LIQUOR STORE Locations

Recently a local print shop reprinted a piece of mine and are selling it for their own gain. They refined some lines on the illustration and some of the font (which is also my own) but it's unmistakably my work. They have my original file because I printed this same design 5 years ago. I didn't sign off on anything and never gave permission for them to use it. My question is how much does a store need to change/tweak in order for it to be their "own"?

I'm trying to build a more purposeful and sustainable wardrobe with garments that will last and aren't just polyester. While I enjoy thrifting just fine, sometimes a girl wants a more traditional shopping experience of walking around a curated store, but lately it feels like every brick and mortar store just sells the same fast fashion garbage as you see online! I have seen others complete it faster. I took my time with finishing the achievements it was pretty fun. I am really happy finishing this game was waiting a while for it to go on sale.

Well, I built this primarily for businesses to build a scalable system with less effort. It maximizes the creativity of building the front-end, while Happy Space takes care of the back-end. Right now, I give the liberty for a lot of you to just build whatever you want (except, of course, you cannot build the back-end). I live in a city-suburb with lots of fancy restaurants. Business is good at my large corporate restaurant, but a huge corporate rival restaurant is opening within the same shopping center that has the same type of menu. Will my daily income actually be affected? Anyone deal with this. Theres dozens of restaurants in the area, but this one feels a little personal as its so similar and a very popular chain. Another negative is they arent building any new popular shopping stores that they dont already have, but only new restaurants and homes.

Recently started a new position where I took over the maintenace dept at a manufacturing facility. As soon as I arrived there were a ton of major hurdles left to deal with, complete lack of PMs, almost all corrective maintenace being done. The shop was full of old parts, clutter and material. Very clear that senior management is cheap, prefers cheap tools and cheap parts whenever possible and refuses to throw away things that are no longer needed or useful.
