I made it 7 months sober after quitting cold turkey following the worst summer of my life. 3 months straight of 20 drinks a day starting in the morning until past midnight. The worst part is, I felt so level headed and confident for that 7 months. I drank some NA beer occasionally and could speak honestly about my drinking and was hardly ever even tempted. I shopped some clear the rack items online and some of my order came to my home and others items went to the store. I ended up not being able to pick up the store items by the deadline and was refunded only some of the items. One of the items was finale sale and I wasn't refunded that item. I'm now out of money for an item I don't even have. I checked the website for a policy when a final sale item isn't picked up and it doesn't say anywhere regarding online purchases but in store pick out. What can i do about this?
