I’m wondering if anyone has ever come across an antique store that has a nice collection of items from France? Think French flea market vibes, but in Chicago? I’m looking for things along the lines of books, pieces of artwork, plates, baskets, wooden wine crates, bottles, pottery, etc.

Found a whole display of uranium glass under black light at my local antique shop Found this for $15 I also bought a little black light flashlight because why not Anybody can help me identify it if not all good I understand it is a little teacup not much to it you know And is there a safe way to store it or am I all good to just put it on a shelf under black light

A few months ago I was working in a clothing store when one of my colleagues asked me to help a customer as she was busy with something. I went over and it was a guy - decently taller than me and shopping with his mother. She was wearing a niqab and spoke very quietly when she did speak to him, almost whispering I don't ever look at people in the eye when speaking to them and I don't think he was making eye contact with me. Figured I’d circle back since you guys gave me a ton of solid advice a few months ago. It’s 2/13/26 and I’m still sober. I originally got into fishing in October just to stay busy and keep my head straight, and it’s turned into something I genuinely love.
