My tiger pistol shrimp I bought from my local saltwater shop died before I even got it home. I called the store and they said it’s probably just stressed and to feed it. hi everyone! i've gotten a lot of piercings over the years including my double helix but at one point my top one fell out and closed up. i've been meaning to go back to the shop to get it redone but i haven't gotten to it. i was at the mall today and got it done at a store (i know i know, i didn't realize they would use a gun) and they did it at such a weird angle compared to the one i had on the bottom. should i take it out and let it heal before having it redone or just leave it? it was such an impulsive decision and now i'm regretting it instead of waiting to go to a shop.

I don't think people should charge for patterns that are easy to figure out just by looking at it. The point of a pattern is to trademark something you created that you'd have to explain in depth to others. It has to have some level of complexity to justify charging more than $5 for it. Charging like $12 for a pattern someone else can figure out and recreate by sight (we're talking a 1 stitch project or something) is a wild trend going on right now that I don't understand.
