This is not some smart *** post, I'm seriously asking. That being said, to reiterate, lol, how does Walgreens survive? With competition like Amazon, Walmart and Kroger, just to name a few; and then factoring in theft as well, how in the **** do they do it? Is it because of their prescription presence? I know a lot of people use Walgreens for prescriptions but tons of people also use Walmart and Kroger for prescriptions as well. Whenever I go into either of those stores, the lines for the pharmacy are ridiculous. I see these lines and it makes me appreciate that I have no prescriptions. For those of us who haven’t tagged out yet this season. What pants should we be wearing to cut the wind? My base layer is doing a decent job, the fleece and jacket are doing fine but, there’s not enough fat in my hind end or cartilage in my knees to keep them warm at the moment. I see a lot of the farm stores and sport store are moving out the seasonal gear and I’m looking for recommendations to go shopping. Thanks.

Back to back S&D orders. First batch - normal tone to the store for a week day. About a 15 min delivery process and got another shop order. I show back up to the store and you would’ve thought in apocalypse occurred since I left. Every aisle was jampacked and every register was several customers deep. Thankfully, that particular store has a dedicated Spark register, so I only had to navigate a few extra people in the aisles. Happy and safe Sparking to round out 2025!

Customer here. I'm looking for the best time to go shopping when there aren't many people in the store but things are fully stocked. I tend to go late at night to avoid the crowd. Folks get this wild look in their eye when the store is busy - ya'll prob know what I'm talking about. Every time I go, things are out of stock though. What's the best time to go when things are largely still stocked but people are not everywhere?

I work in a retail shop that is about 14 feet wide and sixty feet long. A display counter runs in the middle the long way. It’s forty feet long. Staff on one side and customers on the other. Three feet behind the counter to the wall for staff to work. Counter is two feet wide and the customers have about eight feet to the wall on their side. 3/4 of the counter is neck / chest high and the other 1/4 is waist high. I’m a shorter than average male. I recently started working at a professional woodworking shop and as such have been given the opportunity take take many scraps home, such as this Sapele and Maple. I didnt know what I was going to do with them but figured id just have some fun on the holiday break while the shop was closed and made a little end table. The Sapele was already cut into a roughly circular shape with a big hole at the edge which I decided just to make into a wine/champagne glass holder

Hello. I need your advice and honest opinion about something. Me and my 5 year old daughter were out shopping today and we entered a store to buy something. After we paid and got out she told me that one of the shop owners had touched her ponytail and wiggled it despite her being unhappy about it. She said that she called me when that happened but I was busy talking to the other shop owner and didn’t notice. Now I **** myself for not protecting her. Should I have came back to the store and confront them? I’m terrible at this and can’t stop hating myself for what happened. What should I do?

Ok so I just took an order and had to cancel it because I did not have a physical card. I read that if you don’t have a physical card activated you won’t see orders requiring it. However I went to the Chef Store and a pop up came up and said “you have to have a physical card to shop here” like what? If that’s true then why did I get the order presented to me? I ordered my physical card last night. I instacarted all through the pandemic. But haven’t since 7/22. So this virtual card stuff is new to me. It was a good order too 😭 Where can we find a list of stores that require physical cards?

Just came to post how difficult it was to fight the thoughts today. As I went out new years eve shopping and gathering items it was a constant battle in my brain.
