I am a Favor driver and, as an independent contractor, I shop and deliver HEB orders. The past week has been the worst week I've ever experienced in my 2 years of doing this. I am wondering if HEB is losing delivery customers due to recent changes, for example, most HEB deliveries are now shopped by Favor drivers as opposed to store employees, and I've read a few posts from customers saying they will no longer be using the delivery service because they are unhappy with the change.
