Blueberries (green inside) and red table grapes. (all lightly mashed) Fermentation: Fermentation is going strong still, it's been about 2 and a half weeks since i started this batch. Taste and color: It does have a pleasing pink colour to it. i tasted it from a separate glass using a syphon, and I do taste the alcohol brewing. I have a rental while my car is in the shop due to being hit by someone else (100% not at fault of course). I was parked at the grocery store and came out to see an anonymous note on my window saying that the car next to me hit my rear passenger side with plate and description. I went to inspect the claimed damage when I saw the owner of said car getting in about to leave and I confronted them. She said she didn't notice she hit the car. I’m a little confused though as the email I got with the welcome pack says if I haven’t heard anything in 48 hours to contact store but the email says I will hear from the store in two weeks. I have severe anxiety, ptsd, depression, adhd, and ocd and it’s super hard for me to leave the house or function in society.
