Injuries, Item Damage, & Player (In)Convenience

I am a DM who hasn't played in a bit, but I have been world building for awhile in case I get the opportunity again so I can have an interesting world already prepared. I have played 2e, 3e, 4e, and 5e, with most of my DM experience being 5e. Anyway, I have a bit of an issue that I feel a considerable amount of game details get overlooked to make the 5e system simpler and more player friendly, especially for new players. I'm not against this, as I have introduced at least a dozen people to 5e who have enjoyed it where I don't believe they would have liked more complex and difficult "gamer" systems like 2e or 3e. At the same time I find the way the system is set up ...

Building an AI-powered ecommerce platform on top of Medusa

3h ago

Hello everyone, we’re building an ecommerce platform fully based on Medusa as our core engine. Our focus is the LATAM market (primarily Buenos Aires and São Paulo), where we see a strong need for flexible, open, and customizable commerce infrastructure—especially for SMBs and mid-size brands that don’t want to depend on closed platforms. Our approach is: – Use Medusa as the unified commerce backend. – Extend it with autonomous AI agents that handle repetitive operational tasks: product data, descriptions, SEO, pricing suggestions, catalog cleanup, inventory checks, etc. – Keep everything modular so teams can enable/disable agents depending on the store’s needs. – Of...

Thanksgiving was a bust in my area

3h ago

I dashed about 2 hours. I only completed 1 order. I had several 20+ mile shopping orders that I declined. I had one shopping order that was 2 items and the store was out of stock on 1 item. I tried calling the cx and they did not answer so I unassigned. I had one order where the store was closed and the cx cancelled. Last night was good and hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Autonomous ecommerce

3h ago

I’m validating a headless ecommerce platform designed around autonomy through AI agents. The backend is unified and multi-store. Each agent operates on system entities (products, pricing, inventory, content) and can execute tasks independently or under human supervision. The core idea: decouple storefronts from the backend and introduce intelligent agents that generate content, maintain catalog data, adjust pricing, and automate repetitive routines. No vendor lock-in, no transaction fees, and a modular architecture where agents can be added as needed. We already have a live pilot (wine ecommerce) where agents generate catalog content and keep the product data consistent. I’d like tech...

Dear Ladies of Reddit..

**A SERMON AGAINST UPVOTE RABIES** *Preached in the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand and Twenty-Five, unto the Sisters of Scrolling* --- Hearken, O daughters of Eve, and incline thine ears unto this grave warning: for there walketh abroad in our land a pestilence more subtle than the Black Death, yea, more cunning than the Serpent of Old. It is called **Upvote Rabies**, and many a soul hath it already cast into folly and ruin. At the first, the damsel seeketh but a morsel of notice: *a single heart, a petty like, a crumb of approval from strangers unknown*. Yet lo, anon she desireth more. The glow of her device becometh her altar, and she offereth unto it the sacrifices of her wit, her ...

You know you’re in an MLM when you’re constantly trying to convince people it’s not an MLM and anything outside your company ***** and is the real pyramid scheme. These posts scream I’m part of a cult or scam without saying it. Le-Vel Thrive, the company she’s in, has faced legal issues over baseless claims including their GLP 1 products.
