been diving into wine stuff for a couple years now and starting to wonder if im approaching this all wrong. read tons of articles watched countless videos tasted probably hundreds of bottles at this point but when im actually at the store or looking at a restaurant menu i still feel pretty lost like theres this weird disconnect between all the technical knowledge about regions and varietals and tasting notes versus just being able to walk into a place and grab something good. feels like most wine education is geared toward making you sound smart at tastings rather than helping you make decent choices when you need to maybe its just me but it seems like we spend so much time learning ...

I'm a 30 year old male, I spend $1200 on grocerie per month. I shop at Save On, Super Store, & Sobey's. $1200, if I'm trying to spend as little as possible, if I bought what I wanted it would be at least double that maybe even tripple. I also get meals from my parents a few times per week. I mostly buy lean ground beef (sometimes bulk), chicken breasts in bulk, lean ground chicken, beans, big old bag of rice, ramen, eggs, milk, cheese, lots of fruit, some veggies, protien powder (in bulk), protien bars (in bulk), usually something snackish a few times per week ( like $5 per day average (so I guess like $1050 on real food)). Hi! Looking for help figuring out what stroller to get because I’m going down the stroller rabbit hole and second guessing everything. I’m struggling to understand whether we actually need a “regular” stroller or if I’m overthinking it. So I currently own a Shoei RF 1400 Size Large (bought in the US), and it fits great, I’ve worn it for 8+ hour rides with no discomfort. I recently decided I wanted to try out a new helmet to suit the style of my new bike and ordered a Shoei Glamster, also in size Large, but bought in Japan (I now live in Japan). Item arrived, but when I go to try it on, there’s a lot of pressure on my forehead, and I got a headache within minutes. Are different helmets within the same manufacturer shaped that differently? I have been the primary caregiver for my grandparents for the last 8 years. My grandmother passed 3 years ago after being bed ridden and caring for her at home. I do not think there is all that much time left with my grandfather and he is starting to show signs of dementia.
