I used to shop TJ Maxx in Frederick almost weekly. I hadn’t been in a while so I stopped by earlier to look for something new. I was shocked at the mess of clothes the store has become! Literally clothes everywhere. Sizes were all over the place, tops mixed with pants, shorts with dresses! Everything was a mess! The manager was on the phone while I stood at the jewelry counter and another customer waited as well. The manger just looked into space and ignored the 2 potential sales. We both walked away. The store notified him that they caught it on cameras and would not press charges unless he told anyone or made negative reviews of the store.
